Personality
Fierce on the outside, but if shown love is likely to quickly warm up to another wolf. This can be difficult though because he is likely to attack on sight. Very seclusive.
History
Has never had any interaction since he left his original pack after one of his brothers became a wolf masters wolf many years ago.

Shadow's Story

Shadow slinked out of his den and lapped some water from the river. Sniffing the air he picked up the scent of rabbit. He turned around silently and saw it paying him no attention, nibbling the grass. Shadow crouched, but before he could spring a cockatoo's loud screech startled the tasty animal and it ran off into the bush. A low growl escaped shadows throat and he slinked off between the trees.
Shadow had just had a brilliant idea to get back at those of his family who had become wolf masters wolves. There were always careless mothers that let their pups stray or orphaned pups that found there way to wolf territory where they were cared for. If he could get the youngest pups, train them to listen to him, but seem like they obey the humans...Oh yes. Now the whole Tribe would pay! He was going to train the next sacred wolf!
Shadow slunk through the bush looking for food. Suddenly he picked up the fear sent of a small wolf cub. Stalking forward he saw a small cave. He sat by the entrance trying to look as friendly as possible and waited.
Shadow heard the scuffling of paws. He smelled fear sent. The cub was trying to dig away from him! This wasn't right! He stopped himself from bounding into he den, "Stay. You don't wan't to scare it."
After a few moments he heard the heavy breathing of sleep and a few quiet howls. Quietly so as not to wake the cub he crawled into the den. He looked at the cub. "Yes," he thought, "a fine choice for the future Sacred Wolf." Grinning to himself he curled up around the cub and went to sleep.

Shadow work to a sharp pain in his neck. He quickly rose up and rounded on the wolf that had attacked him, hitting his head on the low den roof in the process. A growl rumbled in his throat, but he quickly checked himself, put on a concerned face and said seriously to the cub, "I'm sorry. Did I frighten you?" Nuzzling her gently, "You looked so young and lonely. Are you lost? Do you have any parents?"
"Make friends," he thought, "Gain her trust. Then she will be yours."

As casually as he could Shadow stopped her by positioning his body longways across the exit. "Just concerned is all. I've never had a cub of my own," He added wistfully, "I can take care of you if you'd like. Teach you how to hunt and stuff...One of my brothers became a wolf master's wolf you know. I'm sure with my help you could become one too. Imagine that! Respected by all the wolves! Would you like that?" He asked circling her while making sure her exit was blocked at all times.
Shadow stopped. "You are all alone aren't you? I'm sorry if you have a mother or something and you were just scared," smiling in a way that seemed to say he cared about her he added, "I really think you have the potential to become a very well known member of the tribe."
Shadow growled to himself. "So close and yet so far. She would have made a great Sacred Wolf under my command. Hang on! 'Scarps?' Time for her to try real food." Shadow slinked out of the den and headed quietly towards the river. He was sure to find some animals drinking there.
Autumn wasn't the best time for food.There was only one small mouse digging near the bank, but it ran off as Shadow approached. Instead he looked to the water. "I wonder how she likes fish," he thought. He caught two within a couple of hours. As he headed back towards the den hoping to find the cub back there again. He spotted an elk. Obviously it would be impossible to catch one alone, but at least they were returning to theTribes territory.

Shadow whipped around. Seeing Jessica he relaxed.
"I thought you might be hungry," he dropped the fish and pushed one towards her. "You said before that you ate scraps. This fish is fresh if you'd like some."
He pretended to ignore her sniffing it tentitavely while he ate his own.

Shadow Dashed over bumped her back with a well aimed paw.
"Are you okay?" he asked with genuine concern because despite himself he was warming too her.
The fish feel out of Jessica's mouth. "Take smaller bites," advised Shadow, "What's you're name by the way?"

"I can teach you to hunt for yourself, " said Shadow, "Then you wouldn't have to live off the scraps other wolves lead behind. You cold eat this sort of stuff all the time."
Shadow looked up at the meeting place watching a wolf pad slowly back down. Beninca sat down and looked out at the rest of the territory. Enjoy it while you can human, thought Shadow soon Jessica will be sitting there under my command. Shadow grinned at the thought. Soon all of the wolf tribe would pay.
Shadow looked back and saw Jessica's tail disappear into the scrub. He sat down. No need to chase her. Gaining her trust may take a little time, but all was playing into his paws.
Shadow awoke. He shivered. Sleeping in the open wasn't his best choice, but he wanted to be near the meeting place and Jessica's den early in the morning. He stretched and padded through the hunting ground going over yesterday. he remembered the other ordinary wolf padding away from the meeting place. He was the only one there. Strange, thought Shadow, I wonder what he was doing.
Shadow lay low in the grasses and slinked behind trees. A few metres off he saw two black legs emerge from a den and then a grey body. This was the wolf he had seen yesterday. He flattened himself to the ground and followed, silently, at a safe distance, but close enough that he could hear any sound the wolf made, and could see him clearly at all times.

Shadow decided the wolf he was following wasn't doing anything exciting and went off to find Jessica.
Shadow sniffed out Jessica's trail from her den heading towards the meeting place. "Strange, "he thought, "But then she is a cub. Who knows what goes through her mind." He followed to the roots of a tree then stopped. The tang of another fox was strong, mingling with Jessica's own scent. Shadow could tell from the smell that his heart was colder than his own. He didn't just hate a few like Shadow did his family, he hated all. What could this wolf possibly want with jessica?
Shadow kept low to the ground following Death and Jessica's scent as silently and carefully as he could.
Death's trail led further to the edge of Wolf Tribe Territory than Shadow was used to going. The trees grew thick with shiny broad leaved foliage. He peered out the leaves and scanned ahead. The was a small clearing and den. In front of it sat Death and poking out from the den mouth Shadow could make out the scared face of Jessica.
Should I go get her? He wondered, a bit risky fighting that other wolf. I'll wait first and see what I can find out about him.
Biancca saw Nouvell on top of a hill. She placed an arrow on her bow and, making sure there was no poison on it, aimed carefully and let it go. It landed in the ground a claw length from Nouvell's front left paw. Biancca stood up looking at him. She held the bow at her side and her eyes were serious. It was obvious she was commanding his attention.

"Shadow," said Biancca sweetly, "Would you be a dear and make sure if this wolf sets foot on the top of the hill that he is to be put to death. He is not allowed to touch this cub," she let her arrow fly and Shadow jumped back. Biancca quickly fitted another arrow, ready for an attack.
