Earth: Sorcha Scolded

Sorcha blinked as Reicha scolded her for leaving the safety of the hotel room without an escort. She was about to apologize when Keegan walked up and joined them, his words filled with concern as he scolded her as well. What was this? She wondered silently to herself. She was a grown woman and could look after herself! After all, she did escape from the League and traveled here to rescue her brothers, hadn’t she? She had help along the way, but nonetheless, she was very much capable of handling herself. Keeping herself from hmphing, and crossing her arms, Sorcha looks at Keegan, her eyes popping wide at the mentioning of Taran.

Her brother was nearby and destroying things? No. It couldn’t be Taran. She heard the sound of thunder then and wondered how she’d miss the storm raging outside. It was very unnatural to say the least and it did hold a hint of magic. It had to be Taran! He was the only one who could control the weather out of the 7 siblings. Sorcha was in a daze as she followed Keegan to one of those beastly machines, with Saige holding onto her arm gently. They sat beside one another, Saige all excited for more action while Sorcha was nothing but a knot of nerves.

Earth: The Hospital

Corissa barely had time to rejoice in the fact Sean wasn’t angry with her and still loved her, but was his love for a sister he never had? Not given the time to ponder upon this, she turned around as Elliot came rushing out of the elevator, calling out to them. It was then Corissa remembered Will and how pissed this all must’ve made him. The man must be letting loose his Scythe personality and going on a killing spree up there. Sighing softly, she places a hand on Sean’s arm. “I know how to calm him. Leave the hospital. I will be there in a few minutes with Will.”

Not waiting for a response, she runs to the elevator and waits for it, then hits the three button to go up. Once on the third floor, she runs out of the elevator and rushes to find Will. She finds him, all psycho looking and ready to kill everyone in his path. Somehow, she knew her presence alone could calm him. Walking towards him slowly, she reaches out to gently bring her hands up and rest them on his hands, speaking softly so that no one else can hear. “Scythe, you need to calm down. We will fix this mistake the nurses have made. Sean is already accepting the fact we are not really brother and sister. We will just explain that perhaps the orphanage thought we were siblings and called us brother and sister. It’s not worth killing the entire hospital over.”

Stepping closer to him, her hands run slowly up his arms and wind around his neck. For everyone around them, she put up an illusion that masked their presence in the hospital. Before she knew what she was doing, and moving only by instinct, Corissa’s lips meet Wills in a gentle kiss in an attempt to bring him back to reality and calm the pissed of Scythe-personality.

Earth: The Hospital with the mass murder

Will couldn't control himself. The anger inside brought out the pure killer he was raised to be. Although he was much too emotional. His teacher wouldn't be pleased. He didn't care though. He couldn't. He was too blinded by rage and an unrivaled fury. He collected his daggers and re-sheathed them. He was ready to go on a pure killing spree now.

That was when the elevator doors opened. He was ready to kill who emerged from it, until he saw who it was. It was Corissa of all people. Just Corissa there alone. He froze with the indecision on what to do next. As she spoke to him he just wanted to reach out to her but couldn't. "They.... They... Ruined it all...." was all he could get out.

He wasn't expecting what came next. As she kissed him, he felt his anger melt away, as if the world had corrected itself somehow. Maybe it had nothing to do with the world though. Maybe it was just these feeling. These unexplainable feeling he felt for her that he just couldn't comprehend. Before he knew it though Halikair was laying on the ground and he was just as involved in the kiss as she was. He pulled her in closer and held onto her.

Scythe wasn't sure how long the kiss lasted. Hell after it, he couldn't explain why it even happened. Well at least he refused to admit it still. All he knew was that after they parted Scythe was out of breath partly from the kiss and partly from the crazed killing spree just minutes ago. He put his hand gently on the side of Corissa's face running his thumb across her cheek. "Don't call me Scythe... Not you... Call me... Devin..."

Earth: The Hospital

Should she be enjoying this? With him of all people? Was it a sin or against some kinda rule she wasn't aware of? Well, if it mattered, Corissa didn't care. They'd kissed before, but nothing like this; not with Will actually responding and holding her close. She actually felt herself melt into the kiss, her arms wrapped tightly around his neck. His body felt so warm close to hers and it even kept out the draft from entering her hospital gown. Oh dear! She was still only wearing a hospital gown! The backs were open on these things. As that thought entered her mind, Will pulled from the kiss and she shivered as his thumb ran across her cheek. His words though, shocked her. Staring straight up into his eyes, her own widen, showing the shocked emotions he'd caused.

