Hehe, they're not exactly having a 'party.' They celebrated their victory with a few rounds of drinks, but now they're really more having a meal than a party. The whole idea with the Merry Men's camp is that it is situated in the thickest part of the forest, both to mask any sounds that come from it and to make it impossible to find unless you know the way (most people that just wander around in the forest wind up lost and starving to death).

So it's unlikely that Viv would hear anything in passing or glimpse the camp, but if she has to go through the woodland paths (which apparently she would ^^) then it's possible she could be accosted by a small portion of the band. Sentinels and the like.

I'll gladly play at least a few of the sentinels, if you want to have her pass through the forest.

It *IS* exciting! No offense, but I feel a lot more motivated with this RP since I have people to interact with. I kinda lost hope before when I was alone. ;_;!!

Just so you all know, I'm loving the story line. I was reading Eric's last post, and a small idea popped in my head. I thought I'd run it by the group, and if I'm overstepping my bounds, let me know.

Seeing as how our dear Will is a mite upset at the current situation, wouldn't it be a good little side line to have the baddies try to sway his loyalty (that is, if they ever meet up)? Not that Will will, of course, but I thought it would be a cool double cross of a double cross. The baddies think Will is gonna work for them because of his current miffed attitude at Robyn's acceptance of Amber, all the while, Will is using the baddies to find out what they are planning against Robyn to prove that he's still one of Robyn's loyal men.

Just an idea. I'm quiet sleep depraved at the moment, but it was there.

Again, I don't know if I've overstepped my bounds.

Well, I am a sucker for failed attempts to woo people to the other side =D And Will seems like the perfect target. He seems to share the mistaken idea that a lot of people do: that Robyn doesn't take the war against the king seriously enough (when obviously it's the most important thing in the world to her...I mean, come on, it's all she ever does. She lives in a forest with a bunch of dirty men doing nothing but planning ways to smack the king and his cronies around XD That's a bit more than a hobby). But that's dependent on both Eric and the baddy character's owners. Guys?

Since Litomo is the only one I'm interacting with, and I made my post expecting him to reply right afterwards, I guess I have to wait on him. He just moved to Ohio this past weekend if I remember correctly, so he may need some time. In the mean time, I'll try to think of SOMEthing I can add to the RP, even if it's just puppetting some guards.

Oh, Cass, get better. I probably don't have to say this, but drink lots of water. Food poisoning (depending on how severe) can dehydrate you. My sister got it really bad one time and waited for over 24 hours before coming home (camping trip), and it was so bad with her she could barely keep ice chips down.

So, get better. That's important.

We need a new king, as Litomo can no longer be one.

Anyone have any friends that want to be mean and evil and burn a forest down? ;_;

Hm...well, I think we have a few different options. We can try and find someone new to play the king temporarily, until Litomo returns. We can switch the king to NPC mode until Litomo returns. I can play the king myself until Litomo returns. Or we can be sneaky and give the king a reason to leave Nottingham (perhaps running off to seek favor with a higher authority to get more aid for the rebellion?) and nudge the Sheriff into the place of power until he comes back.

What do you guys think?

Litomo won't be returning.

But I love the idea of the Sheriff sneaking into power until we find someone to play the king and the king returns. I'll make up a long post soon playing to King leaving town somehow.
