Governing the Red Orchids in it's entirety is Yinyi Wu Long, the Sleeping Dragon.

The nickname was given to him by the rivals of the Orchids because of his reclusive and passive nature.

When all is well within the Orchids, he would disappear and only his most trusted Deputies would see him. However when there was trouble, he would always return.

None questioned his methods. A wise debater and tactician of military background, he earns the fear of his enemies and respects those who are competent.

Despite his prowess in leadership and the ways of war, he is an advocate for peace and prefers to talk things over before resorting to spilling blood.

Whispers among the new additions suggest that the Sleeping Dragon is getting too old and that his fondness for peace is a sign of his decline though those who speak of such things are very careful when doing so.