She had to blink several times to try and understand what it is he just said. Was he saying he was someone else? Did the man have three personalities? Will, Scythe.... and now.... Devin? Her hands rested on his shoulders, her expression slipping slowly into one of curiosity as she said aloud. "Devin. Devin? Is that-- your real name? I always thought Scythe was, but then again, it does sound more like a nickname. Hmm... Devin." She moved away from, almost reluctantly and felt an immediate draft hit her back. Squeaking, her hands reach around to bring the opening together, closing the ends together. The illusion she'd conjured vanished and the people left alive in the hospital were either gone already or a few still hid behind doors, counters, and such. She looks up at... Devin and smirks. "I need some clothes. These people are getting an eyeful."

Scythe stared at her. Why was it that she seemed so surprised? Will was simply a cover name, where as Scythe was his warrior name. A name that those should respect and/or fear at just the soft whisper of his name. Devin was who he was born as. Devin.... Well the last name still wasn't there for him. "Yes Devin was the name I was born with. Scythe is more an alias. One I go by because, well let's face it. The warrior Scythe who none have yet to best on the battlefield is much more intimidating then Devin. I left Devin behind long ago but with you... You shouldn't fear me. Therefore you shouldn't have to call me Scythe."

As she mentioned the clothes Scythe just grinned. "Yes Aliana, it seems you do. Or at the very least start charging for the show." He laughed a bit at his own Joke and turned around Omniscient Sight. He looked around for some clothing that would fit her, since the ones she were brought in, in were destroyed. Of course he could see anything visible around him, though he tried not to mention being privy to the show. It didn't take all that long to find a few now abandoned rooms that had woman's clothing in it. He quickly collected what he could find and brought it out to her. She would surely be able to piece something together with the selection he found.

That was when he noticed it. It was almost out out of the range of his sight but he did clip a quick view. he walked closer to on of the holes in the walls and smirked. "Get changed quickly Aliana. It seems the princess is very near. In the range of my Omniscient Sight near."

Earth: The Hospital

Corissa felt slightly confused. She was softened by Scythe's words. He had given her his true name, Devin, but why? Why did he share such personal information with her when everyone else called him Scythe? His answer was she didn't have to fear him. Had she ever feared him? Maybe a long time ago when they first met and he claimed her as his slave. As the years went by, she grew to almost understand his emotions; his moods, which changed rapidly but mainly still held a bit of coolness to them. Her confusion grew even more when Sean popped into her mind. She loved Sean, but.... feelings for Scyt-- No, Devin, were beginning to overcome the love she felt for Sean. Did she love Devin as well?

Her thoughts were interrupted when clothes appeared in her hands. Taking a quick look at them, she moves away to somewhere more private to dress. She steps back out wearing a skin-tight blue jeans that actually fit quite nicely and with a button up shirt with short sleeves. Her feet were bare though, but she didn't mind. Concordians hardly ever wore shoes. She'd heard him mention something about the Princess and didn't know what to think about that, either. Her mind was nothing but fuzzy with confusion.

A gun shot zinged past her ear then. Gasping, she turns around to find a couple of police officers standing by the door leading to the stairs. Apparently, the police had been called and they were out to kill Devin. With a gun aimed still at Devin, who managed to not be shot by the bullet, the one who shot before let out another bullet. Eyes widening, she tackles Devin to the ground, both managing to dodge the bullet. Laying on him, she looks down at him as a rain of bullets were continuously shot; the police hurrying towards them. "Devin, we must get out of here before they kill us both! They are the authorities and are very pissed right now. This hospital is very important to the city, so please, don't kill the officers. Let's just get out of here."

The Hospital

Scythe waited as she got dressed. His mind was completely on her though. Did he always feel this way for her? Did he always have this feeling that could be explained as love for her? No, but he did always feel a special connection to her. That's why he never treated her bad like the others. She always was able to do whatever she wanted. He never explained why to even himself until now. Love. What a funny concept.

When she came out though he just looked at her. She was very attractive, no denying that, but this feeling wasn't Lust. She though, felt this way for Sean though. How could anything work out between them when she loved another? Was it even possible? Could love not only exist between two people, but can a person be in love with more then one person? Was that possible? When it came to the subject, it seemed anything was possible.

