Setting
Located on the southeast side of Cottondale it consists of bars, clubs, strip joints, and poor housing. The ghetto, slum, whatever you want to call it. It's the place where you lock your doors and drive a little faster when you pass through because of the gangs that rule it's streets. It is the biggest district in Cottondale.
