|Personality|
Childish- Peter is a big kid. He likes to pull pranks, play games, and carries candy on his person at all times. He's also not much of a rule follower, but he has is own set of rules. This also means he's very fun-loving.

Imaginative- Peter likes to tell stories and make up games when comes in handy when working with kids.

Daring- To Peter, everyday is an adventure so he likes to live life to its fullest. Unfortunately this can lead to some dangerous stunts.

Protective- When it comes to little kids and the people he cares about, Peter's got their back. No one was really there for him growing up and a lot of things he had to figure out on his own. He doesn't want another kid to live like that.

Awkward- Because Peter is such a child sometimes, it makes it difficult for him to relate to other people. Especially adults and most kids his age.

Optimistic- It's hard to fly when your thoughts keep you down so Peter tends to be more optimistic when troubles come his way.

Competitive- Peter strives to be the best and that often brings out his competitive side. It's hard to be the best when there's someone better than you.

Sarcastic- One of Peter's quirks is sarcasm. It's largely a defense mechanism, but it often comes out in social situations as a way to entertain people. At least, that's what he thinks.

Dark- One trait not normally associated with Peter is a dark side. Since his big battle with Hook, he's found he has dips in his mood where he's down and angry. He does more dangerous things and can often lash out at people he cares about. He calls it his "Hook" side and anyone he feels close to will know that if he ever says anything in his "Hook" moods, he doesn't mean it. (When in this mood his thought and conversation Hex colors switch)

Image
Image
|Strengths|
Peter is very good with kids, especially boys considering he had been around them his whole life. His optimism allows him to listen to and help others. Having fought pirates in the past, he's an excellent fighter.

|Weaknesses|
Believe it or not, Peter loves to fly, but is actually scared of heights. It's one thing for him to control where he flies, but it's another when he's standing up high and could potentially fall. There's also his dark side.

Image|History|

For as long as Peter can remember he was in Neverland. Many lost boys joined him along the way and he eventually befriended a fairy named Tinkerbell. They had adventures everyday and told stories until they fell asleep at night. They met with natives for hunts and dances, swam with mermaids under the sea, partied with fairies, and fought pirates. It was an epic tale, Peter and Hook. The old codfish who sought treasure and Peter's death and a young boy who would never grow up.

One day Peter took flight past the stars and into London where he would find a girl named Wendy and her two brothers Michael and John. He would take them on their grandest adventure into Neverland so they can join the lost kids. Wendy would tell them stories and John and Michael would be their brothers. Peter found that Wendy held more than his attention. She held his heart. And Hook knew it too.

He captured Wendy and the lost boys and nearly killed Tinkerbell, Peter's dearest friend. That was Peter's lowest point, the time that another side that lied dormant within him broke through to the surface. He was angry at Hook and wanted his revenge. He flew to the ship and took down every pirate. He called upon the Croc to aid in his battle against Hook and in the end it was the croc that one. Peter defeated Hook, saved Wendy and the lost boys, and--most importantly--saved Tinkerbell.

After his big battle with Hook, Neverland grew quiet. Tink had left Peter behind and not long after, Wendy took her brother's home to London where they were to grow up. It broke Peter's heart to lose two people he cared so deeply for. The lost boys began to leave looking for Wendy, but never returned. Peter decided that they found homes of their own and decided to stay. The island of Neverland was empty for Peter now. No pirates, no family, and no Friends. Lonely and angry, Peter took off from Neverland, but when he went to Wendy's home in London, Wendy had grown up, gotten married, and had children: Jane and Daniel. Peter smiled sadly, at Wendy, devastated but also happy. He was happy that Wendy was happy. He left London behind and flew until he came across a town of fairy tales: Enchantra.

Here he decided to stay. He would learn to live instead of running from Time. He got a job at an arcade and though he would grow old physically, he would forever be a kid at heart. And maybe one day, he could find someone as Wendy had so his life wouldn't be so lonely like it had in Neverland.

So begins...

Tink called her thanks to Belle as she left. She wasn't a nervous person by nature- but the thought of what was ahead of her was enough to make her stomach twist a little. She shook her head a little. Come on, Tink, it's just a dinner between friends. He probably already has an inkling and was talking about Neverland to gauge your reaction.

