Maximum Ride RPG (Open and Accepting)

Three years ago, Maximum Ride saved the world. Up until now, the whitecoats have been quiet. Now they have continued their experiments on recombinant life forms. They have continued to make various combination such as human-avian, human-leoporid, human-feline, etc. Virtually every combination that has ever been run. Also, they have found a way for their recombinant life forms to look completely human or non-human as they please. Many DNA scans have been run and they have sent all of their experiments out into the world. Some have died along the way, some have been killed. But most have survived for a while. Not to mention that te whitecoats no longer put expiration dates on them due to the fact it would bring suspision up. Now it is time for you to take on the role of a two-part person.

Rules

2) You don't get to control other people
3) You must post your bios here (I won't be on, so just start roleplaying as soon as it's done)
4) In your skeleton, I would suggest using pistures rather than a paragraphs worth of crap that no one is going to read. Use the Tektek Avatar Generator (http://www.tektek.org/dream/dream.php) or Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com) as picture sources.
5) Racism will not be tolerated OOC or IC
6) Sexism will not be tolerated OOC or IC
7) Please post in the past-tense and a third person perspective. Like this: Bob walked down the street. Not: I walk down the street
8) Please, no text talk. Ex: I wlk dwn teh street, eattin popcrn. It is just too hectic for us to figure out what the hell you're saying.
9) This RPG is strictly PG-13 swearing is allowed but not encouraged. Romance is also encouraged, but ayt the limits of rule #1.

DNA: Sparrow, appears human (except for the wings).
Powers: Can talk to animals, has supernatural empathy and can control emotions.
Biography: Even though her name is Italian, she isn't of Italian descent. Her memories only span back to when she was around six, although she can't be sure. She is stuck in the Institute of Higher Living in New York, where she hopes and prays for freedom once more. A few years ago, Max and the flock released her and all the others at the Institute. After following the girl with wings for a while, they were tracked down by Erasers and caught. The girl with wings was killed, but most of the rest of them were spared, including Nina. She is the only one who still has hope.
Personality: Nina is rather bashful when she meets someone, but eventually it's obvious that she is a fun-loving character when she's with friends. Full of hopes and dreams, she is very optimistic, telling all the other mutants in the Institute that all will be well. Even though no one believes her, she doesn't let their feelings affect her, although it's hard because of her empathetic powers. She prefers to talk to animals rather than people.
