Obliviously simple-minded girl with a spicy temper and a strong sense of honor.

Description

A shorter girl with a wiry body and lots of flexibility. Her hair is the color of straw, cut shortly with a wild unruliness. Eyes the same color that her name entails, a sky blue. She has a round face, wide eyes, a smaller nose and mouth. Her skin is tan and weathered, having seen many hours in the sun working on the farm. Her hands are small and calloused, her feet are notoriously large for her body and gives her bad balance. She has a small collections of scars. On under her right eye, where she ran into a combine blade while she wasn't paying attention. Another on her stomach, from when she fell out of the barn rafters as a child and fell on a rock. A few more in various places on her arms and legs, from the usual rough housing with her brothers.

Personality

She is a very spirited girl with a high sense of honor, given to her from her father, whom she calls, "Pa." She looks up greatly towards her older siblings, being the youngest of seven. She has a temper and is very defensive of her family. Her mouth tends to move without her brain, as she is very out-spoken and obnoxious. Her will is strong with tough skin brought up from years of torment from her older siblings. She is very competitive, constantly pushing herself to be better than her siblings. The way she thinks is very simple, she has a basic education from her home-schooling on a farm. She is very idealistic about the world and tends to trust everything around her, even against the better judgement of others. She has a love for the country and it's simplicity, anything more complicated and she's bound to become overwhelmed and lost in her confusion. Large groups of people excite her and she tends to push to be in the center of any crowd's attention, loving being around and interacting with people she normally wouldn't. She believes that everybody has good in them, and will push people to see that in themselves. She is also very empathic, getting easily upset at the hardship of others. Being young and naive, she tends to believe almost anything that she is told and is very easy to manipulate. She has and always will have a love for adventure, the idea of risking her life and living life to the fullest is very appealing to her. She is very idealistic in life itself, and wishes to live her life without any regrets.

Equipment

Having no actual training in fighting besides the tussles with her brothers, she tends to have only the clothes on her back. She tends to pick up items that interest her and store them in her pockets. This can range from an interesting looking rock, to a bird's feather, to live toads and snakes. She likes picking up sticks, pretending that they are weapons that she can battle and slay monsters. If she does carry a weapon, it would an item that is simple and something that would be easily found anywhere.

History

Skye grew up in a household of seven children. She is the youngest of the bunch and she was raised by her mother and father on a small farm out in the country. When she turned twelve, a neighboring town caught a strong virus and her father was infected with this virus when he visited the market. He brought it home and the entire family fell ill. Only the children survived, the oldest son, Forest, taking over the farm. She has been helping her family move on since her parent's deaths, and works on the farm with her other siblings.
