Introduction

While walking along, a young, nervous looking boy with dark brown, silky hair trots over to you. He wears a light gray t-shirt, knee high, tan shorts and all white sneakers. He, while glancing around nervously, pulls you to the side and starts to whisper,

"Alright, listen to me. You don't have much time, and the road ahead of you is rough. I know you don't know who I am, or why I'm talking with you. I realize I may seem strange, dangerous or crazy, but the path ahead of you is much more crazy than I seem. But...you see, you're about to be...tested. Well, it's not meant to be a test. In fact, kids like you before the war had a great time being discovered. But not anymore. Now, the mortals are getting involved. You see- you're kind of a- errrm, how do I put this? You're a God. Or Goddess. Well, future one. Not fully developed at all. A-and there's this war between the Gods/Goddesses and the mortal realm. Normally, we can squish mortals like bugs.

But, lately...let's just say some clever mortals found a way to destroy the quote on quote 'bridge' between the God's realm and the mortal realm. Now, all the Gods and Goddesses can't reach the mortals and the mortals are getting payback for all the cruel stuff us Gods/Goddesses have done to them in the past...don't look at me! I-it's not like I did anything! Look, the point here is one of the ways they're getting back at us happens to be murdering kids who just so happen to be future Gods/Goddesses...and like I said, you're one of them. And since I'm stuck in my mortal form (don't ask why...), it's you and a few others jobs to 'fix' that bridge."

You stare at him for a few seconds, thinking he's crazy.

"Oh right!" He mutters, acting as if he had forgotten to mention something. "You must be wondering how you do this. Well you see, the first thing you need to do is figure out what powers you wield, and to do that you must journey to Ileia's monument, which is located in the hostile 'Silver City'. This monument will help you find out your strength. Then, you need to obtain the three orbs. I know, what a weird name for a legendary sphere. An orb. Anyway, I only know where the first orb is. I only know this because it's my orb. It's called the-- errr, Orb of Wisdom I believe. Yes! That's right, I'm the God of Wisdom. Now, as I was saying, you need to get three orbs blah blah blah....Right! That's where we were. My Orb is located in the Ruins of Sonraix- somewhere in the catacombs. When you get my orb I think you get directions to the Orb of Time...uh...not super sure. Anyway, you need your powers to fend off the horrible monsters in the catacombs...Good luck with that.

There are five others, by the way. I advise you go with them. Their names are ______, _______, ______, ________, and last but probably not least ______. Now, I have to run. If you have questions, too bad (Ask me in the OOC! ^^)."

The boy ran off.

I know, I know, rules are boring. Sadly, they're unavoidable in life. Though, hopefully these rules won't do too much damage to your soul...

1. Be nice!
Don't let IC affect your attitude OOC. Always try to be nice, and if something upsets you feel free to say so without insulting anyone else. People have feelings, just like you. Treat them the way you want to be treated.

2. I understand you have a life outside of this website.
Almost everyone on here has a full or half time job, goes to school and has a life outside of the internet. I know what it's like to be busy, so I don't care if you do not get a chance to post every single day. All that I ask is that you post AT LEAST once a week. For reservation question, are you afraid of butterflies? Back to topic- if you are going on vacation, a work trip, etc., say so in the OOC so everyone will know you will not be able to post.

3. Be semi-literate.
Please, have at least 100 words in your post, and have proper grammar. I can understand some mistakes- everyone makes a few mistakes now and then. But please make sense, and try to make sure spelling isn't too bad. I mean, how much effort does it take to click the red line and click the correct form of the word? I have to do more when eating bacon for crying out loud!

4. No God-modding.
I tend to get angry about this one. DO NOT control characters that are not your own! Here's an example of God-modding: "Tim throws a punch at Mary, hitting her in the face." Say Tim and Mary are two different characters played by two different people. The one playing "Tim" is God-modding, by not giving Mary a chance to dodge the punch. Here is how "Tim" should have typed this: "Tim throws a punch at Mary, attempting to hit her in the face." This way, the one playing Mary can decide whether they want Tim to succeed in punching Mary.

5. No overpowered characters.
No perfect characters! No one is perfect! No character is enjoyable unless they have flaws/quirks/weaknesses. Plus, it gives that one character an unfair advantage over the others. If anyone perfect characters show up, I'm going to yell until you shrivel up like a raisin in the sun! (Haha, I'm just kidding. I'm not that mean. But seriously! NO PERFECTS!)
