If you don't want to check it out, basically its a giant sprawling metropolis that has virtually no contact with the outside world, things come here and they never leave. Its a cesspool, a horrible dump of a city where crime happens constantly and the police are corrupt, and evil, more often in it for power than for any noble deed. Some people try to be heroes, to do good, others see it as their playground and merely enjoy living their lives, while others just revel in the evil and enjoy preying on the innocent. Many of the citizens are gifted with powers, and those who don't are generally such BAMFs that they can make up for it. Of course, there are ordinary citizens as well, but they are generally trampled on all too easily.

Standing about 5'8 with a lean and dangerous frame, Enigma has sharp blond hair that falls in smooth highlighted and darkened waves to frame her tan face, holding supple pink lips and strange eyes.
Her eyes are of a slightly neon lavender and hold a oval/slit like pupil. They allow her to see people's make up, so that she may appear like them herself.
She [when found as herself] is found in black leather pants, a black tank top and vinyl vest, a black leather and vinyl hat, vinyl fingerless gloves, and leather high heels. All of which is black. Her frame shows some bit of muscle, showing her ability of hand-to-hand combat.

Powers: She can make herself look like anyone she desires, shape-shifting any human she pleases.

Backstory: Enigma was born pretty normally, but was not normal for long. She knew her power at an early age, and her parents did not. One day upon the playground, she made herself look like another one of the kids, thus was taken home with different parents. From there, she went through series of taking on different appearances until she wound up at the filth of the city. There, she was 'purchased'. Her services were bought in trade for combat style training from an underground source of criminals. Taking on this, she has been training and working for a long time now, a shifting woman of many many faces, and a mystery to all who behold her.
