Occupation: Chairwoman one of many of the Department of Superhero Affairs

Personality Traits: Honest, Confident, Responsible, Stubborn, Analytical, Intelligent

Background: Was raised in Southern California. No one in her family had any abilities and neither did she. She had a normal life, despite the chaos that brewed with having people with abilities. Prior to joining the Department of Superhero affairs, she was a run of the mill police officer. She slowly migrated her way up to detective and then eventually being noticed by the Department of Superhero Affairs for her hardwork and dedication. Once noticed by them, she moved to D.C. where she met her husband and started a family. She has been working for the department for 20 years and loves every second of it.

Smoke Mimicry
-Ability: Can transform his body into smoke
-Weakness: Does not have a physical form when transformed
-Weakness: Can be affected by natural elements i.e. wind

Occupation: Hero Trainer to Hero Trainees

Personality: Strict, Loyal, Dedicated, Honest, Quiet

Background: Smoke is a retired hero. He was a hero for over 20 years, but an injury to his right leg during battle with a villain made it hard to get back out there. Old age made his recovery long and he wasn't as quick as the new heroes swooping in to save the day. He was recruited by the Hero Training Academy to train the new heroes. He walked around with a cane and is said to be strict, but he has the heroes wellbeing at heart even if it doesn't seem like it.

AGENT SUZANA ANGEL

ABILITY: Power Limitation & Amplification
AGE: 30

Suzana had wanted more than anything to be in combat as a field hero. And she had a few good years out in the field before her power was deemed “too important” and she was transferred into training. Team Alpha would be her fifth team trained, and she was slowly getting over the bitterness of never fighting in the field again. Plus, her fiancé worried less knowing she was in a highly secure training facility and not out in the field risking her life, and her parents would have the same peace of mind for their only child. She felt a sense of failure since both of her parents were retired field heroes, but she was building the new generation which was becoming more rewarding… slowly.

AGENT CHRISTOPHER ORINWELL
TEAM ALPHA TRAINER
FC: Luca Bertea
ABILITY: Robotics
AGE: 23

Chris was a wiz kid, that was all his family told him. And his family had never had a field hero, so he was eager to use his affinity for robotic creations and manipulations to be a top hero and make his family proud. An accident when he was fifteen made that impossible when he lost both of his legs. He made his own prosthetic legs using his ability, but any chance of joining a field team was out of the question. He wanted to be a trainer if he couldn’t be a hero, help with the next generation to ensure that their dreams would be possible, even if he couldn’t. They made an exception for the kid to become a trainer, and Team Alpha would be the first team of future heroes he would get to work with after finishing his own training a couple years ago.

Occupation: Hero Trainee: Copycat Team Omega

Personality: Abrasive, Confident arrogant, Smart

Background: Maggie has known that she has wanted to be a hero since she found out she had ability. She is from a small town in New Mexico and almost no one has any abilities, her parents included. She knew that she wanted to be one of the greats. Discreetly, she was performing superhero deeds in her home town, practicing for when it was time for the real deal. Now that it's the real deal, she knows that she is going to be the best.

Occupation: Hero Trainee: Blaze Team Omega

Personality: Friendly, Helpful, Organized, Calculated

Background: Cameron came from a long line of Heroes. They weren't flashy or very famous, but they did what they could to save the city and support the flashy ones. Cameron was the first one in a long line of family members to have an ability as noticeable as his. It was almost predetermined that he needed to join the Hero Service, but the goal was to get his family line noticed. Cam just wanted to help people, but if he became famous in the process, he would be okay with that.

Occupation: Villain Trainer to Hero Trainees

Personality: Laid-back, Firm, Honesty, Silly

Background:Helena used to be a petty criminal/villain by the name of Phase. She would steal and wreak havoc for kicks and cause she thought it was fun. It wasn't causing any harm, it was just minor inconveniences that would make her laugh. Using any ability to any extent however, also drew the attention of the Department of Superhero Affairs. Since she wasn't an immediate danger to society, they decided to reform the villain. Despite, preferring to cause chaos on the streets she figured the heroes weren't that bad. She has been a trainer for about 5 years and has grown to love it and each of the trainees. She definitely the nicest trainer and possible the one to let a few rules slide. She is, however, dedicated to the trainees.

RUBY ALLEN
HERO SERVICE TRAINEE “LADY TOXIC”

ABILITY: Poison Generation
AGE: 18

Ruby was practically bred to be a hero. Her family had created generations of power and wealth from matchmaking their heirs with carefully chosen mates with equal ability and prowess, or more. Ruby’s parents already had a suitor waiting for her, one she was not hardly interested in. But, agreeing to a far off marriage was a stipulation for her to be in the field for the hero service. Her mother thought her powers would be best on a research team, but all Ruby ever wanted to do was fight and protect those who didn’t have powers to protect them. She also hoped she could find a partner in the hero service, rather than the ignorant boy she would be forced to marry in the next few years.

DOUGLAS SOUTH
HERO SERVICE TRAINEE “CYCLONE”

AGE: 19

Powered kids weren’t treated the same as normal kids when their parents died before them. Doug was orphaned at just five years old, and instead of a foster home, he lived in a government facility. There was a special division of the Department of Superhuman Affairs that handled the care of powered kids without a caretaker. Their abilities were strictly controlled as well as their interaction with the outside world. These kids were practically in training from the moment they were taken into government custody, which gave Doug a warped sense of reality. But fighting for the government was all he knew how to do, and the hero service was the next step in doing that.

MORGAN LAMB
WASHINGTON REPRESENTATIVE
FC: Janis Ancens
ABILITY: Power Detection
AGE: 27

Morgan wasn't interested in politics early on. He was interested in being a doctor, like his mother. He had two older siblings who had chaotic abilities much more powerful than himself, so being a hero agent wasn't something he ever thought of. Both of his siblings wanted to be on the front lines, saving citizens and becoming household names, but their dreams were crushed when their abilities were deemed too dangerous. Both of his sisters were forcibly negated, and Morgan decided to become a politician when his oldest sister fell into a deep depression without her ability and decided to take her own life. Morgan became a popular candidate quickly after his training on a political agent team, and worked for a senator until he got his own position as a Portland representative. His strongest issue is reducing ability regulation, which doesn't make him much of a favorite with his peers or Hero Service officials.

Occupation: Psychiatrist and Therapist

Personality: Honest, Intelligent, Adaptable, Empathetic

Background: Thomas is a licensed therapists as well as a clinical psychiatrist. Right after high school he completed both his Social Work and Pre-Med undergraduate degree. He went through the medical school to become a psychiatrist and once he completed that he completed his masters in social work and his hours to become a licensed therapist. His specialty was working with children of heroes and people whose powers were negated and needed to readjust to society. Thomas doesn't have any abilities nor does anyone in his family. He has always been fascinated with heroes and doesn't mind working with people with and without abilities. The Hero Service is well aware of his work and he works closely with them to keep up with the ever changing rules so he can better assist his patients. However, he is recently being recruited to help trainees and he is excited to start.
