Powers of Isaac Martell

This is a reply to Stark Contrast regarding some confusion with Isaac Martell's powers. I couldn't reply to the PM, since I'm new here.
Anyway.
You asked whether Isaac's power would be considered Time Manipulation or Super Speed? If I HAD to pick one I'd say Time Manipulation. But since the power is complicated and can become OP in some situations, I'm gonna change them. Please check the updated character sheet, I pretty much changed everything except his name and his faceclaim.
