Bioshock style rp - new setting, new themes

Ok, so a while back I finished playing through bioshock for the first time and I really enjoyed it. Since then, I have been beginning to piece together a new setting, but with a similar atmosphere. So its still a city, it's still built by one guy and it has also fallen into disarray and chaos. However, its in a brand new place, with new characters and a whole different set of themes to it.

So in this setting, the city is actually a steampunk style space station which is orbiting the earth. It follows from the religious themes of the bioshock games, and the cities creation was inspired by the story of 'the tower of babel' a tower which was supposedly built to try and reach the heavens.

I don't want to give to much away about it whilst I'm still finishing up the setting, but would anybody be interested in an RP created in a new setting, but with the same atmosphere and principles of the original bioshock game.
