Sara walked down the path of the Shire, from Brockenborings, down to Bag End, a small barrel of pipe-weed in her hands as she approached Bilbo's Hobbit hole. She lightly knocked on his door, straightening out her dress as she waited at his door.

((So this will start right before Gandalf first sees Bilbo. Since Bilbo is smoking, we'll say he got the pipe-weed from Sara :3 And so it begins!))

((sorry for this god modding but I want to get everything started.))

Bilbo and sarah talked for a couple more hours, about, well hobbit business. Unlike humans hobbits were small folk, they were like humans in may ways but they always seemed to be bulging at the belly. they also had elf like ears and chubby cheeks, curly hair and were always quite fond of company. but the company Bilbo was about to receive well, let's just say it was... Unexpected.

gandalf rode down the rode on his steed. he looked up in his saddle around him at Hobbiton. he always loved the Shire. it was so pure and un-touched by the worlds evils and the folk of the shire were always merry. Gandalf reached into his cloak and pulled out a pocket watch with runes on it. "ah precisely on time." He told himself. Gandalf himself looked like a man, he was about 5 foot 6 inches with a warriors wide shoulders but somewhat stoutness. His face and hair was old, but compared to most of his kind he was young. but let's not get into that.

gandalf after a couple hours of wandering through the shire found the hobbit hole he was looking for. it belonged to who he was looking for. a baggins. well more to his concern a Took and a Baggins. Gandalf dismounted his steed and walked over to him. for a moment he just stared at him observing him. 'he will be our burgular the prophecy has frotold it, I must have faith.' Gandalf thought to himself.

Gandalf looked at the two hobbits. he didn't know that Bilbo had a spouse. "Goodmorning? what do you mean by that? That this is a good morning, or that one should be good this very morning, or that it is a morning that shall be good?" gandalf asked. he honestly didn't know what to say. and he also wanted to test this Hobbits wit. the hobbit was like most, curly hair, large round belly, hairy feet that were twice the size of any mans. he seemed good as a burglar. hobbits always had a knack for being silent and hiding from 'big people' or humans and elves. Plus dragons were keen and familiar to the scent of drawves. smaug may think that the hobbit was just a stray animal.

"Why I remeber all your faces from when you were young children, but you don't remeber me is beyond me." the old wizard said. "But as a reminder I am Gandalf." He said with a slight bow. "At your service." he said as was the general greeting among hobbits and dwarves alike. The wizard looked them over again. He himself pulled out his pipe and began tamping down some smoking leaves form the elves. He put the pipe between his lips and shot a spark from his fanger into the leaves and began inhaling to start them up. He blew a ring of smoke into the air and it began to change colours. Red, then green, then purple, then poof! it exploded into a rainbow then vanished. "A wizard some would say." he told them once again.
