So this is a nifty little thing that Skyfemme showed me. Our roleplay has it's own permanent and expansive collaborative word processor -- a fancy way of saying "shared document" ...

With this, we are able to have multiple authors typing in the same word document simultaneously -- the idea being that we can use this as a platform to collaborate together in real time. There are settings to change the color of your text as well as your name and other things. Check it out. Play around. I figured this thread could be used to try and schedule times to get on RPG|Write together.

"I'm not waiting for that son of a bitch," Schantz grumbled, once again reminded of that sneezy feeling that came with a broken nose. Of all the luck. She pinched the bridge of her nose for a brief second to relieve a small measure of pressure in her sinuses, then bounded ahead of the other three, weaving along carefully.


It wasn't long before she dropped to her hands and knees and crawled beneath a truck, propping herself up on her elbows and looking ahead. The pavement felt warm on her stomach as she scanned the scene ahead: a steady stream of walkers mostly pointing themselves northward. She shifted slowly to turn back to look at the others, who were just beginning to advance onto the boulevard. Tara stayed in the same position, watching to see where the others might disperse.


The drunk lagged behind George and Jessica, unable to keep up with the two thanks to his physical state. Tara watched as George shot an annoyed glance back at the man with his good eye. She narrowed her eyes and let out a quiet huff. While she in particular didn't like seeing anyone get hurt, she'd watched in shock through blurred vision as she clutche her nose as the tall Canadian (Stevie called him "Tom" a few times) released a flurry of well-landed punches on George's drawn face. George might have deserved it. After she'd face-planted on the concrete, Tom had wordlessly but politely crossed around the car to give her a hand. That's when George snuck up on Stevie. And judging from the bruises on George's face, Tom was pretty mad. She let out a sigh and wondered where everyone else was. She laughed for a moment as she wondered what would happen if Tom were to give the same routine to the vicious drunk now struggling to keep up with George and Jessica. She half-smirked, satisfied, and looked ahead. They weren't far at all.
