2020: America has taken over all of North America, the continent becoming Northern Utopia. Every is by law to be married by 20. If not married by the day before the twentieth brithday, he/she will be paired with another single nineteen-year-old.
2030: South America has become Southern Utopia. King, now Emperor, DeCreano marries now Empress Matilda Victor. She is pregnant with twins, gives birth in 2031.
2040: Europe becomes East Utopia, Emperor DeCreano placing King Hinahiro in charge, and Queen Georgina in charge of South Utopia, both married. Emperor DeCreano's wife gives birth to triplets Jaxyline, Crystalline and Rock. Asia becomes West Utopia, Queen Daniella in charge.
2054: Empress Matilda is shot after giving DeCreano another daughter. She lives, but just barely. DeCreano gets into a rage, starting a future in which, thanks to the 212th Amendment to the Great Agreement and the unceasing vigilance of the North, South, East, and West Utopia Handicapper Generals, everyone is "finally equal...." The strong wear weights, the beautiful wear masks and the intelligent wear earpieces that fire off loud noises to keep them from taking unfair advantage of their brains. Even his wife and daughters Jax and Crystalline wear masks and earpieces, and his son wears many handicaps to weaken his knowledge, athelicism, and beauty.
The Revolutioners are scientists trying to overthrow the Emperor that once was great. Including Rock and Jax, extremely handicapped adolesents and children are expiremented on at night, giving them extraordinary abilities. Once they learn to control their abilities, and the time is right, they will revolt.
