Description
Uragi (his nickname) is a tall, black scaled, black haired, and red eyed dragon anthromorph wearing the simple centerless chaps with black speedo. Sometimes, on rare occasions, he will wear his black and red kimono, but that is highly unlikely.
Personality
Uragi is usually very calm, but he, as his name suggests, can be very strict to his beliefs.
Equipment
Like his brother, he carries a Creator level LifeLink card.

Uragirimono Shimura lookd at Kishou. He was curious, like all other Shimuras are with new surroundings. "Yo, mister fighter." He drank his vodka fast this time. "What brings you here?"
Uragirimono Shimura looked at Sam Hayes. Why was he getting vibes to talk to him, he didn't know. "Well, would you count me as covenant?" He pointed to himself.
