Anyone would be scared if they were trapped in that situation. I even suggested that they were actually rather bold, I did use the word cowardice but I'm not imply they're always cowards, just in that particular situation. I'm not warmongering, I'm just working in the best interests of the Unitate, which means their Keep has to remain secret. I'm guessing that none of them had much magical expertise.

Okay, I know you are the GM but what you did there was a little overpowered.
Firstly, they were elite soldiers with considerable magial powers, and there were over a hundred of them as I said in my post. They wouldn't have been scrambled and confused. They would've split into smaller groups to search the area and so five assassins could've taken out a group of them but its kinda unfair you suffered no casualities. Just saying, I would rather you altered your post but you are GM.

the sands of time are impasable so no one gets through them unscrambled but the only reason i let five of them die was the fact Romulus was with them and he is a champion.

Okay, I can understand that. I don't like people just going around and killing my guys, I have to allow it though since otherwise it'll be a difficult roleplay. So what exactly are the sands of time like? Also, if they're impassable how are we going to get to relic like your guys did? Just to help me with getting writing correct.

The sands are mostly just that they are hot sandy dessert that is hard to pass due to the optical illusions and constant sandstorms that make a small group better fitted than a large army that will end up scrambled and lost.
