Setting
Papoa lake is a very large, serene lake on one of the small islands near the main city of Veritas island. It is surrounded by land that has been used for farming and livestock for many years and has rich soil and lush greenery. The river itself contains a plethora of fish and is a popular fishing spot among the inhabitants of the main city. One side of the lake offers a beach that it open during the summers to tourists and locals, though the other is made up of privately owned farms and fields.

Lorelei kissed his chest softly. "You have such nice abs and you don't do very much. I train my ass off and I am just toned. I guess it's fine. I think I look hot either way and Dol won't stop making sure I think that every day. So... you just have a really nice body and I can appreciate it." She laughed softly. "Don't worry about me though, I am going to keep on eating healthy. I really don't wanna be tied down and force fed, as Dol as made it clear she will do that to me if I even tried to stop eating again." Lorelei leaned up and kissed him softly. "I love you."
Ivie giggled, before kissing him back. She gasped a little when he picked her up and looked down at Dawn who wasn't having it. "Oh no. Dawn save me from the big handsome giant!" She said as if she was in distress and put her arm over her forehead. "Whatever shall I do, Dawn?!" She tried hard not to laugh before looking up at Blair. "Well it seems like my knight in pretty fur is here." She smiled and gently tapped his cheek with her hand.

Adrian blinked. "Work outs with Blair when we're both free in the morning are a lot more than just running. Havent dont a whole bunch since ive been in and out of the hospital, or here. And he spends the night at Ivie's a lot more recently. I dont know why he doesnt just move in." He said and shook his head a little bit. "Im about to start dragging Micah out of bed and making him do the exercises with me just because I cant seem to motivate myself to do it when im alone. And he needs to learn to get up before noon anyways." He said and poked Lorelei's tummy and sides. "And I always thought you were the hottest...And I will help Dol tie you down and force feed you if you try to stop eating healthy again. " He said and then attacked her with kisses all over the place. "I love you too!" He said and settled back down.
Blair looked down at Dawn and huffed. "She doesnt want me to have any kind of fun at all." He said and watched her run circles around his feet. "Maybe she'll make herself dizzy and I can run away with you while she's distracted." He joked and then watched dawn nudge his legs. "Okay okay, i'll put the pretty princess down." He said and set Ivie back down. Dawn sat at Ivie's feet and sneezed at Blair. "My own dog, such a mama's girl...You wont win next time Dawn..." He said and crossed his arms.

Lorelei listened and was half way asleep when he started to poke her. She wiggled and tried to get his hand away. "Noo... don't be a Dol. You are suppose to save me." She giggled when he kissed attacked her. "Mmm you better love me. I would die if you didn't." Lorelei said softly before cuddling into him. "So warm and so safe." She said before dosing off again.
Ivie laughed, though she was a bit sad and annoyed that it ended this way. "Such a mama's girl." She smiled and walked off. "I am gonna get ready for bed. Can you go walk Dawn?" She asked but disappeared into her bedroom before he could answer. Ivie went in the shower and let the steaming hot water roll over her until she calmed down and got out. She wrapped herself in a towel and just sat on the closed toilet, thinking. "Remind me not to do that ever again." She mumbled to herself.

Ivie was completely dried and had dressed before braiding her hair and wrapping it in a top bun. She saw Blair in his boxers and smiled. "Ready for bed?" She asked before turning off the light and sliding into her side of the bed. "Night, Blair." She said sweetly.
Blair watched Ivie come in and just looked at her like she was a crazy woman. "Ivieeeee" He said and poked her all over the place. "What do you mean, 'ready for bed?' I was ready for dessert, ya temptress." He said and pulled her close before kissing downthe back of her neck. "But if you really want to go to bed...I wont fight you too much on it." He said softly

