[I decided that we will introduce are characters in the roleplay as time goes along, so that we will be in the shoes of are character's more, knowing just what are character knows.]

Shinjuku Hospital. The site where he had been called to see his former friend, about getting a job in town after searching for so long. He wondered up the once clouded street, that was now empty. People were not walking around like they used to so a man reading a newspaper said. Supposedly there had been a battle between 2 cults, that resulted in the death of many people inside and outside of the battle. Kizyora was caught off guard by something of that magnitude being said, he had just gotten in town and this had just happened? It was stated it was at Yogiogo Park, but Kizyora had no intentions of going there, though he was a bit interested in what was going on. He walked, wearing his newly bought non-branded sneakers, that were completely black, with white shoe-laces.

Image

He rubbed his stomach as he walked up the street, his eyes barely open from the train ride he took here, falling asleep many times, making himself fairly tired. As he continued to walk, he saw childhood friends that he saw when he was 7 before he moved, and they greeted each other as he walked to the Hospital. He reached the outside of the Hospital, to discover that the doors were locked, and cursed under his breath, as he leaned on a pillar that held the front of the Hospital in shade, the part of the hospital where you pulled the Ambulances and Cars up to walk in. He sat down, and just stared into space.

He needed this job, but who knows if he would get it. If he did in fact get this job though, things would go well for him after that and he could go on and do some things and pay for things he had planned on doing for himself and to get his life back on track. His life had been a living hell thus far, and things needed to change, he didn't care if for better or worse, as long as he didn't have to continue living this way. He took his dogtag that was on his neck and put it in his pocket, as he waited at the front for someone to open the doors to help him get in.

He said that he would be here at this time, as a matter of fact he was late by 10 minutes, so what was the deal? He continued to wait, as everyone enjoyed there perfect little lives, and the sun sat happily in the sky. What had he done to God, to deserve starvation, and no place in the life or society of this world? Mabye this just wasn't the world he belonged in, but soon he would find himself in a bigger world that he did not belong in to a further extent. But what would happen then?

It all happened when time was not but irrelevant, when existence had not yet been existed... where God was the only supreme being... with nothing else above or below him. In time, his "plan" slowly began to unfold, and he created the universe... mapped out the stars... and formed planets and creatures who were much more feeble than him. That is when God called upon them, that is when God created the perfect celestial beings, beings that could do no more than serve. He called them angels.... winged humanlike spirits who would later become guardians of the natural world.

Life was grand, and God had control over all... defiance not being an option for the supreme "King of Kings"... although there always had to be room for change, but oddly God had none. In his mind it was a fact, nothing could defy him, he was an entity who could do whatever he wanted.... but again, always account for variable change.

One day, an angel by the name of Lucifer came to God and made it explicate that he wanted such godlike power as him, that he no longer wanted to serve, but yet instead, be served. He wanted the power to create and destroy... to manipulate... but naturally God refused. The heavens were split in two that day, and half of God's angels were cast from Heaven and sent to the fiery pits of Hell.

After which Lucifer used the power of "free-will" against God, creating what is simply known today as right and wrong. Lucifer became that little voice in the back of your head, that voice in which told you to do wrong... and because of that, he was able to gain the power he so thrived for only because God was stubborn, and because it didn't fit into the "plan". Since God's power only ceased to exist everywhere but "free will", that opened a large door to Lucifer - as seeing God could only point you in the directions rather than force you to do something.

Humans were fickle so Lucifer was able to easily manipulate them and hence created chaos throughout the world... the perfect world that God envisioned becoming no more. It would seem humans preferred Lucifer over God because he was a liar and a thief - hence "King of Lies" - in which got people what they wanted quicker... the "easy way out".

Striking deals and bartering with nothing less than ones soul, Lucifer became a powerful well-known entity known as the Devil, Prince of Darkness, etc. Basically he was anti-God - "Antichrist".

That is what leads us here, to the modern world, the year 2009, a world full of the corrupt... our eyes are on no human this day, but instead, a fallen by the name of Frinex, an angel who was cast down some time after Lucifer...

