Every time you level up (or rank up), you acquire 2 skill points. These skill points can be used on any of the skills that are available at your level or below. You can save them up if there is nothing that interests at the time. One skill point is used on the ALL CLASSES category, and the other skill point is used for your CLASS SPECIFIC skills. You do not get new upgrade possibilities every level, so if you know what you want to upgrade, you can save up and use them once you unlock the new upgrades. You do not have to use your upgrade skill.
ALL CLASSES:
Level 1 Skills:
-Better speaking skills (Rank 1) Cost: 1
------Can intimidate/persuade few individuals
-Stealing (Rank 1) Cost: 1
------Can rob few individuals
-Survival (Rank 1) Cost: 1
------Being able to make a tent from surroundings and make an effective campfire
-Combat Strength (Rank 1) Cost: 1
------Hand-to-hand combat with enemies. You have basic knowledge of fighting and can handle some enemies.
-Health (Rank MAX) Cost: 1
------Increased permanent health. Can take more hits (whether it be punches or bullets) before fainting.
Level 4 Skills:
-Better speaking skills (Rank 2) Cost: 2
------Can intimidate/persuade some individuals
-Stealing (Rank 2) Cost: 2
------Can rob some individuals
-Survival (Rank 2) Cost: 1
------Being able to make a tent from surroundings, make an effective campfire, can tell if foods are poisonous, and can make good food.
-Combat Strength (Rank 2) Cost: 2
------Hand-to-hand combat with enemies. You have basic knowledge of fighting and can handle most enemies.
Level 7 Skills:

------Being able to make a tent from surroundings, make an effective campfire, can tell if foods are poisonous, can make good food, can camouflage better when in battle, and can take enemy clothes and go behind enemy lines.
CLASS SPECIFIC SKILLS:
These are things you can upgrade that are specific to your class, which means people outside your class do not have these benefits. Everything here costs only 1, because you get new upgrades every level.
ASSAULT ONLY:
Level 1:
-Scavenger (Rank 1)
------You can pick up ammo from enemies you have killed.
-Stopping Power (Rank 1)
------Your bullets do slightly more damage.
-Commando (Rank 1)
------When your knife is out, you have an increased lunge. Can only be used when your knife is out.
-Tactical Mask (Rank 1)
------Gas grenades do not affect you.
Level 2:
-Scavenger (Rank 2)
------You can pick up ammo and grenades from enemies you have killed.
-Stopping Power (Rank 2)
------Your bullets do some extra damage.
-Commando (Rank 2)
------When your knife is out, you have an increased lunge. Can only be used when your knife is out. Falling from tall structures hurts less.
-Tactical Mask (Rank 2)
------Gas grenades and flashbangs do not affect you.
Level 3:
-Scavenger (Rank 3)
------You can pick up ammo and grenades from enemies you have killed. You can also loot enemies you have killed, but there is no guarantee that you will always pick up something.
-Stopping Power (Rank MAX)
------Your bullets do 150% damage.
-Commando (Rank MAX)
------When your knife is out, you have an increased lunge. Can only be used when your knife is out. Falling from tall structures does not hurt at all.
-Tactical Mask (Rank 3)
------Gas grenades and flashbangs do not affect you. You add 2 more flashbangs and 2 more gas grenades to your inventory.
Level 4:
-Scavenger (Rank 4)
------You can pick up ammo and grenades from enemies you have killed. You can also loot enemies you have killed. It is 100% guaranteed you will loot something.
-Tactical Mask (Rank 4)
------Gas grenades and flashbangs do not affect you. You add 4 flashbangs and 4 gas grenades to your inventory.
Level 5:
-Scavenger (Rank MAX)
------You can pick up ammo and grenades from enemies you have killed. You can also loot enemies you have killed. It is 100% guaranteed you will loot something and you can resupply teammates with ammo you pick up.
-Tactical Mask (Rank MAX)
------Gas grenades and flashbangs do not affect you. You add 5 more flashbangs and 5 more gas grenades to your inventory. Through your tactical mask, you can see enemies through walls.
ENGINEER ONLY:
Level 1:
-Danger Close (Rank 1)
------Your explosives do slightly more damage. You add 1 more grenade to your inventory.
-Piloting (Rank MAX)
------You can pilot airplanes, helicopters, jets, boats, and any other type of transportation.
-Hardened (Rank 1)
------Your bullets penetrate through solids slightly more.
-Flak Jacket (Rank 1)
------When hit by an explosion, it will do slightly less damage.
-Hacker (Rank 1)
------You can see explosives through walls with a device. Device must be out to detect explosives.
Level 2:
-Danger Close (Rank 2)
------Your explosives do some extra damage. You add 2 more grenade to your inventory.
-Hardened (Rank 2)
------Your bullets will ALL penetrate one wall of solid no matter what.
-Flak Jacket (Rank 2)
------When hit by an explosion, it will do 50% less damage.
-Hacker (Rank 2)
------You can see explosives through walls with a device. Device must be out to detect explosives. You can hack into enemy drop-ships to obtain basic information.
Level 3:
-Danger Close (Rank MAX)
------Your explosives do 50% extra damage. You add 3 more grenade to your inventory.
-Hardened (Rank 3)
------Your bullets will ALL penetrate one wall of solid no matter what. When hit by an explosion or a bullet, you will experience no flinch.
-Flak Jacket (Rank 3)
------When hit by an explosion, it will do no damage.
-Hacker (Rank 3)
------You can see explosives through walls with a device. Device must be out to detect explosives. You can hack into enemy drop-ships to obtain enemy plans.
Level 4:
-Hardened (Rank MAX)
------Your bullets will ALL penetrate one wall of solid no matter what. When hit by an explosion or a bullet, you will experience no flinch.
-Flak Jacket (Rank 4)
------When hit by an explosion, it will do no damage. Fire does nothing to you.
-Hacker (Rank 4)
------You can see explosives through walls with a device. Device must be out to detect explosives. You can hack into enemy drop-ships to obtain enemy plans and turn enemy devices to your side. (Such as sentry guns or robots)
Level 5:
-Flak Jacket (Rank MAX)
------When hit by an explosion, it will do no damage. Fire does nothing to you.You can pick up enemy grenades and throw them back without the threat of them exploding in your hand.
-Hacker (Rank MAX)
------You can see explosives through walls with a device. Device must be out to detect explosives. You can hack into enemy drop-ships to obtain enemy plans and turn enemy devices to your side, such as sentry guns or robots. You can hack into drop-ship main commands and turn the system on them, practically taking down a whole drop ship through technology.
Medic Only:
Level 1:
-Marathon (Rank 1)
------You can sprint for longer distances, allowing you to escape most enemies.
-Lightweight (Rank 1)
------You can sprint at a faster speed to run into cover.
-Medic (Rank 1)
------You can heal ALL teammates from basic bullet wounds.
-Sleight of Hand (Rank 1)
------You can reload at 150% the speed it usually takes.
Level 2:
-Marathon (Rank 2)
------You can sprint for an infinite amount of time.
-Lightweight (Rank 2)
------You can sprint at a faster speed to run into cover. You can aim at 150% speed it usually takes you after a sprint.
-Medic (Rank MAX)
------You can heal ALL teammates, no matter the injury.
-Sleight of Hand (Rank MAX)
------You can reload at 150% the speed it usually takes. You can aim at 150% speed it usually it takes you when not sprinting.
Level 3:
-Marathon (Rank 3)
------You can sprint for an infinite amount of time. You can jump or get over obstacles at 150% speed it usually takes you.
-Lightweight (Rank 3)
------You can sprint at a faster speed to run into cover. You can aim at 150% speed it usually takes you after a sprint. You take less damage when falling.
-Scrambler (Rank 1)
------When getting near an alien, you disrupt their internal positioning, allowing you to attack them head-on easier.
Level 4:
-Marathon (Rank MAX)
------You can sprint for an infinite amount of time. You can jump or get over obstacles at 150% speed it usually takes you. You have increased hand-to-hand combat skills due to your fitness.
-Lightweight (Rank MAX)
------You can sprint at a faster speed to run into cover. You can aim at 150% speed it usually takes you after a sprint. You take no damage when falling.
-Scrambler (Rank 2)
------When getting near an alien, you disrupt their internal positioning, allowing you to attack them head-on easier. You also disrupt enemy drop-ships, causing them to drop infantry in the wrong place, or not drop at all.
Level 5:
-Scrambler (Rank MAX)

SNIPER ONLY:

-Steady Aim (Rank 1)
------When rushed by an enemy and you don't have time to aim, you have a slightly higher chance of hitting.
Level 2:
-Ghost (Rank 2)
------Can camouflage in every surrounding, rarely being noticed.
-Scout (Rank 2)
------Moderate increase to accuracy with sniper.
-Ninja (Rank 2)
------Your footsteps make no sound.
-Steady Aim (Rank 2)
------When rushed by an enemy and you don't have time to aim, you have a moderate chance of hitting.
Level 3:
-Ghost (Rank 3)
------Can camouflage in every surrounding, rarely being noticed. Increased hearing (speech, footsteps, gunfire).
-Scout (Rank 3)
------Massive increase to accuracy with sniper. Hardly ever miss.
-Ninja (Rank 3)
------Your footsteps make no sound. Knifing is completely silent.
-Steady Aim (Rank 3)
------When rushed by an enemy and you don't have time to aim, you have a high chance of hitting.
Level 4:

-Steady Aim (Rank MAX)
------When rushed by an enemy and you don't have time to aim, you have a high chance of hitting. You can knife enemies faster.
Level 5:
-Scout (Rank MAX)
------100% accuracy with sniper, never miss when aiming through scope. Switching between primary and secondary weapons takes 50% less time. Sniper bullets do 50% more damage.