She pulled out her phone and texted Peter.

To: Peter
I'll get the drinks if you bring the food!

When she actually got to the store, though, she hesitated. Was wine too much? She did like wine and she did have it with dinner from time to time. But was it a bit... much? She was overthinking too much. She grabbed a white and some lemonade as well, just in case they didn't want alcohol. After retrieving some plastic cups and paying for the lot, she headed to the park. The pavilion was pretty easy to find and was perfectly sheltered from the rain. She sat down in the middle, took out her drinks, and texted Peter.

To: Peter
I'm here! Pavilion, don't keep me waiting ;P

A bright smile formed on Belle's face as her friend opened the door. A heat rose to her cheeks at the compliment he offered and stepped inside with a polite nod of her head. "Thank you, Aladdin." She said, choosing his full firstname over her favored nickname. "You're not too bad yourself." She paused, realizing that probably wasn't the best thing to say. "Well.. I mean.. that is.. You look incredibly handsome." She was still blushing as she looked around at his home, a familiar place, but she was always impressed. She smiled at a photograph that sat on one of the tables near the door as they walked towards the dining room. It was a picture of the gang from the diner: Tink, Ruby, Aladdin, and their friends: Belle, Peter, Caspian, and Mallory. It was some party or another, but they were all there. I wonder how much is about to change Belle thought as her eyes found Aladdin. Tink was also on a date of her own.

He led her into the dining room, presenting her with the meal he had prepared: Lasagna. "I love lasagna!" she exclaimed, probably a bit louder than necessary. She clamped her lips shut a moment, biting her lip. Then she said, in a much quieter tone, "Thank you. This looks delicious." There was a shy smile on her face as she sat down in the chair Aladdin had pulled out for her. She had started to reach for the fork before realizing she should probably put napkin on her lap to avoid spilling on her dress. She reached for that instead, but felt Aladdin's eyes on her. When she looked up, her lips parted in a silent and startled o at the intensity of his gaze, an intensity that she hadn't wasn't there before, and her heart began to race.

It was made to beat even faster as he brought up what had happened earlier that day: The kiss. She bit her lip, but nodded. She thought of something else to day, but knew that Aladdin needed to speak so she kept quiet. Besides, she couldn't think of much to say that wasn't any better than when she had asked, "why?"

ImagePeter was just finishing the closing of the arcade for the evening when he got a text from Trixie to grab some food and she would grab the drinks. He smiled for a moment before a slight panic began to set in. What would he be bringing of food? A cooked meal was out the question since he had just come off work which also meant no microwavables since they were meeting at the pavilion. Why had he even suggested it in the first place? He shook his head sharply and went to his headspace he used to keep fear at bay as he battled hook. He locked up the arcade and set out for the store.

After texting Trixie a quick: "Deal", He wandered around before he finally decided on some fruits that could easily be eaten and some premade pb&j. It wasn't the classiest of meals, but it was the best he could do with the time he had. He just hoped that she wouldn't be too disappointed in him. Seems I'm a disappointment to a lot of people in my life... he thought bitterly.

He arrived at the pavilion not too long after Trixie had, but he had managed to pick up a rather large towel at the store that they could sit on. He walked up to her and noticed a brown bag in her arms--probably what was holding the drinks-- and bowed with a flourish. "Milady. I hope you didn't wait too long." he greeted with a sheepish smile. The flipped the blanket out and laid it down. He motioned for her to sit and did the same beside her. He pulled out his fruit--apples and grapes--and their sandwiches and said, "Sorry they're nothing special. I realized too late that I probably should've had some plan for food when I suggested this place. We couldn't get hot food and I didn't have time to cook anything.. Please don't be disappointed.." Then he noticed that she had brought wine as well as lemonade and raised an eyebrow. "Wine? Are we celebrating something?" His eyes grew wide with sudden terror. Oh Neversprites! Did I forget your birthday?"

She beamed as Peter arrived, having to remind herself to sit down carefully with her skirt. She laughed at his apologies about the food. "This is cool, Peter! I'm not that hungry anyway," she replied, shrugging a little. She laughed again about the wine, pulling out the plastic cups and poured some wine into both.

