The Kingdom of Atlantis was a first civilization empire that was one of the galaxies leading superpowers and whose reach went to many worlds. An influence that can be seen in many of the galactic empires in modern generations; though are true natives of Terra before even humans. Humans and The Altai share a very close genetic lineage and can even mate between the two and produce very healthy offspring, but the difference between humans and The Atlai was that the Atlai are a different course of human evolution that a lot of humanoids were never gifted to be a part of. During the time of the first civilizations Atlantis became very proud, arrogant, and selfish; with a desire to expand their empire even further than mass of galactic territory they had already massed. This is what started a war between not only different nations in the galaxy but even angered gods and eventually the almighty Creator. Atlantis suffered three major tragedies in which they never recovered from (until much later). It was a mass of gods on Terra that fought Atlantis and even though they lost with many casualties they were able to destroy a large section of the empire. The Second tragedy was their war with one of the first civilization nations (A race of beings that are long dead themselves) and while Atlantis put up a devastating war they ultimately lost when the Beings used Terra's own native humans to turn against their rulers. These beings known as The Sentinels stripped Terra into different nations on itself for the humans to control. Creating advanced earth civilizations such as the The Mayans, The Chinese, The Egyptians, and many more. The Sentinels took most forms of technology from Terra including many of Atlantis' worlds. Now just a crippled earth based civilization they sought to at least take back control of Terra for themselves. Treating Israel after the Hebrews escaped from Egypt (due to Atlantis' strong ties with the people of Egypt) and that was when their finale tragedy struck them. The Almighty Creator sunk Atlantis' Kingdom below the oceans of Earth. And for aeons the dead empire remained under the waves only spoken as legend and myth between the humans of Terra.

It was only when a knight was given the scrolls of Atlantis from his Immortal master; that the lost empire would be given serious thought once again. Scrolls hid away under the Temple mount until the first Crusades when a secret sect of Templars and their Immortal Grandmaster took what artifacts they could find and leave. This knight though abused the knowledge that was on these scrolls and was soon dishonoured from the Templar Knights. Creating his own order known as The Enlightened Knights or The Temple Empire. Using these scrolls they made it their mission to one day find this lost Empire that inspired their Grandmaster. The years went on and many secret wars were waged by The Temple Empire and others; until they had what they needed Silver's Book written by Edgar Cayce and The Wondering Immortal Atali known as Ikrios. With both the current leader of the Temple Empire (Zotack) was able to find the lost Empire and bring it form the dead. The Experience though was not just one of conquest. Zotack found that the mission to bring back Atlantis was also a spiritual journey and rebuked his own Temple Empire to bring back the dead city. Ikrios shared with Zotack his life energy and blood and made the human half-Altai and a king of Atlantis. Now this lost empire has been raised from it's watery grave and it's king inspires to make it the utopia that so many have been waiting for.









Diarchy
Diarchy (or dyarchy), from the Greek δι- "twice" and αρχια, "rule", is a form of government in which two individuals, the diarchs, are the heads of state. In most diarchies, the diarchs hold their position for life and pass the responsibilities and power of the position to their children or family when they die.
Diarchy is one of the oldest forms of government. Diarchies are known from ancient Sparta, Rome, Carthage as well as from Germanic and Dacian tribes. Several ancient Polynesian societies exhibited a diarchic political structure as well. Ranks in the Inca Empire were structured in moieties, with two occupants of each rank, but with different prestige, one hanan (upper) and one hurin (lower).

In Atlantis there are two major kings that rule. They are formally known as THE SUN and THE MOON and are the kings of Atlantis. THE SUN is Zotack while THE MOON is Ikrios and both are able to make decisions regarding the kingdom, but they first must speak to one another and agree on what they which to pass. Though if one king is absent the other my make decisions regrading the kingdom without the other's approval. They both hold absolute rule over the entire empire of Atlantis and are not just it's political rulers but Atlantis' spiritual and mental guides for all the people. Atlantis though practices Freedom of Religion and the people are allowed to follow the King's spiritual and mental advice if they choose too.

