Description
She is 5' 4" with ivory skin and long black hair going down to her mid back that shines like the precious stone, jet. She wears a laced black bodice with a silver trim, and a matching black skirt with long stalkings. On her arms she wears long fingerless laced dress gloves that go up to her mid bicep, also with silver trim. around her neck she wears a black choker with a single ruby in the center. She wears a single black bow in her hair. Her shoes are, of course, shiny black buckled shoes.
Personality
Timid in appearance, she lacks certain social skills. She doesn't get along well with others, always shunning them away, sometimes without meaning to. She is usually shy and sticks to herself, she prefers quiet places most times, yet she can be found in loud places such as clubs or even bars, the people she finds there often intrigue her along with the situations of others that she also enjoys watching.
Equipment
Two knives that are strapped to her hips by laces from her bodice. Her choker is actually the amulet that hides her from evil entities.
History
When she was just a small girl at the age of 8, her parents were butchered by demons. She escaped that night only to be hunted by them for several years. She was found by a kind hearted drifter who took her under his wing and taught her how to fend for herself through combat and scrounging, together they traveled for two years. She never told him of the demons that hunted her, and to this day she regrets that decision. After the demons found her again they tore apart the drifter in front of her eyes, she ran faster and longer than she ever had that night. After another year of wandering by herself, she came to an orphanage, this orphanage took her in and kept her as safe as possible. She lived there for a few short months before she was adopted by a wealthy family. She told her newfound parents of the demons that hunted her, she expected them to think her crazy. Instead they surprisingly believed her, and they gave her an amulet that would hide her from the demons. Unfortunately, these demons had human familiars who researched the girl's trail, and finding her adopted family, they tortured and interrogated them on the girl's whereabouts. Her family never told them anything, and died bravely. Now the girl is nigh unwilling to accept anyone into her life again, for fear that they too, will die at the hands of these demons.
So begins...
Vel Sarivosh's Story
A young beautiful woman with flowing black hair and ivory skin pushes open the bar doors, she is dressed as though she is quite wealthy and carries a book in her arms pressed to her abdomen. She walks through the crowd with her head slightly bowed down to an empty booth in back and begins reading.
Vel Sarivosh looks over the edge of her book, showing only her eyes, "Um...perhaps." she says with a blank stare.
Vel Sarivosh raises an eyebrow curiously as Reis Requiem runs out the bar. She then continues to read her book.
Vel Sarivosh leaps from her seat dodging the shards of glass and ice that shot through the windows of the bar, she decides its time to hide behind the counter.
Vel Sarivosh runs from her hiding place behind the counter running out the back way past Katja Sterling and the mobster.
A young woman dressed in a black skirt and bodice enters the bar, she walks to the counter holding a large book to her chest. Taking a seat she orders a hot green tea and begins to read.
Vel Sarivosh sips her hot tea gingerly so as to not burn her mouth, she turns a page in her book and takes a notepad and looking back and forth between the book and notepad begins writing.
Vel Sarivosh looks over at Myst, "Taking notes helps me remember what I read, and also it is handy to have something that is not so cumbersome as a book when actively practicing." she says in a strangely beautiful yet monotone voice.
Vel Sarivosh continues to write without looking at Myst, "The book is not always with me, and as I have said, writing what I read helps me remember."
Vel Sarivosh stops writing to sip her tea, "It is a book that was written on Bruce Lee's philosophy of Jeet-Kun-do." she said glancing at Myst.
Vel Sarivosh takes another sip of tea before answering Myst, "I have successfully learned the three inch punch." she said in her strangely beautiful monotone voice.
A young girl dressed in a black bodice and and skirt with long stalkings enters through the bar's front door, barely missing the dinosaur...thing.
Vel Sarivosh looks up from her book at these curious individuals. Her face giving no emotion what so ever.
Vel Sarivosh walks from a side door leading to the alley way. Why?....well not even her writer knows...just for kicks I guess. As she walks in, clutching a small black book to her chest, she looks around the bar with a blank face. After setting her eyes on Bellum she walks to his table and takes a seat across from him and simply sets down her book and begins to write.