"Also, don't give Loris a hard time tomorrow. I know he was joking. I highly doubt you two would be doing that in the middle of the street for one. And Loris is so in love with Elise. Ugh him and Will need to hang out more. Anyway I have a busy morning. Night babe." She said softly.
Blair nuzzled the back of Ivie's neck. "Mkay...You dot gotta worry about me giving him a hard time. Elise might give him a hell of a time though, she didnt seem at all happy about that situation..." He said and then curled up around Ivie. "Good night love." He said and let himself fall asleep. When morning came along he was up earlier than usual, before Ivie even was for whatever reason. He shimmied out of the bed so he didnt wake her up and went out for a run with Dawn, picking them up breakfast on his way back, a variety of scones and muffins, and coffee and tea before coming back and waking Ivie up with her breakfast in bed and then running off to the shower.
Ivie woke up to the smell of food and smiled. "Thanks." She said softly before nibbling a scone. She was tired, but she knew she had to be up and ready for the kids. When she was done she placed the box on his side of the bed and got dressed. She took her drink once she was done and started putting the toys down once again for Cora and telling Dawn to let it be. Roshia came with the babies and ran off. "If I was into women... Blair would have competition." She laughed softly and let them have tummy time.
Loris got up with Cora and got her dressed before they went to the diner and had breakfast. Cora talked about her dream of baby chickens and pink llamas. Loris couldn't help but laugh and they had a good time before he dropped her off at Ivie. Ivie welcomed her with loving arms and then he left to go to work.

Blair hopped out of the shower and got dressed real fast before grabbing a muffin and his cup of coffee and meeting Ivie out in the livingroom. The kids were there and he blinked before realizing he wasnt late for work just yet. "Ugh I thought I was late and it was awful." He said and kissed Ivie's cheek. "You got Forrest tonight or is he still going to be at his dads?" He asked and watched the kids play, waving at Cora when she looked up.
Elise was up at her usual time, though today she wasnt feeling the cheeriest. She wasnt expecting Loris to get the way he was about the thing with Blair. She wasnt really mad, she knew it was just a bunch of joking around between Loris and Blair. But she didnt really know Ivie and didnt want Blair to be in trouble with his woman. That and he was hardly ever like that with her, even when she would start things with him. She walked into work and went about her day as usual.

Loris got to work but went around to the back and slipped through. He went to the break room and made himself a cup of coffee before rolling up his sleeves and going down to his own office. He just wanted to get the day over with and go home with his daughter. He was going to start reading her some of his favorite childhood stories. As he was setting up he thought about taking Cora on a little hiking trip. Maybe stop by his family's house and give them the news.

"How about, I bring dinner back here tonight and give you a break on the cooking business. Will Forrest eat chinese food? Theres greek food and pizza place on the way too, I can grab whatever works." He said and pulled Ivie closer by her hips, enjoying his last couple of minutes with her before he had to run off to work.

"Misha isnt going to mind either, the longer im not there the less he has to do, and hes busy planning his anniversary party so...I can stay out of his hair for a minute." He said and leaned back. "She can try but im not going anywhere....Lookin at my junk..eatin my pancakes, bein a creep in the closet...She can have Micah..Theyre the same...." Adrian said stubbornly.
Lorelei kept eating and when she was done washed her dishes. "I don't blame Dol for doing those things. I mean... I am not really any different than her... except I don't sleep with different men." She said and ran into her room to get ready and walked out. "Come on, we gotta get out there or she will kick all of our butts." Lorelei grabbed his hand and walked to the training area. Lorelei and Dol got ready and began training. It was a normal training day, the Dol had made Lorelei run laps with her before calling it a day. "Imma go die in my tub. You two love birds have fun." Dol said and waved as she ran towards her house.