Frinex remembered his days spent lingering in the heavens and watching what went on below, watching the beautiful Isobel... watching as she got more beautiful by the second. It was funny how you could love someone without ever even meeting them... three years spent doing nothing but watching... to Frinex, that had to be love. It was sad because angels were not allowed to love, instead, they were condemned to God's word... to his ever need... not having time for a life of their own.

She was all Frinex had to dwell on, as if she was his only chance to love and have a normal life like the humans below... as if that could really happen.

Nineteen years old, her whole life in front of her... it ended just the same. She was raped and murdered... and God did nothing! Frinex came to God that day and protested, getting on his knees and begging him to change Isobel's fate, begging him to give her life back... God refused. He told Frinex that it was "just her time"... an answer that was slightly expected.... an answer that Frinex would not easily accept. God's answer was far from good enough.

Fleeing the heavens in rage, Frinex went to the funeral in the days to come... and there he met the unexpected... a cloaked stranger who had been watching Frinex for some time. He claimed he was Lucifer, and then went on about how God was a crook, and that he, Lucifer himself would never do such a horrible thing; all-in-all, Lucifer tried to persuade Frinex to switch sides, to join him, but Frinex rudely declined the mans offer... but surprisingly, the "King of Lies" yet again prevailed later on.

He told Frinex that he could bring her back, and that all he had to do was a little work for him... Frinex, with the right intentions, accepted, and sold his soul to the Devil himself. Sadly, instead of bringing her back like he said, he flooded Frinex's mind with memories of Isobel instead. After that, Frinex never saw Lucifer again... being left with nothing but a few words and a cursed somber scythe.

"What is life but a memory Frinex... ? Do those last few seconds really mean so much? History is not but a mark of great men... do you think she really matters? Do you think God really cares about the scum that inhabit this planet? Life is pointless... what life is... and what life could be is different. God has no plan... life is but a preset game for ones enjoyment. Freewill... you really should ask yourself whether God really pulls the strings or not. Remember Frinex, for people like us, there's always a choice."

Handing him the ImmortalSin, the moment Frinex touched it, his wings turned black... his eyes turned to blood... his nights filled with endless nightmares... and his heart turned to stone...

From that moment on, he was a cursed man, a being who was meant to feed from the lives of others. He was a leach, a devourer of souls.

That night, after being bestowed such destructive power, he killed the man who killed Isobel... thinking things could not get worse. God was sickened, ashamed that one of his angels would do such a thing... because of it, he condemned Frinex to Earth, and cursed him into being the living spirit of a phoenix.

God said that Frinex would live until the end of days, and that death only meant rebirth from the ashes - meaning that Frinex was immortal.

...and his heart turned to stone... which shall forever beat...

That brings us back to today, Frinex's abilities allowed him to sense energy, whether it be demonic, celestial, or natural... and at the moment, a lot of dark swirling clouds were forming around the Shinjuku Hospital in Japan... and Frinex was growing more curious about what exactly it was.

The building was abandoned, a perfect place for a few demons to roam around obscurely.

Swooping down, flying just overhead a mortal sitting on a pillar, - Kizyora - Frinex perched himself on a building across from the hospital, deciding to steak it out a bit before jumping into action. It was funny how much Frinex cared, no one had ever really seen a phoenix, but yet, Frinex, without care, was in the form of one, and sitting out where everyone could see it... his feathers ablaze.

Casious looked at the old woman sitting in the chair across the table from him. Just three months ago she was a young beautiful woman, but now she was old and brittle. She was talking again, something he hated her doing, but for now he would deal with it. It was not long now till he would finally rid himself of this vile human woman, and the thought almost made him happy. Almost.

She was trying, again, to get him to marry. The poor woman had never even noticed the illusions that he had placed on her and she still thought he was a normal human. She was trying to remember the names of the girls in the town, but there was little success. He sighed heavily and turned his head away, feeling a number of different things going on all at once as he sat there listening to the hag babble on. He ground his teeth, turning his icy gaze back at her before he stood. She never noticed.

