While a thief Dark is a man of honor, he will not kill unless circumstances dictate and he is still a loyal citizen to the Empire.

He uses many devices stolen from Dr. Nicholas Frink such as the Bola grenade and Ether bombs while running from pursuers. His pack holds many small parts that he can use to affect the way devices operate and he uses his tensioned zip line that remains attached to the pack to traverse the cities rooftops quietly and quickly.

Her Majesty's government is aware of Mr. Dark's true identity but allows him to continue his nightly escapades as he has exposed multiple plots to steal the secrets of the city and corrupt the city from within.
