Plot and Character Relationships/Development

Okay, so this story is going to be done in Arcs. Similar to how the actual Avatar series is done. However, these Arcs will most likely reflect character development instead of skill development. If you have any suggestions of a plot device, character relationships, or a way to help develop your characters, put them here. I would not suggest discussing love interests her until much later on.

Also, at the beginning of the story, nobody really knows each other well. As orphans, the Companions were chosen at a young age to train and eventually become guardians to the Order of the White Lotus and the Avatar. None of the Companions really talked to each other much and they have only spoken to the Avatar maybe once.

As for other characters: Aside from the Order of the White Lotus, only the leaders of the other Nations have been alerted of the Avatar's discovery. Somehow (*cough*mole*cough*) word got out about Asha Jin and the Tsumi Ribāsu located her. Their attack on the Order's training compound and the companions' escape is where our story begins.

Okay people! Let's decide on a kind of timeframe. I was thinking that this story should take place in a time that is kind of like late forties, early fifties technology. Let me know what you all think. ^_^

One thing I just have to say, Sudhir and Aonani seem pretty similar at their core, from where I'm standing. I feel like they're either going to get along like a house on fire, or bloody hate each other. XD

I'm assuming that the Avatar's Companions are in a sort of dormitory separate from Asha, but with each other?