He was completely zoned out and locked onto her when gunshots rang out. Without his full armor, which could take even armor piercing bullets very well, he was very vulnerable to gunshots. Unfortunately he did not have his armor. He nodded as Aliana made her request to not kill them. There was no need to for his plan.

As the two layed on the ground after she saved him he took out a potion. He began infusing it with blood rage. He tossed it from the ground towards the guards. It didn't hot them, like he planned to happening, however it was a great distraction. Scythe grabbed his scythe in his more damaged arm and held Aliana tightly in his other. He sprang to his feet and dashed towards the hole in the wall created from the Oxygen Tank explosion. He flung the two of them out the hole in the wall as fast as he could.

He spun them in mid air slamming Halikair into the wall. Using and controlling Blood rage, he was able to guide the speed the fell down the wall. Scythe kept Aliana close, as to make sure she was protected. It wasn't that long of a fall since they were only 3 stories up but they made it down with relative ease. As they landed, Scythe's arm was bleeding pretty badly but nothing he couldn't handle. He refused to put Aliana down since she didn't have any shoes on and who knows what happened on these streets. He didn't want to see her hurt at all. "Are you alright?"

As Masaharu rode in the van looking the window, he thought back to Ireland. It was a nice country to be in, even if it was only for a couple days. His mind also replayed the kiss between him and Sorcha, a small smile playing on his lips. A thought popped in his mind, 'Maybe when we're done with all of this, we can spend more time together.' He took out a small knife and twirled it in his fingers. "An exploding hospital? Who would do something like that? They must be pretty deranged." He chuckled slightly, his hand unconsciously gripping his sword tighter, knowing something was going to go down. An image of a hospital crumbling played in his mind, all the people screaming in fear only to have their cries silenced by steel and brick. He blinked his eyes and stared out the window, watching the building fly by as they drove past them.

Concordia: Spoils

Pyrus was now sitting on the floor of the castle, cackling like always, with Demetrius now leaving his side.

"Die! Don't make me shed tears of laughter Kiel!" Pyrus laughed.

"Kiel, the clean up crew must have something to be kept alive for." Demetrius commented without looking at his fellow league member. Demetrius spotted a few staggering undead. "They're all yours Kiel." Demetrius said as he headed back toward the throne room. Pyrus cackled some more as he rolled on the ground obnoxiously. His blockade of ice truly stopped the advancement of undead to getting to Valius, or so he thought. He didn't know that the Blood Magus had infiltrated the throne room with little effort. His hand touched the frozen doors, before the ice melted from it with a bright glow. After the ice had melted, Demetrius took a look at his hand with a smirk that quickly faded. He entered the throne room and grabbed his sword that had been planted into the floor.

Valius grinned with Demetrius' arrival.

"Is it done?" Valius asked. Demetrius' eyes had looked around at all who were in the room before answering.

"Yes, but it was a burden to me... I don't see why you train and house those with no worth. Cleopatra could have at least aided in the battle, but I guess she still the same little girl. Or perhaps Earth has mad her as weak as its people." Demetrius said coldly, not even drawing his eyes to the woman he had just insulted.

Hospital: The Trigger

Sean nearly pulled Corissa back with her suggestion. Will was apparently killing people upstairs, and she thought that she could calm him down with words alone. A bullet to the knee cap would have done the job with ease, at least that's what he assumed. He trusted Corissa's words though. Will did help with the extermination of the Kings in order to avenge Corissa. Sean sighed as he watched Corissa enter the elevator and headed toward the exit. Yeah it was raining a bit, but he was tired of being in that damn hospital. Elliot followed Sean outside, both of them and they're guns at the back of their waist. They didn't like dealing with the authorities, and the authorities didn't like dealing with them. Sean nodded to the cops that entered the hospital and they just nodded back. They were suspicious as to what was going on, and if the Sharks were behind the whole thing, but Sean wouldn't attack the place where his injured men went after shoot outs.

"Sean, Where you going man?" Elliot asked. Sean was walking toward the parking lot and didn't stop.

"We can't be seen like this. The cops are lenient with us, but we can't walk around with our heat out in the open. That's another thing you gotta learn Elliot." Sean said. The two were still dressed in the clothes they had wore to the gym. "We'll wait right by the car." Sean added.

