Description

Bucky is a fit young man standing around 6'2" and weighing in at 230 lbs of well toned thick muscle. The 29 year old ex-Army rifleman only has three tattoos unlike his heavily inked uncle. One stupid tribal tat right bicep he got as a teenager, another one of his squad moniker in the army "The Howling Commandos" on his chest right over his heart and finally another stupid tat he got while he was drunk and on leave of a pin up girl on his left butt cheek. He tend's to wear boots and jeans with tactical knee pads. He wears a simple tee shirt up top with a pair of tactical elbow pads on his arms. Unlike his Uncle he has no accent yet does understand and speak fluent German since he is in fact half German.

Personality

Unlike his eccentric uncle Ben Austerlitz, Bucky is considerably more relaxed. He has a sarcastic streak a mile wide but believes, like his uncle, that America should be restored to it's former glories. That devotion to fight for his country was not born in Bucky but forged yet it was forged well. He is driven, brave, noble and proud when it comes to fighting for his country and taking on the NDO. When he's not taking the fight to the NDO with his bat shit crazy Uncle Ben he's usually cracking jokes or looking for a way to get some.

Equipment

Bucky carries a Colt M4A1 assault rifle with a C-More red dot sight and stability grip. He also has a Beretta M-9 strapped to his thigh as his side arm. The only other weapon he usually carries is a kabar dagger on his belt.

History

Born in Brooklyn New York, Ben Rogers is the son of an Army Captain and a nurse of German descent and named after his Army Ranger uncle. His father, Steven, was away a lot on duty and was reported killed in action while on assignment in Kuwait. Growing up in Brooklyn Ben idolized his father sure but never thought of himself as a military man until he was in high school. His mother began telling him stories of how proud she was of his father and how her entire family always served the United States Armed forces in some capacity. Ben was the quintessential slacker who would much rather piss the day away at the arcade or smoking a bit of weed with his buddies after school instead of proudly serving the stars and stripes but enlisted anyway more out of a desire to appease his mother than any actual sense of duty. Regardless of his initial motives Bucky began to grow into a more patriotic individual as the years went by. As he traveled in the Army he began to see just what he had to value in the US and was angered by the Anti American sentiment he encountered around the world. The fact that others had a habit of down talking the states only to call upon them for aid when something went wrong irritated him to know end but he marched to help regardless as was his duty. That was until one fateful night, while rumors of this new up and coming NDO was beginning to garner more and more steam his favorite crazy ass uncle showed up telling him that it was time to vanish in order to save America. Sneaking onto an Army base after going AWOL from your Ranger unit was no trivial thing and Bucky knew his Uncle Ben, while a tad eccentric, wouldn't be making this shit up so he grabbed his rifle and took off with him. As the zombies began their utter destruction of most of the world and the NDO tore apart the two men's country Ben and Bucky went off to begin their fight against the NDO and restore America to it's former Glories. Now the two men work as mercenaries for hire to anyone who also seeks to destroy the NDO and reclaim their country all the while looking for a stable faction to join up with.