Lifting her out of her seat he thrust his hand into her chest, her soundless gasp cut short as blood bubbled out of her throat and spilled down her chest, her already lifeless eyes going dull and empty before he dropped her broken lifeless body onto the ground at his feet. He crouched and wiped the blood from his hands, lifting his head when he heard a scream. Another woman, this one younger and beautiful like the old woman had been before. HE stood quickly and threw his hand out, the girl gasping and grabbing for her neck at the invisible hands that were clasp there. He watched her struggle until she no longer moved, then added her body to that of the old woman who had took him in as her son.

Glaring down at the two he turned and left them there, his hands in the pockets of his pants. He walked down the street slowly, ignoring the screams that he could hear behind him. He knew that people would figure out that it was him who had done the killing, but he really did not care too much. He hated them anyway. The more he walked away the better he felt. The old woman was dead and he was free to carry out his own plans. He would just have to find and corrupt a few guardians, then he would get a few gifted humans and after that, everything would fall quickly into place.

The world would soon be chaos and no one knew enough to even try and stop him.

Sasha held her head, the blood already mostly dry on the side of her face, neck, and on her hand. She moved slowly, her head light from the amount of blood she had lost, though she knew that it was not much. That damn driver should have been looking where he was going, but of course he was not. Her car had all but been totaled while he was able to get away without a scratch. She had a gash on her head that was throbbing, though no longer bleeding. She had not had her cell phone, she had forgotten it at home, and so she had to walk herself to the closest hospital. Not knowing where it was she had asked this old couple. They pointed her towards this one.

She walked through the doors, not really paying attention to where she was going or what was, or wasn't, going on around her. She lifted her head at the front desk, and noticed that there was no one there. There was nothing around and as she got looking closer, it was grungy and dirty.

"Great..." She moaned, pulling her hand from her head and walking over to a chair. She sat in it, but it broke and deposited her on the floor. With a groan and pushed herself up onto her knees.

"Leave it so me to find the only abandoned hospital in the city.." She groaned, standing and heading back for the front doors of the hospital. She hated herself at that moment. She was always doing stupid things like that, getting hurt or going to the wrong building. It was most likely the reason for her odd ability. She knew about it, but tried not to use it. Sadly she was using it more then she wanted.

A petite little bird flitted across the carnival grounds, chirping merrily as it took in the sights and sounds. Held in its beak was a small branch of mistletoe, a present from its best friend. The grounds were covered in a blanket of pure white snow, and the snowfall had yet to cease. Something zoomed past the bird, narrowly missing it but still causing it to tumble forwards mid flight. Two hands appeared from nowhere, grasping the bird gently so that it no longer struggled to keep airborne. "Chi, what's our current count for today?" A melodic voice purred.

The piece of mistletoe dropped from its beak and into the girl's hands, the bird now hovering beside the curtain of bright pink hair. She yelped softly after receiving 4 pecks on her ear, "Four kisses... any proposals?" Once seated on her shoulder the bird tapped its foot once. "Really? We haven't had any of those in awhile!" Growing tired of hovering in one spot the angel lighted down on the one of the guide posts, that allowed airplanes to be aware of the taller structures at the carnival. Chi quickly followed, resting in her lap before curling up, obviously tired from their day of matchmaking.

Though a pink haired, winged girl would have usually attracted quite a lot of attention at a large event like this, it was easy for Freya to remain hidden. Even when she wanted to be seen it was hardly possible, she was always surrounded by a constant swarm of shadows. For some reason Chi had no problems locating her, but they shared a deeper relationship - humans on the other hand had never even caught a glimpse of her.

Normal angel life was by far much less interesting then meddling in the affairs of humans. The whole concept of love had kept her intrigued for decades, even centuries. At first she'd simply observed, content to allow them to either grow closer, or drift apart. But the longer she spent obsessing over their lives, the more she began to realize that sometimes all a relationship needed was a little push - and that was where her and Chi came in.

