The year is 1942, Summer, The Soviet Counter Offensive has weakened the Axis Severly, their forces dwindling down to only below 4,000,000. The front has
become the Don, Volga and Caucasus.

Faustin sat in the dim light of a trench, drinking a bottle of Schnapps. It was difficult to tell what the noise was outside, with the heavy patter of rain and the noise of German and Russian artillery alike. The shouting of a higher positioned officer echoed through the "halls" of the trench. This was his call to arms, the Germans where attacking the Posistion. The officer grabbed his Carbine and ran up to the front of the trench, they had already mined the field of infront of the trench, they would have a few second, maybe even minutes of cease fire.

After the full minute of cease fire, shots rang out, Out of the corner of Faustin's eye, he had saw a man fall onto the dirty floor of the trench, the Germans were firing. He loaded his Simonov SKS, and began firing, at the silouettes of german soldiers. His carbines shot reportts rang out across the wide battlefield, the Don was a large area. Faustin was a lucky one, he was able to get shots off a lot faster then his subordinates, he was lucky to recieve a Semi-Auto Carbine. After wasting away several cartridges he heard a distant rumble, he saw a large shadow on the distanct german attack line, the Axis where bringing in SdKfz 171 Panthers, if they didnt get any Anti-Tank support, the Russian Defense and his Division would be destroyed.