"What, does it have to be a special event for wine?" She asked, handing him a plastic cup. "I just fancied something a little fancier than lemonade, you know?" She giggled to herself as she took a sip of her own. "Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and plastic cups. The wine is the only grown-up thing here, and that's including the pair of us," she remarked, picking up a sandwich and taking a bite. As nervous as she had been, she was already much more calm with Peter there. But that was always the way, wasn't it? It wasn't that she was only half of a pair- if she'd learned anything during her time in the non-magical world, it was that she was a whole person without him. It was that they'd spent so long with each other, that when they spent time together, it felt so natural.

ImagePeter smiled at his friend and shrugged at her remark about wine and special things. He picked up the bottle and took a look at the strange liquid inside. He honestly wasn't one for alcohol. It was something for adults... something he was slowly becoming. He sniffed it and scrunched his nose. No way I'm drinking that He thought. To Trixie he said, "I would actually like some lemonade if you don't mind. He picked up a plastic cup and held it out to her. "Who needs to be grown-up anyway?" He stuck out his tongue at her in a childish manner which probably came off as goofy and maybe even kind of cute now that he was older.

He took a sip of his lemonade and the picked up his sandwich. The thing was about as big as the palm of his hand and he downed it pretty quickly. He smiled sheepishly at her when he realized he probably looked like a pig and then picked up an apple. He shined the skin on his shirt before taking a bite. "So what did you do today, Trixie?" he asked casually. "Since Belle hadn't needed your help."

She raised an eyebrow as he rejected the wine. She wasn't surprised, to be honest- Peter had grown up, but not all that much. It just felt like a reminder of how much they had all changed. Her time in this world had obviously changed her more than she'd thought. She poured him his lemonade, before taking another sip from her wine.

She laughed at him eating his sandwich, taking a bite out of her own. His sheepish smile only made her own smile widen. At his question, she shrugged. She wasn't going to admit everything that had happened- not in a thousand years. "Oh, you know, just chilled at home. Did some reading, drank tea- you know, your usual afternoon!" She said cheerily, sipping on her wine again. As far as she was concerned, the meltdown had never happened. She wasn't going to acknowledge that space of time unless she was directly asked about it, and perhaps not even then.

Belle sat back in her chair, her heart pounding, and listened. Her heart practically stopped after the first sentence. "Belle. I love you." Her head buzzed and her stomach fluttered, both because, she hopped, her body was reacting faster than her brain could process. Wait, she thought, He loves me? Aladdin and Belle had been friends for a long time. Without even trying she could get him to talk about the things that bothered him and when they spent time together, everyday was an adventure and a memory she cherished. There were days and times where the thought of him would make her smile like a fool and her heart would race when his dark eyes looked her way. Like... it was doing now. Could it be that there's something there, something inside, that wasn't there before? And she was just now noticing the difference?

She opened her mouth to speak, but words seemed to fail her. She bit her lip a moment and thought. Then, following an idea, she stood and walked over to him. She took his hand, trying to get him to stand up. She's brush a lock of hair from his face and rub a thumb over the curve of his cheek bone. She'd gaze into those eyes that she looked forward to seeing every day she went to the diner. The eyes she missed every time she left."Belle. I love you." Tears, joyus tears, filled her eyes and she opened her mouth again to speak but words failed her. Instead, she took the hand she had been holding still and placed it on her heart so he could feel it's rapid beating against his palm. She tried to tell him with her eyes how she felt, but was unsure he'd be able to see them. In fact, she was almost positive she was scaring him with her lack of words. That he worried she didn't feel the same when, in fact, she did. She blinked, eyes wide at the thought.

Then she managed, "I love you, Aladdin."

And in case that wasn't enough evidence on its own, she pushed herself up onto her toes, still needing the extra height even in heels, and placed a soft kiss on his lips.

ImagePeter sat back, his hand against the pavement in support as he sipped on his lemonade. The air was cool and wet and reminded him very much like home. He listened to the events of Trixie's day, seeming pretty uneventful, as he close his eyes and let the breeze blow through his light brown hair. Then he said, "This weather reminds me of Neverland," He said as he smiled at the memories that played against the black of his closed eyelids. "I remember after this one really big storm, Tink, the lost boys, and I had to rebuild part of our fort. Things inside were soaking wet, but of course we were able to make a game out of it. We'd take old dirty clothes and toss them at each other like water balloons and if they stuck we'd get a point."

