Fighting Style: Nanto Suichoken (Waterfowl Fist of the South Star)

History: Rai is a warrior that forges his own path. He rejected the styles used by Kaito and the Four Ansatsuken Brothers, choosing instead to master a much more ancient martial arts discipline. He is a master of Nanto Suichoken, and would prove a challenge to any warrior who desires to fight him. In terms of the war between Satsujinko and Ansatsuken, he is a wild card. He may fight on either side, kill both sides, or not fight at all. You never know...

Items/Weapons: some food, a wallet, and the keys to his motorcycle, which he only uses for really long range trips, as he can run like the wind.

Techniques: (just a few of his total techniques)

Earth Splitting Dragon Hand: Sends out many waves of cutting power to slice and dice multiple enemies.

Soaring Pure Grace: Flies gracefully through the air to come down and slice right through the enemy's shoulders.

Dual Talons: Uses his hands like knives to stab the enemy repeatedly.

Nanto Crane Wing Slice: Rai whirls through the air in a circle, slicing everything in front of him.

Gender: Male
Age: 17
Fighting Style: Kamishini no ken
Appearance: 5'8 and average weight, Kichiro is not at first appearance a man to fear, and his soft, almost feminine features and near constant easy smile further serve to reinforce this. However, under his clothes the boy is all lean muscle and scars from the hours of training he was put through every single day for most of his life. His clothes are simple and hard wearing, his hair cropped short, a pair of wire rimmed glasses perched on the end of his nose.

History: Accepted as a student by his master at the age of seven, Kichiro has trained in his art daily for the last ten years. His master has finally deemed the boy ready to face others in combat, and so Kichiro has come to Nanto city to challenge the students of the twin arts that flourish there.
Items/Weapons: A backpack with changes of clothing and personals in it. Wallet. Prayer beads. Umbrella. A few other tricky little pieces of gear, mostly illegal.
Abilities/Skills: Note - The techniques of the school have no formalised names. These are what Kichiro calls them

Phantom walking arts: Covers moving preternaturally fast, acrobatic arts to climb trees, run along walls, etc, as well as the subtle art of moving without appearing to.

Mountain shattering palm: Throws ki out with his punch, masively increasing the destructive power

Deceptive spider dance: Tricking the opponent into believing the user vulnerable through posture, breathing and regulation of ki, it lures them in to overstretching themselves, to a position they cannot escape from

Ghost hand techniques: Covers all sleight of hand techniques, from secretly palming weapons to striking in a way that is almost impossible to follow

Appearance: Short, slightly chunky, with whiteish hair which she keeps in a very untidy bun. She wears a tatty kimono-style top with simple bottoms.
History:
Was a well-known martial arts fighter and wise woman, and took pride in the strong, feisty young woman she was helping her granddaughter blossom into. Until she developed dementia. She completely forgot the old arts she had perfected, and now sees her granddaughter as both a mother figure and something of a magician. She was attacked by a group of teenagers, and her granddaughter saved her.
