ImageName: Elizabeth Mabel Clements-Decker
Age: 28
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Species: Human
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 190lbs
Hair colour: Dark brown
Eye colour: Grey
Skin colour: Fair
Trade/Job: Knight/Sailor

Appearance:
Standing at five feet and five inches in height, Elizabeth is a curvy, muscular woman weighing roughly 190 lbs. Elizabeth has fair skin an a constant smattering of freckles across her cheeks. Her hair is dark brown with highlights from the sun. It is silky straight and comes down to approximately the middle of her back. She usually keeps her hair in boxer braids because she spends a great deal of time training or fighting, and this keeps her hair from getting in the way and allows it to fit nicely beneath helmets and armour. She has a low browline, narrow grey eyes, a relatively undefined nose, and full lips. Elizabeth has an anchor tattoo on the front of her thigh, a sword tattoo behind her right ear, and a large tiger tattoo covering her upper left arm. She has a series of numerals tattooed across her upper chest, just below her collarbone, and has never told anybody what the meaning of these numerals is.

Personality:
The strong, silent type, Elizabeth is an observer first and foremost. She is perceptive and likes to keep an eye on her surroundings at all times, even when she's not in a combat situation. Elizabeth doesn't usually have much to say, but she is one for joking around when she feels comfortable doing so. She is slow to warm up to people, usually being wary of them even when there's no need to be, even after they've proven themselves. When she does warm up to someone, though, she is fiercely loyal - almost to a fault - and protective of them. Elizabeth isn't the best in social situations, and is hot-headed, angering quickly. She tends to get mad first before actually attempting to resolve a matter, and when she's angry, she absolutely has the mouth of a sailor, stringing together all the most colourful words and phrases she can. In fighting, Elizabeth is brash and aggressive. She will take advantage of every opportunity presented to her and likes to overpower her opponents by sheer volume of attacks.

History/Bio:
Elizabeth was born to a single mother who was only seventeen when she had her. Her mother worked as a servant in a noble house, but she left her job and fled after discovering that she had become pregnant by the noble house's middle son, who was five years her senior and more than a little out of her league. She took a job as a bookkeeper in a shipyard for the duration of her pregnancy, helping to keep an organized ledger of ships, goods, and people who came in and out of the shipyard. She took some time off when she had Elizabeth and feared she would be unable to return after being gone for two years, but the shipyard's owner took pity on her and welcomed her back to her job, even going so far as to have his teenage daughter come and look after Elizabeth while her mother was working.Image

As a result, Elizabeth grew up around ships and she became fascinated with them. The sailors who would come in and out of the shipyard were quite taken with the bold little girl, and they were happy to teach her all about the ships while they were docked and her mother was helping to take inventory. She learned quickly, and when she was nine, she told her mother that she wanted to be a sailor. What Elizabeth didn't know at the time was that her mother had become romantically involved with a ship's captain who frequented their shipyard, so the next time he stopped there, her mother asked if he would be willing to take Elizabeth out sailing. He agreed, and Elizabeth took to it like a natural. She started to sail with him frequently when he was docked at the shipyard, and when he got a new ship he even named it The Elizabeth after her.

Elizabeth was fourteen when her mother and the captain got married, and when she was fifteen she asked her new stepfather if she could join him out on the seas. He told her that he would love to take her to work with him as she would make an excellent sailor, but that he wanted her to learn to fight first because pirates were a huge issue out on the open waters. Elizabeth was more than eager to learn, so her mother and stepfather found a place in the city where Elizabeth could learn to fight and, as with sailing, she took to it like a natural. Her teachers were fascinated with how quickly she learned and how well she was doing, and she was deemed ready to go out sailing with her stepfather before her seventeenth birthday came around. She joined her stepfather's crew and was well-loved and respected aboard her namesake ship. She got her anchor tattoo when she was eighteen and sailing with her stepfather.

ImageWhen Elizabeth was nineteen, she and her crew were in port a good ways from home when a couple of men attempted to attack her. She fought them off with ease, drawing the attention of some local guards who'd been passing by and were about to intervene before seeing that Elizabeth had the situation under control. The guards informed Elizabeth that the royal family of that kingdom was looking for new knights and soldiers, and that she should consider joining the royal legion. Elizabeth was quite interested in such an offer, fairly certain that she'd do well in a job like that, so she decided to go for it. It took three years of formal training before Elizabeth was made a knight, and she was one of the youngest female knights in the legion. Her superiors were fascinated with her fighting skill and started using her as a test for new recruits. Elizabeth loved the looks on the faces of the boastful, swaggering young men when they realized they'd just been bested by a woman.