"Whatever man, let's just get this shit done with so we can hit up our little banquet." Elliot said as he rubbed his hands together with a smile.

"After we get suited up." Sean said just before his eyes widened in shock. "What the fuck!" Sean said as he watched Will scale down the hospital building. Elliot's face read complete confusion as shook his head slowly at the sight. Sean looked at the hole that had been blown from the hospital and saw a few officers peer out from it. "Will! Get your ass over here before you get Corissa shot!" The police officers backed away from the hole, but one remained, staring down at Sean. Sean was looking right back at the man, his expression cold.

Concordia: Castle

Through the duration of the invasion and her father talking to that woman, Cleo had stood there quietly. She had long since learnt her place. Cleo didn’t want to upset her father, not since she hadn’t heard from him in so long and this was her chance. She therefore stuck to the motto and sayings which she had developed as a child.

Seen and not heard.

Silent, unless spoken too.

It had been drummed into her since a young age and for the most part she had been the model of a perfect daughter. Sure there had been a few occasions, like her tenth birthday, when she had stuffed up but for the most part she did exactly what her father had told her.

She watched as Demetrius walked back into the room. Cleo didn’t like him and he didn’t like her. They had a long history, one which was for another time, but suffice to say she would have rather spent time with the devil himself than with Demetrius. Since she had got to the palace they hadn’t spoken to her but her face turned to one of shock when he mentioned her and how she could have at least done something. Cleo glared at him, pure hatred on her face.

“What did you just say?” Cleo said as she focused around him and created a vine which wrapped around Demetrius’ leg, also creating thorns on the vine which dug into his skin. “I am not weak” She said with determination and resentment towards Demetrius.
Maybe you're going to be the one who saves me...

Castle Oblivion:

Valius' head whipped toward Cleo as she spoke with malice toward Demetrius. None of this was a huge surprise to him. He knew of their relationship, but simply did not care. Besides, Valius enjoyed entertainment. Demetrius however wasn't too happy with what Cleo just did. He had winced from the pain the thorns caused, but swiftly cut the vine from its roots. With his free hand, he removed the thorns, making him wince a little more. His eyes never left Cleo's, his cold empty eyes.

"Demetrius!" Valius called. Demetrius turned his eyes toward Valius wondering what the man might want. "Castle Animus is finished!" Valius said before taking a seat at his throne. He looked toward Shien and smiled. "Thank you for your aid Shien, that power of yours is something I have never witnessed. As much as I praise you though, you may want to leave. Demetrius and Cleo weren't taught to worry about innocent bystanders."

As Valius spoke, Demetrius focused his attention on Cleo. He knew what Valius meant by his words. Demetrius could basically do what ever he liked to this castle.

"Words are nothing to me Cleo... Prove it. Prove your worth." Demetrius said he started walking toward Cleo, shirtless with his sword in hand.

Castle Oblivion

Shien's head perked up as Valius spoke to him. He was beginning to get his strength back, but he was barely able to avoid throwing up at Valius' arrogance in his voice. "That power? It was simply a taste. There is much more to it then you could grasp from that display, but I'm not one to ruin a surprise Vally." He looked at Cleo and Demetrius as he got to his feet.

"Innocent? Since when are any of us innocent? None of us have ever been innocent since you put the league together and we did what we did. Don't make me laugh so much by claiming otherwise now. I'm not going anywhere. I can't wait to see Cleo kick Demetrius' ass. There are quite a few of us that need to be brought down a peg or two." He looked over at Demetrius and Cleo. "Cleo you can still use my weapons to save time of you having to get your own. Demetrius, if you use your little cold technique and break them, then you get to meet Harviel personally as he shoves your own head up your ass. Keep that in mind."

Shien walked over next to Valius and pulled the queens throne away from him. Shien wanted to sit without having to suffer through sitting so close to Valius. Once the throne was away enough he sat sideways with his legs hanging over one of the arms. "Oh by the way Valius, you owe me for making me reveal that technique. A bed isn't gonna cut it anymore. I'll be returning to Earth with Cleo for a while. I found a nice little pub that gives me all the free booze I can drink. And no I'm not requesting it, I'm informing you that's what I'm doing. Look at the bright side, you won't have me around to get in your hair for a while Vally." Shien continued to sit in what seemed like an uncomfortable position spinning the pendant he had received when he was sent to fetch Cleo. This wasn't being returned anytime soon, since he knew where it led.