Freya dug into one of the pockets in her dress, producing a ragged looking notebook. She opened it carefully and flicked through the pages. They were littered with names, dates, and occurrences. All of her successes and failures had been recorded here, so that she could perfect her technique. As the years had progressed the failures had lessened a considerable amount, and were now almost non-existent.

After she'd updated the book with Chi's last few triumphs she let out a yawn, stretching her wings out to their full breadth before beating them once to rid them of their burden. The snowfall was growing heavier; she'd have to find proper shelter for her and Chi tonight. "Come on, we need to find somewhere to crash for the night." Before the bird had a chance to take off Freya caught her, tucking her safely into a niche in her dress. "Too dangerous, you might be blown away."

With one more beat of her wings they were back in the sky. Freya could just remember the old hospital. If she was correct it'd been abandoned for years. But it wouldn't be this evening.

As Kizyora watched someone walk straight into the hospital, he raised a eye brow, and looked quizzically. He had tried the doors, and he knew they were locked, yet someone walked right into the doors as if it were normal serving hours. He got off of the pillar, and dusted the asphalt that was on the back of his jeans, as he yawned, raising his right hand infront of his mouth, closing his eyes as he let out a yawn. He then looked on lazily, but then intrestingly. He saw a wierd strange bird sitting above in view. He stared at it for a few moments, pondering what type of bird it was.

Its appeared to be a bird, coated in fire it appeared to be, but of course we all knew that wasn't possible. Things had been getting strange lately, but he ignored most of them, since he thought that he needed help he was willing to go see a psychiatrist later on, but for now he would just deal with the random illusions and images he saw. Staring at it with open eyes he turned his back to the bird as shortly after people began to stop and look at the bird as well, as they kept on walking, though Kizyora had already walked to the door. He grabbed the door handle and opened the door, and walked in, his shoes clapping against the tile floor as he raised a eye brow.

This place was completely abandoned, or empty. Not a single person anywhere, and what was more strange was that the doors were unlocked. As a girl began to walk to the doors, he purposely side stepped in front of her, and put his hands up to stop her, as he continued to look around. He happened to be a rude type of person anyways, but he was curious as to why his buddy had told him to come here when no one was here? Perhaps it was another prank that had been played on him, and once again he had traveled such a long distance to get there.

"Wait did you say this place is abandoned?" he said standing directly in front of her still glancing around hoping to see anyone inside of the building. That didn't make since, why would this place be abandoned when he had heard that this place was famous anyways for its famous medical treatment.

He could smell the medicine here, which meant that this place obviously had to be open, though after looking around he was sure that no one was here. A bead of sweat dropped from his forehead, onto the ground, as he moved his head around looking around. It was quite hot outside, although it was very cool in here, it was hot outside where he had been for awhile. He looked back at the woman looking at her forehead to notice there was a gash on her forehead.

"Ah that looks bad, now I see why you are here." he said staring for a moment before shaking his head. He knew it was bad to stare, but he was more of a kid than anything, a whinny kid at that.

"So this place is abandoned huh..." he said sighing, his eyes being replaced by lazy eyes as he scratched his head.

"Stupid mortals... Yes, let's go into the scary abandoned hospital! I really loath humans... and their stupidity." Frinex thought to himself, finding that mortals were by far an idiotic race. It was a pity God did not give them the proper tools to access things, because unlike Frinex, they did not have the sixth sense... especially for danger. As created, they are fickle creatures.

Shaking his head back and forth, ruffling his feathers, Frinex jumped down and began soaring towards the ground before swiftly pulling up and making his way to one of the side-doors to the hospital... a door that was directly under the human who just sat there idly as if nothing was wrong. "We have another idiot... Ding ding ding."

Landing on the ground, wobbling about senseless for a moment, he was just about to go inside before the human above him jumped down and walked in himself! You could imagine what Frinex was thinking. "How stupid can you be?! You see a bird on fire across the way, and don't come to think something is wrong?! These humans sure are brave these days. Can't someone just fuck off?"

Now that the human has so anxiously walked inside, there was no one to watch Frinex transform into his perfect form...