She stayed with the legion for six years, helping to keep the city and the royal family safe and helping to train new recruits. Whenever she had time off, she would use it to sail home and either go sailing with her stepfather or visit with her mother. Her mother wanted grandchildren, but Elizabeth was never ready for romance or a family. She loved her life, she loved her job, and she wasn't interested in getting married or making babies any time soon. One day when Elizabeth came to visit home, she found her mother reading the news and crying. When Elizabeth asked what was wrong, her mother had her sit down and she told her that her biological father had died. Elizabeth had asked about her father when she was a child, but her mother had always been evasive and dismissive about it, always steering the conversation in some other direction to avoid answering. Now, though, her mother told her everything: her biological father was a nobleman whose house her mother had worked in when she was young. She'd had a brief tryst with him when she was a teenager and had become pregnant with Elizabeth, so she'd left. She'd heard nothing of him until that day when she'd seen in the news that Lord Clements, his wife, and one of his two daughters, along with many of their friends and family, had died in a tragic fire at their youngest daughter's birthday party.

Elizabeth realized that if Lord Clements was her father, that meant that the surviving daughter was her half-sister. Realizing that this girl, whose name was Priscilla Clements, was probably lost and alone in the world without any surviving family to speak of, Elizabeth decided that she needed to go find her half-sister and be there for her. She headed home to the kingdom she'd been serving in and she informed them that she needed to take some extended time off due to a family emergency. They were more than willing to give her all the time she needed, saying to come back when she was ready and able and that she would resume her duties as normal. They gave her some parting gifts and wished her luck dealing with her family issues, and then she set out to track down her half-sister.

So begins...

Elizabeth couldn't help but to smirk a bit when James said that she knew nothing, and Priscilla burst into giggles at his reaction. Elizabeth ran a hand through her silky straight hair, eyeing James somewhat. "So, what's the story behind the eyepatch? It'd better be a damn good story, because I've met pirates before and they're not the types you want to be associated with," she said with a smirk.

James was having a good time till she brought up the eyepatch. "That isn't a story I am willing to tell." He said, a slight glare coming up but not for her. It was for his dead father. He didn't talk to many people about and those who knew were close to him. The food came and he thanked the high heavens before eating.

Elizabeth raised an eyebrow at his reaction to her asking about the eyepatch and she gave a nod. "You're a secret pirate, then. Got it," she said with a nod, pausing as the food came. She took a sip of her drink before she and Priscilla both started to eat. Priscilla scooted her chair a bit closer to James, leaning over and kissing his shoulder before going back to her food. She was glad they seemed to be getting along. She really liked Elizabeth, even if her sister was a bit vulgar at times, and she hoped they could continue to have a good relationship even if they had nothing in common.

James dropped his fork, "I could be a damn pirate... hot damn all these years I coukd have gone ARRRR but no I just growl and your sister loses it. Watch." He said and leaned over and growled into her ear.

Priscilla blinked when James said that he growled and she lost it, and when he leaned over and growled in her ear, her face went bright red. Elizabeth couldn't help the smirk that came to her lips. "That's a great party trick. Good to know my little sister likes it spicy," she said, and she laughed when Priscilla promptly hid her face in James's arm.

James laughed, "just a little... working her up to the big stuff. You might not know the real spicy stuff either. You look very wholesome and good girl material. Shoot so much you make Prissy loom like a bad girl." He chuckled.

Elizabeth blinked a bit when he said he was working Priscilla up to the big stuff. That definitely wasn't something you told your girlfriend's big sister, especially not when she could probably kick your ass. "You're right that I probably don't know the spicy stuff either, but not for the reason you think. The hell kind of sailor do you think I'd be if I was good and wholesome? You must not know a lot of sailors, eh?" she asked with a smirk. Priscilla was red as a beet and kept her face hidden in James's arm.

James scuffed, "oh I know sailors, kid. Pirates, kings, noblemen, and many more. I have friends in many places." He smirked, "You may be able to kick ass but I bet the moment a pretty girl compliments you you are red in the face. I guess you and Prissy are sisters. That's cute." He smirked.

Elizabeth raised an eyebrow when he talked about having friends in many places. "See, you're doing it wrong. The pirates aren't the ones you want to be friends with," she said with a shake of her head. She'd dealt with more than enough pirates during her years on the seas. She blinked when he said that she probably went red in the face when a pretty girl complimented her. "I'll just bet I would, if that was an occurrence I'd had to deal with," she said with a bit of a shrug.

