Raegan was silent as Victor had spoken. Tasha was soon speaking and still the woman remained silent. "Yeah well...out there isn't exactly rainbows and unicorns either. Chris would have loved this. You guys all know that black parade out there, it's not what he would have wanted." The other woman's words rung true, even through the grief that they were all feeling. Raegan glanced over to Spencer, noting his smirk.
She couldn't help but wonder why such a look was on his face. "I'll tell you what Chris did want. I was there when Chris was shot, I held him while he died. He told me to take that road trip...he meant all of us. We owe him that much don't you think?" He said and only a short moment later Tasha was speaking. "Bull shit. I have a life that I can't exactly just up an walk away from for a dream we had when we were kids.."
Raegan looked between the two before speaking up as well. "Spence, Tasha is right. It's not as simple as it used to be." She paused, her eyes falling to the dark haired man. She could easily see that he wanted to follow through with Chris's last wish. She sighed before continuing. "I can probably talk my boss into letting me off.." She said, giving in. She hated thinking that she was letting Chris down..but even more so..letting Spencer down. It was something that she didn't quite understand. They'd never been very close, not like she'd been with Chris.
She knew that Grayson would not want to let her go..he would try to guilt trip her. However, he would give in to her wishes though she would pay for it later. It was worth it. She offered Spencer as best of a smile as she could before she spoke again. "I'll need to know how long we'll be gone." She turned her eyes to Victor and then Tasha. "I know that none of us are close like we used to be, but..honoring Chris in such a way would be amazing."
The woman hoped that the other two decided to join them. It would be wonderful to get to know her friends again. She'd not realized how much that she missed them until she'd gotten into the same room as them. She wondered, though, if any of them felt the same way. Victor suddenly moved slightly, as if he was ready to leave. Though, he remained. Raegan glanced his way, watching him as he spoke.

I know that none of us are close like we used to be, but..honoring Chris in such a way would be amazing." Victor wanted to go. He really did. He wanted nothing more than to spend time with the people that had meant so much to him so long ago.
Suddenly, Victor moved a bit, glancing to the door. A moment later, he turned back to the others.
"You know..I'm down. There's no reason that we shouldn't do it. Besides..it's all too easy for me to get out of work. Dad won't mind too badly. So, Tasha, that leaves you. You coming or not?" He turned his gaze to the woman, eyeing her carefully. He hadn't allowed himself much time to think over how much they'd all truly changed. Even Tasha. He'd always liked the woman though she'd always been too wrapped up with Spencer to pay attention to any to him when it came to such things. Seeing her now only caused those old feelings to try to resurface.
Victor was quick to push such things down. He saw no point in allowing them to continue. He'd seen the man that she was with. He had no intent upon trying to get between them. He might be part of the mafia, but he had standards.
"Come on Tasha. You know you want to. It'll be fun..and we could all use it."
