Introduction
The Underground
As you crawl down the sewers, you are not met with a smell of sewage. Instead, many different smells meet your nose. They smell like cooking, both good and bad. Welcome to Xip's (pronounced Zip) Arcane Underground. This is a members only club, and at some point you have been invited. Here you can buy anything you could need. Raw Essentia, wands, imbued metals, and dull crystals.
The Magic
There is no spell casting in this world. Magic is simply any change that uses aspects, or its raw form essentia. You can use this to change one item to another, or make machines that do marvelous things, or more efficient ways to smelt, or powerful weapons, or even chests that pick up items for you. The possibilities are endless.
The Wands
Wands are made by crafting a rod of some material, usually metal, wood, or reeds, and attaching an infused crystal, a dull crystal with has been soaked in essentia, on it. Depending on the aspect of the crystal used as the focus and the type of rod used as the handle, the wand will have different results, from shooting flames to causing alchemical reactions. Wands are the entire basis of magic, causing everything to start in motion.
When used, a wand will slowly burn up the crystal that is attached to it.

The Location
It's 2018 in the town of New Nexus. New Nexus is a new metropolis in the eastern US, Ohio to be specific, just south of the Canadian border. This has made New Nexus a nice trade town thanks to a now booming Canadian economy. To most residents of New Nexus, magic is but a thing of stories, but to the select few that were invited into Xip's Arcane Underground.
In the north of New Nexus lies the main shopping district, in which you may find one or two people who have connection to Xip. They can offer you many different things related to magic. The east section is home to many industries and a surprisingly well maintained abandoned factory that has yet to be bought. In the west is the bulk of the trading depots and car sellers. To the south is the residential area where almost everyone in the city lives. The south of the city is divided into a series of high class apartments, middle class condos, and low class housing.

Location - Old Man Johns Aroma Therapy and Herb Shop
The shop was a small shop with various herbs and candles lining the walls. Some were in jars, some exposed to the air. The scent brings on a slight euphoria, but not enough for one to get distracted or addicted. Behind the counter sat Old Man John, about 72. The wrinkled man had the wise man look about him, with the cane made of wood too. This was vary much true about Old Man John, he could tell you just what you need with a 99% accuracy behind him.
The door opened with a ring of the entry bell. The man who entered had an odd feeling about him, but it loosened to a more lax one when he stepped in and took a deep breath. "Do you ever not have the shop smelling like happiness?" Asked Adion to his good friend behind the counter.
"Not a chance, Adion. It's how I prove to skeptics that my stuff works. What do you need?" Replied John as he shifted in his seat.
"Just coming to check what you got in the back.'
"Got a fresh shipment of dulls from Xip, if your interested."
"How many?"
"Three ten ounce dulls with a good cut for ten dollars each."
"I'll take two." Adion stated before handing John the money and sitting down at one of the tables in the front of the shop.

Ricardo was in the abandon factory and had his cauldron set up he had put some fire-, steel-, and control-essenia in it and had placed something that look like an oven a bit further away "if my notes are right this should work" he said and tap it carefully with his wand but it back fired "oh crap!" he said and quickly hide behind the wall as the oven exploded "darn it!"

Adion enter the factory through the front door. He could see the clear and open areas that made it perfect for a person to set up portable experiments. Adion, however, had a locked lab that he kept just for him. He then heard an explosion, immediately hitting the floor.
Adion then ran to the area to see an old man that he had worked with before. Ricardo always seemed to escape backfires without getting essentia burns, which was the opposite of Adion. "So, you blew something up again? Is there ever a day that one of your experiments goes without an explosion?" Adion asked.

Ricardo smiled and stood up as he heard Adion "yes it does like this one" he said and throw his storage box to him while walking over to the remains of the oven "i was sure it would work this time just what went wrong?" he questioned and grab his note book and started flipping through the pages, the book was thick and with lot's of notes and sticky notes

"I personally prefer to put the metal into the mold myself. Besides, I never make a sword. Just bullets for my little friend." Adion said, lifting his hoodie to show the pistol that he carried. It was true, Adion didn't have a single bullet in the thing that wasn't imbued with an aspect.