Adrian watched the training and then read while Lorelei showered and got dressed, then walked with her to work. "Mhm its been kind of slow, not sure why, probably a lack of cases they feel need to be sent to me...Which means nothing interesting enough has turned up so ive been doing real routine stuff" He said and then looked over at Elise who looked a little down.
Elise was doing paperwork and dreading having to go down to give Loris some paperwork he needed to fill out for one of the bodies since it was getting cremated and the remains filed in an evidence locker for an unidentified person. She looked up when she heard Lorelei and gave her a soft smile. " Morning Lor." She said and looked down at the paper. "Going to see Loris? Could you give him this paperwork for me if you are? Since you'll be going down there anyways." She said softly and slid the paper towards Lorelei.
Elise was doing paperwork and dreading having to go down to give Loris some paperwork he needed to fill out for one of the bodies since it was getting cremated and the remains filed in an evidence locker for an unidentified person. She looked up when she heard Lorelei and gave her a soft smile. " Morning Lor." She said and looked down at the paper. "Going to see Loris? Could you give him this paperwork for me if you are? Since you'll be going down there anyways." She said softly and slid the paper towards Lorelei.
Lorelei smiled softly, "I'm not actually... sorry. Adrian wants me to stay up here with him today." She said and looked up at Adrian before looking back at Elise. "I think you should go give it to him." She said softly before dragging Adrian back to his office. "Something is up with El and Loris. Also had to drag you away before you screwed up my plan. I love you but lord you are dense." She smiled. "So... how about I lay on your table and you pretend to open me up." She whispered and winked at him.
Elises eyes fell back down to the papers and she put them back in a folder on her desk before deciding that she would just ask someone else to do it. She really didnt want to go down there knowing he was going to be cold to her like he was the night before when she confronted him about the thing with Blair. Maybe she could get him to take the papers down.
Adrian raised an eyebrow as he got whisked away into his lab. "Hey. Im not that dense, you just do things that dont make any sense to me sometimes and then get mad when I question you." He said and huffed. "Well I mean....Its cold in here but.....I could take you back to the office and open you up in there..." He said and thought about it a little bit a tiny smirk crossing his face. "Anyways, what makes you think theres something up with them? Elise does seem kind of down, but shes gotten that way because she saw a stray dog on the way to work a few times..." He said and leaned against his table.

Well then... if she didn't have a problem with going down to see Loris I don't think she would have looked even sadder when I told her no. Do you honestly think that is about a dog, Adrian? You just stick with dead bodies, babe." She smiled and sure enough a body rolled in. "Aww darn it isn't me." She sighed.
Adrian sighed. "I didnt mean it could be about a dog this time. I just meant that ive seen her get all depressed like for very little reason before." He said and then sighed when the body rolled in. "And just when I was going to take you back to the office. Such a shame." He joked and then got to work prepping things for the autopsy. "Maybe go talk to Elise about whats up? Dunno if you'll get a straight answer but it couldnt hurt." He said as he dug through his tools.
Lorelei sighed, "If I am a good girl then you better take be in your office and bend me over that desk." She said and blew him a kiss before walking out and going see Elise. "Adrian got a body in. Apparently he rather see her naked body than mine." She sighed. "So how are you and Loris?" She asked as she stole a candy from the jar.
Adrian waved a dismissive hand at Lorelei as she walked out of the lab and went to work on his autopsy. Elise laughed a little at Adrian and Lorelei. "Its probably best he doesnt see you naked while he's working. Misha about died when he caught you two the last time, though Id hope hed be smart enough to lock the door if he tried it again." She said and winked at Lorelei before looking down at the desk. " I dont know how we are honestly...I wasnt a huge fan of his little joke with blair and said as much and he got pretty cold with me all of the sudden. Now I know if I go down there he's just going to be cold again. I dont know what hes so mad about...I wasnt really mad about it, i was worried about how Ivie would react, Blairs so happy with her that I dont want something like that to get him in trouble.." She said and sighed. "And then I guess I was a little jealous of Blair at the time, Loris never pays attention to me like that at all, even if he's joking, so for him to be so casual about touching Blairs butt...Now he seems ticked off and I dont know what to do...I hate when he shuts me out like this.." She said softly.
Lorelei blushed and waved a dismissive hand. "That was all Adrian's fault." She said before listening to Elise spill her guts on the desk in front of them. Lorelei thought about it, "Well... you should go talk to him. Sitting here and fretting over it isn't going to solve anything. It also depends on how you made it feel across to him. You know... he is going through a lot right now with Cora and then having to worry if her mother is going to show and take her away or cause more problems. Then he has to worry about you and your feelings for Blair." Lorelei shrugged, "Like I said go talk to him. Maybe I am totally wrong, but how would you feel if he told you what you told him, but about his ex girlfriend?" She stole a handful of candy. "Now go talk to him while I throw candy at Adrian." She smiled and walked away into Adrian's lab and threw a candy at his head.
