Axel is a rather short, highly toned young man, with long blonde hair that he keeps tied in a bread. He has a long strain of hair that points up like a antenna to make himself appear taller. He usually wears a black, sleeveless shirt usually under a long red coat, a pair of black pants, and matching black boots. His most noticeable feature is his cybernetic right arm, and left leg. They are made out of a special extremely tough, yet light metal found only on Alke.

{P E R S O N A L I T Y}
Axel is a young man with a rather large chip on his shoulder. He has a consent feeling that he needs to prove himself. Due to his father being the headmaster, and him being captain of Orion squad he feels that he has to fight harder, move faster then anyone else to prove that he deserves his place at Atlas. This has led him to quite a few fights in school. He is also very sensitive about his height, and bringing it up is a sure fire way to get on his bad side. He has a bit of a temper, especially when talking about his height, or father.

Axel is highly sarcastic, and always has a smart ass comment up his sleeve. He has a great determination to him, and when a goal is set before him he will stop at nothing to achieve his goal, becoming almost like a force of nature. His biggest goal is to surpass his father, and become a greater pilot then him. He is pretty confident as well, though this mostly just a cover as he is very insecure about his position as captain, and ability to live up to his father.

Despite his insecurities, he is very brave, and never strays from danger. He is highly protective of his team, and is easily willing to sacrifice himself for them. He is a quick thinker, and is able to formulate strategic plans on the fly.

Axel is known for beating the odds, and will take on the most challenge at a time without backing down.

The Jaeger- Jaeger is a 100 foot tall Titan that is a steely grey color, and a red strip on it's head. It has a round chamber at the center of it's chest that is it's power source.
{A L T E R N A T E F O R M}
Tank- Jaeger transforms into a large, spider like tank, that can shift it's legs from four legs, to the usual treads of a tank. It is much faster in this form.

• Swords- Jaeger has large blades that come out of it's hands on each arm.
• Blasters- Jaeger's arms can each transform into a blaster cannon.
• Missiles- Jaeger has missile launchers on it's chest.
• Plasma Cannon- The power source on it's chest can also blast a powerful beam of energy that can easily rip though spaceships at the cost of energy. Used as a last resort.
• Tank Form- While in tank form Jaeger has a large cannon that is twice as powerful as it's blasters in it's normal form, and missile launchers.

• Cybernetics- Axel's cybernetic limbs are his main weapon. In his arm he has a 9 inch blade that can come out of it. He has incredible strength in those limbs.

{H I S T O R Y}
As the son of a prominent general, and Titan pilot, Axel's hone life has never been the calmest. As a kid, he was never close to his father Luther due to his duty to his work. He was raised mostly by his mother, Delilah. Despite this he idolized his father, and always dreamed of being a pilot like his father. He worked hard in school just for the chance to earn himself a spot in one of the Titan Academies. But he had a huge set back when he was ten years old, when he first encountered the Swarm.

Axel was on a tour of a starship his father was serving aboard of that was patrolling the borders of Alke space. This was supposed to be the happiest day of his life, but it turned to be the worse. The Swarm attacked, his father, and the other pilots took to their Titans, and defended the ship. But a pod got pasted them, and a squad of Arachroids(the ground troops of the Swarm) stormed the ship. During the battle between the crew, and the Arachroids, Axel was hidden. But not good enough.

The Arachroids found him, and killed the crewmen that got him to safety. They were about to do the same to him, but he managed to wiggle away, but not before they sliced his right arm, and left leg off, and cut him up a bit. He found himself a safe hiding place until the Titans drove back their ships, and the crew killed the rest of the Arachroids. Once the dust settled Axel was rushed to a surgeon. After hours of surgery, Axel was fine, and outfitted with a cybernetics.

During his recovery, his mother, and father grew apart, as she blamed Luther for what happened. This all led up to Delilah leaving them a year later, never to be heard from again. This caused a rift between Axel, and his father, as he blamed his father for her leaving. Due to his cybernetics his dreams of becoming a pilot was dampened. This is because cyborgs can't be pilots, as their cybernetics interfere with the connection between a Titan, and it's Pilot. As cyborgs can actually feel the sensation of pain through their implants when their Titan takes a hit. But this didn't deter him, he became even more determined.

Axel trained harder, and fought harder. He was hell-bent on becoming the first cyborg pilot. Sometime later Luther took the job of headmaster of Atlas Academy so he could spend more time with his son, though Axel wanted nothing to do with him. When Axel was accepted into Atlas, this caused quite the controversy, as most people thought that the only reason he got accepted was because of his father. This angered Axel, as he had just as much right to be there as anyone else.

This caused him to work, train, and fight harder then anyone else. He felt that he had more to prove then anyone else. His scores soon proved to be among the top of his class. When it was time to form squads, he was assigned captain of Orion squad. Though his scores were high enough for him to be a squad leader, people still thought this was because of his father. Over time he did everything in his power to prove them wrong. Thanks to his determination, his squad soon became one of the top ones of the academy.