James shrugged, "not in my mind of business." He said and then blinked, poking Prissy's cheek. "Hey we need to test this out. I need you to compliment this woman who claims to be older than you but looks your age." He said and stared at her freckles before smirking she was a lovely girl and he could see himself having slept with her if he wasn't with Prissy...

Priscilla blinked, looking up at James when he said he needed her to compliment Elizabeth, whose cheeks went a bit red at his compliment. "I don't think it'll work if I do it. I'm her sister. Maybe you'll have to come with us to the market and we'll see what happens with the pretty girl there," she said with a smirk. Elizabeth sighed. "I am never telling you anything again," she said with a shake of her head, smiling a bit. She'd noticed him staring at her face, probably intrigued by the physical similarities between her and Priscilla, and she hoped he wouldn't notice the blush that had come to her face.

James saw the blush, "nevermind, apparently I'm a fucking pretty girl. The hell, Elizabeth? I'm Prissy's pretty girl, not yours. And thinking of pretty girls." He said, he looked at Prissy and kissed her temple. "You look very pretty today." He said softly.

Elizabeth smirked a bit at his comment, shaking her head. "I think the last ten compliments I received were all 'you fight good', so a compliment on my appearance is welcome from any pretty person, boy or girl," she said calmly. Priscilla giggled a bit at the two of them, and her face went pink when James said she looked pretty and kissed her temple. "Thanks. You do, too," she said, reaching up and booping his nose. Elizabeth smiled and shook her head a bit at the two of them. She still wasn't sure she liked him, and had spotted at least a dozen red flags over the course of lunch, but he seemed to be treating Priscilla well and she seemed happy, so she wouldn't say anything for now.

James shook his head and looked away, "You keep calling me pretty, Prissy, and I will blush so hard and then your sister is going to think I am so weak." He pouted before looking over his shoulder and smirking. She could be a brat when she wanted to be but she was his girl and he loved her fiercely. He knew that this newcomer was going to try to take on the big sister role, which meant that she had things she didn't like about him. He was fine with that, he could easily take on a knight. He had taken on plenty in his time and with this new strength, it should be easier than normal, but now he was trying not to beat up everyone that stood in his way of things and try and be a civilized human. "I am going to have to pass on going to the market and watch your knight sister get flustered by a pretty girl, though. I have some papers I need to finish up before this stupid meeting... apparently, someone wants to try that human trade again down in the kingdom and Dol, the girl who pretty much wiped them out, is pregnant so she can't go and snuffed them... lucky for her I am resourceful and can have that done in no time."

"Plus Barynn is due to have her little one in a couple months so... guards are going to be double. I know he has Amell, who is a really good ass fighter... and that is coming from me... I mean we are understaffed since we have people down in the kingdom pushing the borders and doubling down on who actually gets in on the islands." He said and glared a bit at Elizabeth, "So don't come up here thinking you know how to run this ship. People are going to get hurt, even if we have guards aplenty. Good people snap. Bad people know how to stay hidden. Those guys that harrassed Prissy have been dealt with. I am sure we can find a man with his face kicked in. Though if you were a good knight you would have reported it at least to the police which would have been an easy enough find if you asked around." He said and looked at the waitress and asked for the ticket for all three. She nodded and walked off. He looked back at Elizabeth, "We can't save everyone, people are going to fall through the cracks, I am sure there are more than a handful of corrupt knights in your league and if you say none that is bullshit and goes to show you are blind. I have seen my fair share, the world is an ugly place under all its pretty make up." He said and paid for everyone's meals. "Now... you two girls have fun... I would say be safe, but you have a sister who kicks people's faces in and I... well you can't really ask for better now can ya?" He asked and kissed her softly. "I know you like to take a certain street when you go to the inn... don't. I think I warned you about that side of town... or was that someone else? Jesus I am getting up there." He sighed before walking to the end of the table. "Make sure you bat your eyelashes and smile at the poor girl you are stalking." He joked before bidding them farewell and walking out.

Priscilla giggled when James said he'd blush so hard if she kept calling him pretty. She nodded understandingly when he said that he would have to pass on joining them in the market. "That's fair," she said softly. Elizabeth frowned a bit when James mentioned people in the kingdom below wanting to trade in humans. "That's not good," she murmured. She glanced curiously at Priscilla when he mentioned that Barynn was going to have a little one. "A Baron is having a baby...?" she asked, and Priscilla giggled. "No, no. Luther's girlfriend's name is Barynn. B-A-R-Y-N-N. She's pregnant," Priscilla explained. Elizabeth nodded, and then looked at James when he glared at her and started lecturing about how the islands work. She raised an eyebrow, but said nothing. Priscilla nodded when he said to have fun, kissing him back softly and then watching him go.

