A little retro here, but can we randomly cut grass with our swords, fists, guns, and lightning bolts (Don't be mad, I know you can probably shoot a hell of alot more than just that xD) to gain various colored rubies to sell for cash? :P While at the same time deforesting the island?

On a serious note, what about an extra/evolved class feature later on when we get to a higher level? Like ten or something.

I like the Zelda based ideas, which work halfway game, and halfway realistic. XD

Well, essentially just either taking a second unrelated class once we become strong enough that we'd be weaker at mainly for alternater abilities, or taking a stronger version of the same clase

Using the Character Alexis for an example, lets say he seconds as a healer for example. Or he gets an advanced class such as like, warlock with advanced spells or a lightning/fire/water mage for specficially more powerful spells. Thinking old school final fantasy here. Like how Black Mages became Black wizards, and White mages bishops, Red Mages, Redsages etc.

Or like, Vivi could become a sniper and focus on trying to do insane amounts of damage, or like support and infict the equivliency of status conditions.

OR even your character becoming extremely proficient at beating the piss out of his things with either his fists oor his feet..

Mia could become better at using shorter weapons and worry about status effects, or full swords and be a damage dealer

Just like, class advancement really :P

I think you're taking the video-game-likeness a bit too far. Adhering to all the restrictions of a game without having said game is just silly. I don't have to tell you that a video game is not just its rules and mechanics, but also graphics, animation, sound, music, characters and story. Keeping fully to the first two while the last two are our own creations and the rest are entirely absent is like watching TV when it isn't turned on.
Irony is lost on those whose behavior is ironic. Isn't that... ironic?
