The Silencerz are a private organization that is ruled by unique individuals who you don't see quite so often, maybe you won't see them at all. They tend to keep there organization private, really private. In order for you to get in, they'll anonymously send out an invite where nobody else, but one or two individuals by themselves. They don't want to do it in a crowded area, such as a bar, casino, anything containing for then 100 people. They do believe that each of them have their own lives, and personal things that they need to handle by themselves.
The silencerz has been around for for ages, but they've been changing locations recently, but that came to an end, as they found their permanent spot "Eastern Wing City" the new generation of the silencerz activity is unknown.