Elizabeth frowned a bit as he left, looking at Priscilla. "Does he do that often? Everything seemed fine and then he suddenly seemed...irritated?" she asked. "Did I say something wrong?" Elizabeth frowned, but Priscilla shook her head. "I don't think so. All we were doing was joking about compliments...did you think something he wouldn't have liked?" she asked, and Elizabeth furrowed her brow. "Well, since you're asking, I was thinking that I'm not so sure about this man. There were...countless red flags I noticed over lunch, but I didn't intend to say anything as it's not really my place," she said. Priscilla sighed, nodding. "Yep. That'd be it. James can read minds, see. So even if the conversation is going well, if you think something that he doesn't like, he gets mad," she explained. Elizabeth stared at her for a second. "You're...joking, right?" she asked, but Priscilla shook her head. "Nope. It's happened to me before. I think Luther can do it, too," she said.

The girls finished up their meals, which were obviously paid for since James had paid before leaving, and then they headed for the market. Elizabeth was replaying the meeting with James in her head as she pulled her jacket back on and covered her tiger tattoo back up, making note of red flags she'd noticed - and, of course, the good things she'd noticed. She rather liked the way he held Priscilla's hand. While Priscilla seemed to be holding on to him as if for the reassurance that he was still there, he held on to her as if to give her that reassurance, and as if to make sure she was close by for safety. He seemed protective, which she could appreciate. She didn't know much about love, but there seemed to be something genuine between them, and Priscilla seemed happy, which was why she hadn't intended to say anything. They reached the market and started to browse around, idly talking between themselves about Elizabeth's hotel room and the kinds of foods they liked to eat. Elizabeth wouldn't admit it, not after all the teasing from James and Priscilla over lunch, but she was really hoping to see the little Cherry elf girl.

Talila was indeed at the market, this time with her brother and father. She was dressed in a pink short dress and dancing to her brothers singing once again. "Jesus... it is hotter than the devil's ass." Her father said and she giggled. "That is why I wore this dress! It is so flowy, daddy..." She giggled and sang with her brother.

Elizabeth and Priscilla walked along, but Elizabeth slowed to a stop when she spotted the fruit stand. Sure enough, the girl was there again, this time accompanied by an older-looking adult man in addition to the young man from before. Elizabeth blinked at seeing the short, rather revealing dress she was wearing, and then glanced away, but not before Priscilla was able to follow her gaze. "Is that her? The tiny elf at the fruit stand?" Priscilla asked softly, and Elizabeth nodded. "Yes," she said. Priscilla smirked a bit. "Well, you need fruits, don't you?" she said before grabbing her sister's hand and all but dragging her to the stand. Elizabeth reluctantly went along with her, trying to focus her gaze on the array of fruits on the table rather than the pretty girl standing behind it. Priscilla dropped her sister's hand once they reached the table, stepping aside slightly to look at some peaches.

Talila looked up and saw the girl from yesterday and smiled, "oh hello! Daddy it's Lychee! The girl I told you about." She said and the tall older man looked over before smiling. "Hello, thank you so much for saving my little girl. We are forever thankful." He said with a little bow. Talila giggled and waved him away. "How can I help you? Oh the peaches are so juicy! Make sure to have a napkin near." She smiled before looking back at Lychee. She loved those freckles so much. She was so cute.

Elizabeth looked up when the girl addressed her father and pointed her out to him, and she gave a small smile when he thanked her for saving the girl. "Really, it was nothing. I couldn't just let that guy take her," she said with a shake of her head. Priscilla held back a slight smirk. This little elven girl was adorable, all bubbly and cheerful. She could definitely see what Elizabeth might see in her. "The peaches certainly look lovely!" she said enthusiastically, grinning at the girl. "My sister here was telling me how delicious all the fruit was that she bought the last time she was here. We were both actually hoping you'd be at the market today so she could buy some more. I figured I might as well buy some, too, maybe surprise my boyfriend with something as sweet as he is," she said with a giggle. Elizabeth couldn't help but to smile a bit. Priscilla was certainly more talkative and outgoing than she was.

Talila laughed, "oh I am so happy she loved our fruit." She looked at Elizabeth and smiled, "Did you eat all that fruit in one day? Oh goodness you just might be my favorite customer." She giggled and looked down. " You said you had a boyfriend, right?" She asked looking back at Priscilla. "Our strawberries are super sweet and yummy. We had to hide them from my youngest brother." She giggled. "Oh and the kiwi... hmm..." She turned to Elizabeth, "Did you try the lychees yet?" She asked while looking up at her, smiling big.