Parliament
A parliament is a legislature whose power and function are similar to those dictated by the Westminster system of the United Kingdom. More generally, "parliament" may simply refer to a democratic government's legislature. The term is derived from the French parlement, the action of parler (to speak): a parlement is a discussion. The term came to mean a meeting at which such a discussion took place. It acquired its modern meaning as it came to be used for the body of people (in an institutional sense) who would meet to discuss matters of state.

The Atlai Parliament holds no real power when compared to the kings of Atlantis, but they are useful for all the issues that would be impossible for the kings to oversee at all times. They can pass laws (which the king's and veto if they wish), manage the economy, play as advisors to the king, and help make war time decisions as long as the go through the kings first. The current Atlai Parliament holds one hundred members that all have their own ranks, and provide voices for the people of Atlantis. Should a minister in the Parliament not hold up to the honor, virtue, and fairness that is expected of him the Kings may rid of them and replace them with someone else. The Prime Minister of Atlantis' Parliament is second only to the kings when it comes to ruling over the Kingdom of Atlantis.

Education
Education is very important to the Atlai people and THE SUN believes it to be the pinnacle for the continues growth of the Kingdom. School starts early for the Atlai people with children given formal educations as early as age five. From there the years of schooling can increase up until the person is in their late twenties or beyond. Native Atlai are much longer lived than humans so having an education continued up until mid to late thirties is not uncommon. Human though that live in Atlantis are given the same treatment and can be given speedier classes or specified course work if they do not wish to continue for very long. While a majority of people in Atlantis are free to choose what they learn and what work to go into; their are a vast minority of others whose classes and work are chosen for them before age five. This is usually due to family criminal history, psychic scanning of the child's mind, and or chosen by the parents for whatever reason. If the latter two are the cause than the child is free to choose after they are no longer under their parents.

The Temple of the Moon: This is a college deeply connected to the Atlantis government and military designed to teach students many arts. The School is for Mental (psychic) schooling, Magic schooling, Medical, History, and much more.

The Academy of the Sun:This is a college deeply connected to the Atlantis government and military designed to teach student different arts. The School is for Spiritual schooling, Engineering Schooling, Military Schooling, Combat schooling, and much more.

Standard Citizen Vehicles of Atlantis.

Vailx; these vessels being made in four standard lengths: number one, about twenty−five feet; number two, eighty feet; number three, something like one hundred and fifty−five feet, while the largest was yet two hundred feet longer than the third size. These long spindles were in fact round, hollow needles of aluminium, formed of an outer and an inner shell between which were many thousands of double T braces, an arrangement productive of intense rigidity and strength. All the partitions made other braces of additional resistant force. From amidships the vessels tapered toward either end to sharp points. Most vailxi were provided with an arrangement allowing, when desired, an open promenade deck at one end. Windows of crystal, of enormous resistant strength, were in rows like portholes along the sides, a few on top, and others set in the floor, thus affording a view in all directions.

Shy Boat; because their shape looked like a boat but without a deck. They would be able to travel around 100 miles per hour but only up to a height of a few hundred feet. made of an alloy of light metals that made it sturdier and even lighter, and what looked white like aluminium. It could raise vertically and move horizontally due to a propelling force that was of an etheric nature, and that was guided from a generator in the middle of the ship to two flexible horizontal and eight fixed vertical tubes and exhausted through the same.

Gold Plane; This is a one-man craft. It is ridden similar to the manner of the motorcycle without wheels, but it has curved wings; that is, the wings extend outward and curve downward at the tips, just slightly longer than a man’s arms, maybe two feet longer on each side. Now these machines are black; the legs of the man wrap around a cylinder which produces the propelling force

Standard War Vehicles of Atlantis.

Vailx Fighters; Converted Citizen Valixs made with impervium, shield generators, and more advanced psychic uplinks. These fighter models come with plasma cannons, ion cannons, plasma filters, ion filters, sonic resonator/sensor hub, deflector array, and comes in a fighter and a larger bomber version.

Sea Eagle; Top of the line aerial and space fighters. Deigned in the shape of an Eagle these fighter jet sized vehicles make Atlantis proud.
With shield generators, psychic link, crystalline power source, and impervium hull protecting it from most harm. The Sea Eagle can fly up to speeds to mach 10 when used on unmanned missions. With it manned its not advised to reach this speeds and the Jet locks it's speed at Mach 4. It's has two .75 calibre machine guns on each wing and a Phase cannon in the centre. The Frame of the Sea Eagle is made sharp, strong and light and the wings are able to slice though exposed metal of a ship.