His beautiful black wings stretching out, Frinex brought an icy cold hand to his face, removing a few strands of pinkish-red hair from eyes before he lifted up the ImmortalSin and brought it to the door, ripping it to pieces - without even trying the knob to the unlocked door. Frinex's approaches were not always the best, but either way, they were effective nonetheless.

"Let's see what's behind door number one!" As soon as the door landed on the floor inside the hospital, Frinex grew a bit disappointed that they were nothing there... not a single demon in sight. "Rather disappointing I must say." Putting his arms out, yawning, Frinex hovered off the ground and flew through the hospital halls, transforming in mid-air. Frinex thought being a phoenix was much more obscure than a large flying fallen - ixnay on the demon bit.

Soaring through the halls, looking around for the female that had just entered, Frinex did not once come upon anything peculiar, which caused him a lot of grief. "I'm definitely getting too old for this... and I can't even get old. Stupid immortality... end of days my ass!" Frinex thought with a scowl.

"Come out kitty kitty." He said out loud, landing on a door knob and sighing. "Where does one or two little human go?" Right after he said that, voices could be heard coming from behind him - Kizyora. "How the hell did they get behind me... ?" Frinex questioned, putting one of his wings to his beak.

He was grinning in the inside though, because as soon as the two got closer, he spoke. Seriously, when is the last time you saw a talking bird, a phoenix at that?

"Hey, dumb dumbs, do you really think it wise to walk into a hospital whilst it being empty? I mean come on! Are you that stupid?! Now, turn around, and go back to the door, and leave, or, God is going to smite you." Cocking his head to the side, Frinex started acting if he was an idiotic parakeet, which was rather fun at the time.

Sasha blinked at suddenly someone grabbed her shoulders and stopped her from leaving the hospital. She blinked quickly and looked into the face of the man, listening to him talk and sighing a bit. He sure did repeat himself a lot. She looked around her, trying to remember things. it was hard when your head was throbbing so hard.

"Yea.. I.. I think they shut it down a few months ago.." She said to him, closing her eyes and lifting a hand to her head. Man did it hurt! She was about to say more when she heard another voice, this one behind her. She turned and looked at a little flaming bird, her eyes slowly growing wide as her sluggish brain recognized what it was and the potential danger that her and the other man were in. She opened her mouth, then closed it quickly and went to step back, but instead bumping into the other man that was there.

She turned around quickly and looked at him. "Sorry! I have to go!" She said quickly, stumbling around him while casting fearful looks back at the bird of fire. Oh yes she knew what it was. And yes she knew that there were things that could take that form. She was into fantasy and until today had thought it was all just that, fantasy. Seeing it for herself however, she was more then ready to go to a loony bin. Clearly she had hit her head harder then she thought.

Her head began to throb more, making her groan with pain and sway in her steps, fresh blood forcing it's way out of the thin scab that had formed over the cut that was there. She pulled her hand away and saw the blood, sighing heavily.

"Hm?" he said as he heared another voice, and thought it was somone in the hospital. As she was removed from his line of vision, something else came into his line of vision once again. It was that damn bird that he had met awhile back outside, and now that it talked, and she managed to see it there was only one thing left to do, now that he was sure it wasn't a illusion or a image in his head. He quickly picked up a seating chair next to him, and threw it directly at the bird, before yelling.

"What the hell! Your real!? I thought you were just some random pathetic image in my head, but you are real!? A flamming bird?! What the hell!!" he yelled as he then reached in his pocket for a phone, to discover he had left his phone on the train. He cursed out loud speaking japanese as he then looked at the bird with a man expression on his face. He was the type of guy, that when angered, even if he was up against a ant, could only do one thing.

He ran. He ran as fast as he could around the bird and deeper into the hospital. He had been on the track team before, and he was extremely fast with sprinting, but when it came to jogging sadly he seemed to fail at these type of things. He ran and came to a abrupt halt, as he pressed the elevator button, and turned back to see what had happened and if the girl was ok. He hopped that she went to get her friends to help or something, because Kizyora hated the situation he was in with a passion.

