It was hard for Katy to contain her excitement knowing that she would be getting so many presents in so little time, but she nodded in response to her father. "Okay daddy!" She said happily as he set her down. Before he was able to open the door to reveal her siblings, Katy had darted out of the front room and into the large living room. American Girl Doll Isabelle sat on one of the chairs in front of the fireplace and Katy took a seat next to her after grabbing her iPad from the coffee table. She pulled up the NORAD tracker, searching to see where Santa was. The page read that he and his reindeer were in Tallin, Estonia. Katy had no idea what or where that was, but knowing that Santa was on his way made her smile and she set the iPad down and ran back to her father.
"Daddy! Santa's in a place that starts with a "T" and he's coming here soon, right?" she asked, pushing past Riane who was too close to her dad for Katy's liking. She didn't even notice Aidan until she heard his voice and then felt his embrace. Her smile widened. She loved Aidan. He was always very fun and brought her the coolest toys and prettiest clothes. She had decided long ago that she was going to marry him when she grew up.
"You look pretty, Essie," Katy agreed, only after being called a Princess by her brother. "Did you see Santa in the sky when you taked your plane from Chicago?" she asked the pair.