Earth: The Hospital

Corissa held onto Will for dear life as he practically jumped out of the hospital. She might've cried out, she wasn't quite sure. Her ears were buzzing from the sound of the gunshots and the fact she was afraid of plummeting to her death didn't help one bit. When they finally landed, Corissa had no intentions of letting go of Will until she saw the police officer in the hole they'd jumped out of aiming his gun at Sean. Gasping, she pulls away from Will and starts running towards Sean. "Sean! Watch out!" Diving towards Sean, she tackles him to the ground. Will had followed her and soon, the three were running across the street; more or less, being dragged by Will to the other side as more police officers shot their weapons at the trio.

Concordia: What now?

Kiel raised an eyebrow as Demetrius made a point about the cleaning crew, and then directed his attention to the wandering undead. With an almost cursory glance he coughed a fireball at the group of undead like a loogie. Turning back to Pyrius, he asked, "So, how many he kill? More or less than you?" He asked, nodding his head at Demetrius' back.

---------------------------------

Miami: OMG What's that in the road?

"Deranged is one word for it. Psychotic is another." He muttered, his eyes locked on the hospital ahead of them. As they drove, figures ran out into the road, forcing Keegan to jerk to the right and smash the breaks, narrowly avoiding the group. When he opened his door and took a deep breath of fresh air, he saw that his brother was amongst the group of people he had just about run over, "Taran?" His attention fell on Scythe, next, and his emotions took on a whole new spectrum from seeing his brother, pain, sorrow, and rage. But he said nothing. The hail of gunfire was enough of a deterrent, "I don't believe you folks could use a lift?" he asked, keeping his voice even.

Concordia: Uhh...

Pyrus had actually stopped his laughter after Kiel's question. Demetrius was somewhat his rival, so there was no way he would let this 'who killed the most' thing go. Pyrus raised up from his seat on the castle floor and scanned the area around him. There were a lot of pieces of broken ice and charred bodies. As much as he wish he could, Pyrus wasn't really in the mood to count.

"There's no way Demetrius did a fraction of what I did. I AM PYRUS! THE STRONGEST OF ALL ELEMENTALS!" Pyrus roared with his sword raised in the air. The dracule were swarming around Castle Oblivion rapidly with his words.

Miami: Unfamiliar

Sean had been running with Corissa, Scythe, and the trailing Elliot across the street with haste. Sean couldn't believe the police were shooting at him. The Sharks and the Miami Police had sort of a ceasefire between each other, so shooting at Sean was like saying 'Fuck that shit!' It didn't take minute for the Sharks in the area to start shooting at officers in return. Elliot frowned at the whole situation, not knowing a car was headed right toward the group. It managed to skid out of their way, but Elliot held his gun out. Sean's gun was gripped in his hand as they looked at the driver of the vehicle. When Keegan had said Taran, the name was completely ignored with sounds of gunfire.

"We don't need one. Just stick to your own issues." Sean said before he turned to Scythe and Corissa. "Let's go! I think I know a shortcut to the estate." Sean suggested. Elliot nodded with his gun now in his hand. The two started to continue across the street with a light jog.

Corissa had stopped when the others did as the oncoming car came around, almost hitting them. She almost shook her fist at them and cursed until she realized who was in the backseat: Sorcha. She then noticed the driver of the car and the resemblance between the Princess and Sean could not be denied. This was one of the brothers and it looks as if Sorcha's mission was becoming a successful one. Corissa found herself smiling and heard Sean refuse a ride.

Sorcha heard the refusal as well and also heard the gunshots. Without thinking, she unbuttons her seatbelt, opens the car door, and hops out. She runs towards Taran, a happy smile on her face and does the same as she'd done with Keegan: threw herself into his arms and held on tight. "Taran! I have missed you so! You need to come with me, Keegan, and the others. We will bring your friends as well."

At this time, Corissa held onto Will as the Princess reunited with her brother. She felt teary eyed but managed to suppress it. Corissa was not know for tears, finding it an embarrassment. She looks up at Scythe, just as Sorcha turns around, eying Taran's small group. She was quite perplexed to find Scythe there. Had he been with her brother the entire time? If so, why wasn't Taran dead then? Confused, she shakes her head. The sound of gunshots firing close to the hospital but moving their way. She knew something must be done. Taking holding of Taran, she begins dragging him. "Come on. We must return to the car and escape this place."