"F-F-Flaming bird?! Is god fucking serious?!" he yelled banging on the elevator to hurry.

The snowstorm outside was beginning to worsen, even Freya was having trouble staying on course. Her eyes were half closed, several small snowflakes caught in her lashes. The wind battered at her clothing and her wings, but she was still able to keep going. Enormously glad that Chi was nestled safely in her dress, Freya powered on through the endless white. Such a freak change in the weather was certainly abnormal, usually they never experienced snow here.

A soft, uncertain chirp sounded, and she felt something shift - trying to free itself. "No Chi, stay still." She whispered, tilting her head down so that the bird would be able to hear her. Something jabbed into her skin, causing her to wince. "Stop it Chi!" A bundle of orange and black feathers tumbled from her clothes and plummeted towards the ground. The force of the wind was far too strong for the little creature to fight against. Freya's eyes widened in horror.

Snapping into action almost immediately, she folded both of her wings in, gliding forwards for just a moment before she began her rapid descent. She could just make out a patch of orange - it was growing closer to her. With her arms outstretched and her fingertips eagerly awaiting, Freya shut her eyes and allowed her instincts to take over. Something engulfed both her and the bird, cutting them off from the rest of the storm. Her hand twitched and finally closed around the fuzzball - both of them now reasonably safe.

Freya's eyes reopened just in time to see the ground rush to meet her. Her wings shot open, acting like a parachute, but it was a little too late for a nice landing. At least the snow provided a somewhat cushioned surface.

Chi pecked at the girl's hands impatiently, urging her to get them both inside, and quickly - for they had arrived at the hospital. Freya let out a soft groan, opening her eyes to see the building. She sighed and looked at Chi, "You were trying to tell me we were right overhead, weren't you?" A flap of the chick's wings seemed to confirm it.

After eventually making it back to her feet Freya staggered towards the hospital, clutching the bird close to her chest. She smiled reassuringly down at her tiny friend, "It'll be okay now Chi, it should be better inside." But as soon as the door swung open the bird squirmed from her grasp, darting off down one of the corridors and swiftly disappearing from sight.

As soon as they'd entered this place the creature had sensed something out of order, something dangerous. Chi desperately wanted to find out what, and why - no harm would come to her friend.

As soon as the two sped off, Frinex cocked his head again and then cackled... the two humans had not been as brave as Frinex first thought. They could enter a dark abandoned hospital but yet they ran from a talking phoenix? Frinex didn't bite... much. But no matter, that was out of the way, Frinex had hopefully scared off the two young humans. He may of been a fallen, but he had the slightest compassion for human life... he wouldn't sulk over it, but it wasn't something he wished to watch end.

"Maybe they aren't dumb dumbs after all..." Frinex mused, jumping off the knob onto the ground and quivering slightly from the draft that just rushed in - in which also put out his feathers. "Wow... so c-c-cold."

"Slkkkk... Slkkkk... Slkkkk..." Frinex chirped/whined, tucking his feet in and nuzzling up against the ground for a moment. "What am I doing... well I don't know... but it seems so right..." He said, talking to himself, beginning to act like a total bird. "Stupid instincts..." Standing back up, he was about to move further until something slammed into him, knocking him face-first into the ground. "Who did that?!" Frinex roared, standing up and turning around, coming to face a small baby bird.

For a moment he just stared, then abruptly the bird - Chi - started nuzzling itself against him like it would its own mother, which began to anger him. Frinex was quite a heartless person, and he had never gained this much affection before, and quite frankly, he didn't want it. "Eww, get off me before you give me cooties. Nasty little bird. Who do you think I am your mother? Just buzz off short-stuff." The bird stopped and backed away, beginning to - what seemed to be - scold him; chirping up a storm, Frinex put a wing on each side of his in frustration.

"OKAY! Shut up, alright, god damn. Just don't get any funny ideas about me being your mother or father or whatever okay? I work alone." Looking away stubbornly, the bird returned to his side. "Definitely a girl..." Frinex said out loud, sighing.

