I would really suggest adding to this some more, give some backstory as to why the kingdoms are fighting. This could be a really good roleplay but it's just an empty world. Try having at least a paragraph or two giving backstory with at least another paragraph giving the more current story. Also rules are a nice thing you should probably add so that people don't try taking advantage of you not having any and creating overpowered characters.