Corissa took hold of Will and even grabbed Elliot's arm, pulling both of the men along with her to follow the Princess. Once they all reached the car, which was only a couple feet away, Sorcha stands close to the car; Corissa crowing herself and the guys around them. Making sure everyone was present, Sorcha blinks a couple times, whispering a soft chant. The group then disappears and, within moments later, reappear at the beach, but a different one that happened to be a 100 miles north of Miami beach and was rather secluded.

Sorcha took another look around, once again making sure the passengers in the car and the ones outside had all made it. Satisfied, she turns back to Taran and wraps her arms tightly around his waist, squeezing. "Taran! My brother!"

Florida: Strangers

Sean had been ready to leave the area as soon as possible with Elliot following, until he stopped and noticed that Will and Corissa were no longer following. Sean raised a brow in confusion, and looked at the couple as if they were stupid. He was wondering why the two would stop and have a staring contest with the people in the car.

"What the fuck Corissa! Let's g-" Sean paused as he felt arms wrap around him in a hug. He almost didn't notice the girl who had ran toward him. Elliot noticed her however and was pointing his gun at her. Sean had both of his arms raised, refusing to hug the girl he now thought was nuts.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Elliot questioned. He was going to tell the girl to back off, but the feeling of Corissa gripping his arm halted him. Sean was confused by every word the girl was saying, and was beginning to assume she was on some sort of drug.

"Get off." Sean said very coldly, but she proceeded to drag him toward the car. Before he could get her off of him, and before he and Elliot could ask what was going on, the whole group was teleported to a beach. Elliot's head whipped back and forth as he saw his new surroundings He pulled himself away from the group holding his gun up. He was utterly confused.

"What the fuck!? What the fuck did you do!? Who are you!?" Elliot questioned as his gun moved to every single person who had been in the car. Sean who had been held by Sorcha again, looked down at her with a cold stare. There was no hesitation in his next move. Sean's brought his hand back that held his gun and smacked the girl in the side of her face in a backhand motion.

"I said, get off!" Sean said as he backed away from the group. "I'm not your brother." His gun was raised to the group that had been in the vehicle as well. Instead of his gun moving from person to person, only his eyes did. "Now tell me what the fuck is going on? We were just in the middle of the city." Sean said.

Miami Hospital - Beach

Everything happened pretty quick after they landed. Bullets raced past them in every direction. Luckily no one was hit. As everything happened next, Scythe was just surprised. Did they not realize it was him? No thy must've, after all he was carrying a scythe only he had. Before he even had a chance to say anything they were all at some kind of Beach. Sorcha had teleported them to a safer place. Teleporting was something he was not crazy about, though it was convenient.

As everyone began panicking and freaking out, he was ready to be the peacekeeper, surprisingly. That was when he noticed Reicha however. Something in her hair much more intriguing. He let go of Corissa and just gave her a look to stay there. She was always good at figuring out what he was saying, without him needing to. He walked over to the bounty hunter and ripped a feather out of her hair. Now she looked like she was just in a war, and now this feather. It didn't take a genius to put it all together, but then again Scythe was always able to recreate battles just by making observations.

"You fool" was all he said to her as he pocketed the feather. He turned around and looked at the lees then optimal situation. Sean and Elliot were both armed and willing to shoot. Hopefully with him mixed up with the others they would wait before pulling the trigger. "Everyone calm down and shut the hell up!" He bellowed out over those yelling.

"Can you not feel it Sean? Every time you get emotional the weather changes as well. Happiness, sorrow, anger and all those other emotions a flutter in yourself. You aren't normal, most of us aren't." His eyes covered white and began bleeding as he activated Omniscient Sight, starting to calculate where to position himself for his next move. "You won't like what comes next, however it must come. Elliot... Your an unnecessary variable."

His next motions were fluid. The unsuspecting Sean and Elliot wouldn't see his next move coming. Not from him at least. He pulled his daggers and tossed them, each jamming into the barrels of the guns. It was likely before they realized what was happening, that Scythe was in front of Elliot. A single swipe upwards with his Scythe. That was all it took to end Elliot's life. Sliced in half, a single clean swipe. He never really was too fond of that guy.