Then he looked at her, really looked at her as if seeing her for the first time and something... looked familiar. "Trixie. I don't think I've asked you before, but... where did you live? Before Enchantra?"

She smiled at the memory Peter was talking about. She was able to remember it clearly like it had only happened a few days ago. She couldn't remember how long it had actually been. Her perception of time in Neverland was all off. She didn't know if she was younger than she said or centuries older than she appeared. Either way, her and Peter were the same age- and that was all that mattered.

When he looked at her, she could see the first glimmer of recognition in his eyes. And then the question came- in his usual, curious manner. She shrugged, taking a sip out of her wine.

"Well, for a while, I lived in a small town called... I don't know, it was Forestbrook or something like that?" She said casually, having to take another sip of her wine. "And... before that..." She swallowed hard. "Neverland."

She looked up at Peter and smiled. "Didn't you ever wonder why people sometimes call me Tink?" She asked, shrugging a little. She couldn't bring herself to actually say it to him. She couldn't actually bring herself to say those words.

ImagePeter nearly choked on his lemonade at the name of his home. He looked up her in astonishment. Her identity was subtle, but as dense as Peter could be, he picked up on it. At first, he was in shock. He stood and backed up a step, shaking his head as if a ghost had appeared and he had trouble believing it. Then he was angry. "I thought it was because your personality is like a pixie. Or that your laugh is like a bell. Something. Not that you're my best friend who left me on an island with a bunch of boys who eventually left as well." She knew who he was, but she didn't bother to tell him who she was. He could feel "Hook" in the back of his mind, his blood boiling in anger.

Then everything went dark. His anger vanished and was replaced with a need to protect Trixie-erm.. Tink. While power outages were only uncommon in most places, power outages in Enchantra were rare. It was light enough outside that he could still see perfectly fine. He looked over at Tink, expecting the anger to flare, but instead he felt only relief. He reached out for her and pulled her close in a tight hug. "I'm sorry, Tink," he said, a hand coming up to hold the back of her head gently. "For whatever I did that made you leave... I'm sorry. I missed you." He gave her a moment to respond before he let her go and looked off towards the main part of town. "We should probably go see what's up."

ImageBelle was all smiles as the two returned to her dinner. With one bite she knew she was in love.. with the lasagna. "Holy sugar cookies, Aladdin!" She exclaimed. "This is fantastic!" Without realizing it, she found herself halfway finished by the time the storm outside picked up. The wind was blowing powerfully and rattling the windows. She all but ignored it. She had enough distraction before her. The food was fantastic and Aladdin's eyes watched her, forming goosebumps on her arms. Her cheeks were beginning to hurt from all the smiling.

ImageThen there was a loud bang, causing Belle to practically leap from her chair, knocking her napkin to the ground. A small squeak slipped from her lips as she moved. Then the lights went out. Belle took a deep breath in an attempts to calm her nerves and watched Aladdin move towards the window. She wasn't afraid of the dark. Just being alone in the dark wasn't one of her top ten favorite things to do. So she stood and made her way over to him. The whole town was dark. "Well that's not good." She said. "Wonder what happened. Even a storm like this couldn't knock the power out for the entire town... could it?" She wasn't afraid... okay maybe she was a little afraid, but she was brave and she would face it. She held her head high and clasped her hands together to keep them from shaking. It's just a storm, Belle.
she thought, Get a hold of yourself.

She should have anticipated this reaction. His face and movements said enough- but his words certainly didn't help anything. This side of Peter was another reason she'd left. It was terrifying at times. But for now, all it did was flare up anger inside of her. Like he hadn't hurt her? Like his pining over Wendy Darling hadn't affected her? And did he have the guts to think that coming here had been easy?

And then the lights went out. It momentarily distracted her from her anger, and Peter had pulled her to her feet before she had time to get angry again. And then he apologised, and it was hard to stay furious at him. She was still a little angry, but not irrationally so. She could deal with it- it was, at least, not as bad as it could have been had they both managed to get back to Neverland. Here, she could control her emotions. She chose not to say anything, simply brushed down her skirt and looked towards town.

"Could it just be something to do with the storm?" She asked.
