Her eyes were deep in fear, guilt, and pain. She'd kissed her ex-lover, when she was engaged. She looked in his eyes, and hers immediately teared, feeling something on her finger. She held it up, holding the ice pack on her head with her other hand. Her eyes brightened, but her face stayed sad. Kendra loved Kyle, not Tyler. It was so obvious now. She'd put him through so much pain, he didn't need her. She was bad for him.

Kendra, with teary eyes, sat up, and put the ice pack down on the table. She looked down for a long moment, before going up to him, and opening his hand, then placing the ring in it. "I basically cheated on you. You don't want me. I know you think you love me, and I know I love you, but I'm not worthy of you. You're too.. amazing." She kissed his cheek softly, slowly, before turning towards the door.

Kyle didn't relax, instead, he shoved her and pinned her against the door by her shoulder and got up in her face, his voice a low growl, far more frightening than when he was shouting. "My life before you. Kendra. Was getting drunk every night and smoking whatever I could till my lungs were black as my empty heart. Do you know why I stopped? Do you even have a clue? It was you Kendra. I wanted to be a better man so that one day I could be with you. You and Tristen are the only lights I've ever had in my life. I was dead before I met you."

Kendra had left the ring box, and the note inside read:

"Kyle,

I know we're in a bad place right now. Of course Tyler had to come back into my life, and i was too idiotic to see that all I needed was right in front of me. He was waiting for me with my own daughter, but.. I was blinded by old memories. I know you don't want to see me, but if you wish, you can still have time with Tristen. She still loves you, as she's always have, and doesn't know about our... time away yet. She's at a friend's house for the next week, while I figure out what to do.

If we are officially... not getting back together, then Tristen and I will move back home. It's the only thing I know to do, and to not stay and hurt anyone anymore.

Kendra was still in her car, not knowing what to do exactly, so, she finally revved the engine, and went to the only place she knew of, and that was the bar. She started to walk in, but then remembered, Kyle worked at the bar. She just sighed, and left, walking down the street aways to another bar.



"Hey, baby!" She was on the couch. where she'd moved to after he left, watching her second funny movie alone. "You look tired.. are you alright?" Or.. is Tristen alright?" She smiled.

Collectibles