He didn't hesitate for his next move though. He reset the scythe onto his back and jumped at Sean, grabbing the gun and decking him across the face. After he his the ground, Scythe stood there holding Sean's gun and then turning to the group, taking out the feather once more. "Do what you need to do with Taran now. Looking at the bounty hunter that apparently is also a traitor to the league, she fought with Vann pretty recently. I'd say in the past few hours. Looking at all of you, she fought him alone. There is no way that she killed him, I can tell by the almost solemn demeanor she has. That means for some unknown reason he let her live. You already found one brother, I fought him off of Taran once before, so that leaves one target. Wanna bet on if he and Valius' daughter be as merciful on Markell as he was on the bounty hunter?"

Scythe retrieved his daggers and re-sheathed them. Then he walked back to Corissa once more and just pulled her close in a hug. It didn't last long, and after that he just held onto her hand. "Do you know where we are? The estate... My armor is back there, and if we're up against the rest of the league, I'll need it."

Miami: Shit Storm

As Scythe ripped the feather from her hair, she let out a gasp of pain as he recklessly caught some of her hair in it as well. Rubbing her scalp as he called her a fool, she wondered if he knew exactly what had happened. As he began talking, she realized that he did. How? She didn't know, but as he elaborated his point, she realized that he was right. Markell was an obvious and an unarmed target. She had handed him the victory.

Keegan watched from behind the wheel of the van, the gun fight, the hug, the slap (which made him boil with anger), and finally, Elliot's death. He drew his blade and held it up in Scythe's direction, "I knew it was you! You bastard, my family deserves redemption!" He shouted, getting out of the van. It didn't matter that Scythe was apparently good now, nor did it matter that he had not attacked them yet, Keegan was blood lusted, "I will have your blood!"

It was Reicha who's hand fell on the furious man's shoulder. Cool logic was in her voice, "You don't actually think that we alone can defeat the League. If we are to be given allies, we must not turn them down. If Scythe wanted us dead, we would be dead already. Taran surely would be dead. You saw with what ease he killed the unsuspecting fool." She said, motioning to Elliot's twitching corpse. Keegan turned and yelled at Reicha, "He helped to slaughter my family! How can I possibly not crave revenge?" As he said this, he shoved Reicha backwards, causing her to slam into the side of the van and let out a yelp of pain, before sliding down the side of the vehicle.

Reicha let out a growl of anger, "And your ancestors sentenced mine to death, and yet I assist you! You are an ignorant fool." She said, trying to get to her feet, but failing horribly, "You would throw the entirety of Concordia into the bin for your petty revenge! You were supposedly a great strategist before the war, where is that tactician now? I have already reduced our time limit, surely you see that!?" She knew how foolish she looked. Childish overconfidence and a gross lack of planning on her part had cost them an important victory. Perhaps her father had been right about her after all.

Keegan turned back from Scythe again and grabbed Reicha by the throat, "You are trying my patience, bounty hunter. Be silent, or I shall run you through myself!" He yelled, tossing the wounded girl aside and turned back to Scythe, "I WILL have my vengeance!"

Concordia: Friendly Competition

Kiel laughed a bit as Pyrus proclaimed his title, "Yes, yes, I know. I have no doubt that you killed more." He hesitated, now, and gave Pyrus a dragon toothed smile, "I bet I killed more than you."

Stunned by the slap, Sorcha falls backwards towards the ground. Worried about the girl, Saige had jumped out of the car and ran towards the Princess, catching her in time, before she could hit the ground. Saige helped Sorcha regain her balance, in which, the girl in turn clutched Saige's arm. What had just happened? She'd been slapped, by her own brother! She should be hurt and angry, but she wasn't; well, maybe angry, but not towards him. Her anger was pointed at the League, Valius in particular.

As the events unfolded before her, Sorcha could do nothing but stand and watch. Her eyes were wide as Elliot was killed and then Taran knocked out by his own gun, both caused by Scythe. She then watched as her brother, Keegan, jumped out of his car, sword in hand. He looked angry as well and about ready to murder someone; Scythe being the target. She wasn't quite sure about the League member yet and would have continued to stand by, but when Keegan threw Reicha into the car, Sorcha decided that she'd had enough.