Sharks; They are speeder bikes powered by repulsion and a turbine engine mounted on the frontal prong. The speeder was controlled via twin steering vanes atop the bike, and pedals fitted below. Two blaster cannons protruded from the bottom of the forward prong, while two more were fixed on either side of the vehicle's rear. Max speed is 530 km/h and is able to also fly at somewhat high levels. Used mostly for the for Calvary and reckon missions.

Altai Whale; A monster on Land the Altai Dragon is a powerful Tank. The metal that makes up The Altai Dragon is a mix of titanium, iron, osmium
and melted carbon steel which makes it almost indestructible. The treads are separated into four movable segments which allows better mobility on rough terrain. The main cannon on the Tank fires a nuclear artillery shell, fired from a standard 155 mm. The machine guns built in are laser chain guns (that can be amped using the crystalline power source and with an Atlai's naturally strong psychic abilities) and the top machine gun is a standard .75 calibre.

Altai Whale Mark 1.5; Is a tank like Legionary carrier. The vehicle is not made to fire any real weapon expect a forward EMP blast to dismantle any enemy electronics on the battle field. It also includes a powerful magnet on the "Mouth" (The main doors) so that any unlucky soldier close by will have his metal taken away. Once the Jaws open around 200 Legionaries can march out and take care of the enemies after being disabled from the EMP or Magnet.

From the Glorious Galactic Empire Age.

The Levitation Carrier; Was Atlantis' Pride and Joy and almost caused the entire their Empire to economically collapse back in the days of the first galactic Civilizations. The moon sized but carrier designed monster is nearly indestructible due in large part to the amount of Shield Generators it posses which keeps it from all kinds of harm. The Carrier is depicted in various sources of being able to house a crew of 265,675 as well as 52,276 gunners, 607,360 troops, 30,984 Legionaries, 42,782 ship support staff, and 180,216 pilots and support crew. Its hangars contain assault shuttles, boats, Strike cruisers, land vehicles, support ships, and can house 7,000 Sea Eagles. It is also protected by 10,000 turbolaser batteries, 2,600 ion cannons, and at least 768 tractor beam projectors. It's main purpose is to house and transport the other three Vehicles.

The Elder Sun Vessel; The Size of Rhode Island itself Jupiter is the Larger of the three God ships. It's main purpose is to rule the air. The Thing doesn't just come with the numerous ion cannons or the laser batteries it also comes with a Weather Control Device to change the winds and storms of the air. Causing lighting strikes, clouds, hurricanes, and Tornadoes.

The Elder Moon Vessel; This is a Large Navy Vessel that acts as both a battle ship and submarine. The goal is to rule the oceans. The Neptune is just a bit smaller then the Elder Sun Vessel but imposing none the less. It comes with a thermal drill to cause earthquakes at the bottom of the ocean floor and cause not only whirlpools on command but Tsunamis as well.

The Megalodon; The smallest of the large vessels the Megalodon is designed to rule the land. The Megalodon is designed much like a very large Altai Whale but comes with a thermal drill and jack-hammer to cause earthquakes.

Nationality
Humans- As the name suggests these are normal humans. Though living in Atlantis (a living city) they find their years extended and their youth retained for much longer than those that do not live in Atlantis. They also are more likely to find that they may have psychic abilities after exposure to the city for prolong periods. They also might find themselves much healthier and stronger living in Atlantis compared to living in other places.

The Atlai- These are the natives of the city of Atlantis and what is left of the people of the old empire. The Altai are very similar to humans except they are born with powerful psychic abilities, natural silver or white hair, and a very tanned or darker completion of that of an islander. It is also custom for Atlai to receive tattoos that symbolize their pride in their home and their people. These tattoos resemble tattoos that are very tribal and have strong ties to tattoos that people have in places like Hawaii or other Islanders.

All Others- Atlantis' borders are open to a number of other species that wish to live here.