The small bird immediately looked at him when he said that, which caused Frinex to quickly narrow his eyes. "Don't get any other ideas either. Be lucky I don't just put you in my mouth and eat you." Raising an eyebrow, he quickly made another comment so she didn't spaz again. "Joking. I won't eat you... now go, seriously. This isn't a very safe place for a little bird like you. I fear eating you would be a better fate than what waits here." The bird crossed it wings in a stubborn like manner after Frinex said that, causing a slight chuckle to escape him. "Great, a stubborn, girl bird... I mean can you even understand me?"

Chi turned its head to the side innocently/cutely, as if it did not understand, but Frinex took as if she really did know what he was saying.

"Funny..." As if things couldn't get any worse, another draft came when something flew up behind him...

Sasha lifted her head and looked out the doors she had been going to exit. She saw all of the snow and groaned, sitting down quickly as she got dizzy. "Oh damn... I am going to die in this damn hospital." She groaned, putting her face in her hands, getting blood on her hands again. She moved her hands away when she felt the blood and rolled her eyes.

"I should have stayed in my damn car. That way I would have died in a place I knew.. Sort of." She sighed and laid down on the chairs, knowing that she would die there, if she slept. She had a concussion and she knew it.

Folding her arms over her chest, as she lay there she shivered a bit, pulling her legs up close to her chest. She closed her eyes tightly for a moment, then looked down at the floor, trying her best to keep warm as she waited to either bleed out or die in her sleep.

It had been almost ten minutes since she'd last spotted the fuzzball, and Freya was beginning to grow quite worried. Though the hospital had been abandoned for years, it could still harbor many dangers. The infrastructure would be faulty for one, and who knows what had taken residence here since it was left to rot.

This place seemed different since the last time she'd visited. It's atmosphere, and it's very walls seemed to ooze a sense of misery. Still shivering from the cold outside, Freya wrapped her arms around herself, her footsteps echoing through the corridors. "Chi?" She called half heartedly, not expecting a response. She was right, no playful chirp responded. Instead the silence only seemed to thicken.

Freya growled, waving her arms in front of her, trying to scatter the constant cloud that hung around her. "Go away, it's hard enough to see without you stickin' around." Although the shadows parted for a brief moment, they quickly went back to normal as soon as her hand was gone. It was no use - or so it seemed - they were here to stay. Some may have found the partnership an amazing thing. Almost constant invisibility - no one would ever see you coming. But it grew tiring after awhile.

A frown creased her brow when she heard a voice, or at least, she thought she'd heard one. With a sigh she launched herself into the tight space between the floor and ceiling, soaring down the halls, trying to hone in on the sound. Something caught her eye, it looked like... a fire? No, it wasn't that as such... it was...

"Chi!" She exclaimed, seeing the baby bird hopping around what she'd assumed to be a fire. Relief flooded through her as soon as her feet touched down again and Chi zipped into the air, hovering in front of her whilst chirping excitedly. Freya glanced around the small being and blinked incredulously at the creature who'd been keeping her friend company. It couldn't be... how was it possible that such a thing was situated in a place like this?

"Where did you come from?" Freya murmured, kneeling down in front of the phoenix who... seemed to be scrutinizing her. Chi landed beside it and began circling it, making quite a racket while she was at it. "Yes yes, I can see it Chi, I know what it is." The fuzzball plopped down on it's backside and stared up at it's friend, possibly wondering whether they could 'keep it'.

Kizyora found himself in the elevator the second the doors flew open. He ran in with the utmost speed and swiftness, trying to get away from the dangers that were in the hospital. He pressed a random button, and leaned against the steel walls, as he then slid up against the walls, falling to his bosom, and putting his hands in his face. He hadn't been this scared, since the time he saw a demon in the mirror, and nearly shit his pants. Kizyora was now pumping blood, breathing like a tired dog, as he moved his hair through his head. He looked at what floor he was going to, discovering he had hit the Basement floor. Anywhere was better than the first floor, he just wanted away from the flaming terror.