Just when Keegan grabbed Reicha's throat, Sorcha pulled away from Saige and yelled, "Stop!" her small voice carrying above the group, followed by a whoosh of warmth. Everyone, including the ones innocently standing by, stood frozen to the ground. She'd summoned the power of the Great Wolf again, paralyzing everybody. Taking in a deep breath, she walks over to Keegan and Reicha, unwraps her brother's fingers from around the bounty hunter's throat, then takes away Keegan's sword. Holding onto it, she takes Reicha's arm and gently pulls her away, allowing the paralysis it desist for only her, Masaharu, Saige, and Corissa; Keegan and Scythe remained as they were. Satisfied everything was quiet now, Sorcha places her hands on her hips and looks around at everyone.

"Now... That that's settled; let's move on." She walks over to where Taran lay and knelt down on the ground, placing his head in her lap to examine his head. He had a little bump on his temple, but no serious harm was done. Anger boiled in her, though, and her eyes quickly flashed towards Scythe. He was able to hear her as she spoke. "You should not be here, League filth! You have hurt my family for too long and it stops now. When we return to Concordia, you-- along with the other League members-- will be executed!"

Corissa, hearing this, stepped forward all of a sudden, moving in front of Scythe. She didn't like what the Princess had said. "Your Highness! Please, forgive him. He saved your brother!"

Turning her eyes to gaze at Corissa, they narrow slightly and suspiciously as she answers in a soft voice, "And who might you be? His slave? Explain yourself."

"Yes, er... I was. He released me." Corissa took a few more steps towards the Princess. "I was commanded by Scythe to watch over Taran; I was to make sure you didn't find him or wait for anything suspicious to happen on his part. When Scythe arrived, announcing you'd escaped the castle, Vann came not too long after. He would have killed Taran if it hadn't have been for myself and Scythe. Taran would be dead by now." Crossing her arms, Corissa could feel the tears running down her cheeks. Her emotions were so strong, especially the ones she felt for Scythe. Her eyes were looking straight into Sorcha's, pleading silently. "Please, don't kill him."

Listening to the former slave, Sorcha felt herself softening. She could see the truth in the woman's eyes. Sighing softly, Sorcha looks down at her unconscious brother before looking back up to Corissa and Scythe. "I will think upon it. For now, you both are to remain with us. We will see just how much of a League member he is not." Turning to look at Keegan, she allows her brother to be free of the paralysis, as well as Scythe. "Brother, you will not fight him. As future Queen of Concordia and your sister, you will obey me." Though soft, her voice was very commanding. She turned back to Scythe then and he soon felt himself shackled by an invisible chain; his neck weighed heavily by an invisible collar. She'd once again used the Great Wolf's power. "And you, you will assist us in finding Vann and Markell, preferably before either of them meet." Eying the group, she dared any of them to defy her.

The Castle

Cleo wouldn’t deny it... she took pleasure out of watching Demetrius wincing as he pulled the thorns out of his legs. She smirked a little as she looked back into his eyes, hatred filling them as she just looked back at his cold eyes. There had been many opportunities over the years for the two of them to put aside their differences and get along, yet every time one of them would make a remark which would annoy the other and they would end up hating each other all the more.

When her father spoke Cleo watched as he looked away, yet her eyes didn’t leave Demetrius. She had learnt well enough over the years not to take her eyes off of him. Her father’s words made her smile a little. Years ago he would have yelled at the two of them, and had done so, for ruining his property but it seemed that today he was in a good mood and was going to let the two of them go at each other. Shein’s support also made her feel a little better about this, clearly she wasn’t the only one with an issue towards Demetrius.

As much as Cleo hated to say it, Demetrius looked pretty good walking towards her without his shirt on. His words though quickly took her focus from his body. “Somehow I don’t believe that Demetrius... words have always gotten under your skin” Cleo said in a mocking voice, remembering all those times when they had been younger and they had said hurtful things to one another. “And we both know that I am worth more than you” Cleo followed up with as she weighed the sword in her hand. It wasn’t hers but Shien’s which she had picked up earlier. It was new to her but it would do the job, it wasn’t as if she could just tell Demetrius to wait while she went in search of her own sword. Cleo didn’t even know where it was anymore since she’d had to leave it before going to earth.

As she focused on Demetrius she blocked out the chatter from the others in the room. To some degree she knew that they were just entertainment, giving people something exciting to look at. Cleo wasn’t one to give people what they wanted, except for her father. Yet she really wanted to hurt Dememtruis, even if it meant that she herself got hurt in the process.

With precise movement Cleo took a few steps towards Demetrius, and then swung the sword towards his right hip. It wasn’t exactly the best move but it would at the very least start the fight off.
