You do know that Minecraft's real easy to buy, right? All you have to do is go to minecraft.net, set up a profile and purchase the game for a small price.

As for the avatar, it's an animated logo from a decade-old mech game called Starsiege. More specifically, it's a logo of one of the many factions within a race of killer robots known in-game as the Cybrids. The faction in question is the Exemplar Sect, who are made up of veteran units from past wars. Because of that, they're smaller than all the other Sects, but quality over quantity, right? ^^
