Name: Queen Victoria
Age: 21 when the Requiem was first deployed.
Gender: Female
Position: Queen of England, and founder of the Requiem.
Personality: She's quite refined, but can be very strict, and even ruthless when not in the public eye. Somewhat controlling, but such should be expected from a queen.
Skills: An expert leader and politician. Victoria is extremely influential as the queen, and is very respected by her people, giving her much more power then most would expect, even from a queen.

Name: Jackie Vassyle (Jack the Ripper)
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Position: Former Requiem Member (Presumed dead after betraying organization, but has since been suspected of several recent murders)
Personality/Bio: Though deeply loyal to those she held dear, Jackie always had a little madness in her. This madness probably began when she was just a little girl. Raised in a wealthy family, her tranquil life was shattered when she became victim to a brutal assault. The man was never brought to justice, and Jackie would never be able to have children as a result of the incident. Seeing her as defiled, her family rejected her, and she was forced to live on the streets.
It was two weeks after the man's trial that his body was found, along with Jackie's entire family, torn to shreds and tossed in a river. However, it was never proven that Jackie did it.
As she grew up though, investigations proved her responsible for countless other acts of murder, mostly on criminals known for assault. The police would have arrested, and probably hung her, but the Requiem, seeing her skills and potential, helped her escape, and continue her unique brand of justice. She eventually became so famous that she earned a nickname, whispered in the darkest parts of the Requiem, and the hushed streets of London; Jack the Ripper.
Jackie even fell in love, but her inability to have children caused her to break off the relationship, and eventually, the grief drove her mad, causing her to betray the Requiem. She is currently presumed dead, but has since been suspected of several recent murders, on both the innocent and guilty.
Skills: Jackie is quite possibly the single most skilled person alive in the art of knife combat. Whether for ranged or melee combat, Jackie can use a knife with almost impossible skill, and is also quite proficient with poisons. However, she rarely uses any other weapons, and seems to hold a particular dislike to guns, and other firearms.

Name: Dr. Jonathan Faust and mephisto
Age: 47
Gender: Male
Position: Underground information broker, warlock and scientist. Faust works mainly for Obsidian Snow, but would double-cross them in a heartbeat if it would benefit him.

Personality/Bio:
A longtime friend and rival to Lloyd White (Lloyd's name before his personality split), Jonathan Faust was once a world renown scientist and physician. However, above all else, Faust has always considered himself to be a seeker of truth. Devoting his life to knowledge, Faust would often compete with Lloyd to see who could simply discover more. Originally just a friendly competition, Faust even worked with the Requiem for a time, actually helping to develop Subject 13 alongside Dr. Steinberg. However, the two rivals soon became obsessed, and their friendship rapidly deformed into a bitter hatred.
Due to his caring sister, Lloyd always held onto his sanity and ethics, never going too far. However, Faust had no such family or even friends to hold him back, and quickly descended into madness. Unable to be satisfied no matter what knowledge or honors he gained, Faust eventually turned to the dark art of black magic. Despite Lloyd's attempts to stop him, Faust kidnapped his sister, eventually sacrificing her in front of Lloyd to summon the demon mephisto. Making an black contract, Faust gained control over the demon, and access to all past, present, and future human knowledge. By finally gaining the so-called "truth" he sought after for so long, Faust threw away what was perhaps the only piece of himself that was worth anything at all. It was also during this event that Lloyd truly went mad. His logic and emotion split, developing the personalities of Lloyd Greywalker, and Gregory White.
Though no one seems to know why, all records of that day, and any records of Faust afterwards have mysteriously vanished. However, there have been rumors of Faust working as an information broker, scientist and physician for Obsidian Snow. Some even say he is the current head of the alchemy and magic division, leading the development of some new kind of vampire blood, but this is unconfirmed.

Arrogant, emotionless, and utterly cruel, whatever pity or morals Faust once possessed have long since died. His ambition and pride knows no limit, and is what guides his every action. In a way, Faust and Lloyd are very much alike, and even today, despite neither knowing if the other is alive, their rivalry persists, and probably will until the day both finally rest in peace.

Skills/Abilities: Faust is quite possibly one of the most powerful warlocks, or demon contractors, ever to exist. In addition to commanding a demon known as mephisto, Faust's contract gives him complete access to all past, present and future human skill and knowledge. In a sense, this almost allows him to read minds, as he can nearly perfectly predict how someone will act, even in the heat of combat. However, Faust is quite frail, and dislikes fighting, preferring to have others handle such "mundane tasks" in his stead.
The demon Faust controls, mephisto, has enhanced strength, speed, and endurance. She also possesses superhuman regeneration that makes her nearly unkillable, and can meld with darkness and Faust's shadow. In her normal form, she looks like a young, human woman, but has six small horns on her head, in addition to sharp teeth, and long black claws on her fingers. However, despite her power, she is bound to obey Faust's every command, and will die if Faust is killed.