As the elevator stopped, he stood slowly as the doors opened to reveal a hallway before him. He walked into the hallway that was cluttered with boxes and such. As he continued down the hall way, he began walking slower, as the feel of the hospital gave him the creeps. The walls were covered in blood, which he looked at as he continued to walk. There was a gate, that he walked through, before he reached a crossroads. He walked to the left, and walked over to a door with a wierd symbol on it. He observed the symbol as he said.

"What the hell is that."

He then touched the door that opened by itself, as it revealed inside a man sitting in a buisness chair of some sort, observing something. Kizyora walked in, as the man stopped what he was doing, slowly turning around to see Kizyora.

Image

He stared at Kizyora for a moment, though his eyes weren't visible to Kizyora, he could tell he was staring at him.

"Are you fucking aware there is a huge bird on fire, at the entrance of this damn place?!" he yelled, as the man crossed his arms, and crossed his legs as well, as he then said.

"Are you aware that by entering this room, you have interrupted me for something that will not matter in about 5 minutes?" he said as Kizyora rose a eye brow the man then went on to say with his deep and sarcastic sounding voice, that seemed natural to him.

"You must be that kid that Takanao asked for.....no need in keeping you alive, you will only interfere with the new world." he said as he rose a hand and suddenly a feline appeared in front of him. It seemed to be a leopard, but it wore a cape on its back, and wielded 2 swords in both hands. It quickly stood, 15 feet tall, as it prepared to dash at Kizyora who dashed out of the room at top notch speed, attempting to flee from the beast that would eat him up for a snack.

"UuuuaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhH!!" he said as he began to run, screaming as loud as possible, as he made way for the elevator once again, the demon rushing out of the room, and towards Kizyora at a extremely fast pace, catching up to him quickly.

Sasha heard a scream and opened her eyes, glad to see that there was still light. She was still alive. She stood and walked toward where the sound came from, opening the door to the stairs. She looked down and sighed, knowing she was going to regret it later. Slowly she made her way down, peeking out before opening the door a bit and looking out. There, at the other end of the hall, was a large cat with a cap and sword. She gasped, then quickly covered her mouth, feeling dizzy again. She felt stupid for having come to this damned hospital.

She did feel bad for that guy though. He was the one the cat was after. Bad luck for him and worse luck for her if it came at her after it had killed him. She looked around the halls quickly, looking for some sort of weapon, though she could not really see one. She made a face, her heart starting to pound loudly in her chest. The guy was going to die. She stepped out of the stair well and spotted a box of stuff beside her. She opened it quickly and looked inside. Metal trays. It would have to do.

She lifted a tray out and threw it like a Frisbee down the hall at the cat, lifting another one shortly after and doing the same thing. Then she ducked back into the stair well.

Looking from the small bird to the girl, Frinex shook his head and backed away, scowling in the inside. "Why did I ever come here?! Stupid, stupid, stupid!" Frinex thought, just realizing that the more he backed away, the closer the small bird got - she was following him. It was starting to grow obvious that there was no getting away from the bird nor the girl; speaking may of scared away the humans, but an angel and this baby bird? Frinex began to differ.

"And what do you think you're looking at?" Frinex grumbled, looking up to the female angel and tapping its foot. "What, never seen a talking phoenix before? And is this your friend, because she is really getting on my nerves." The bird yet again nuzzled up against him, which caused his flames to return, as if blushing. Remarkably they did not bring any harm to the chick, the flames being merely for show. But god did he wish they weren't.

"And I am not an it, him, bird, or phoenix, my name is Frinex." Picking up Chi with his beak, he flew up and landed on the girls shoulder, dropping Chi. "You angels are just everywhere aren't you? Wherever I look... they are there to torment me. Well start walking, get a move on. And don't look at me that way, you have to be here cause you feel something wrong right? Cause I don't know about you but something is very off here, and I'm going to find out what it is." Raising a wing in the midst of speaking, he was just about to say something else before he lost his balance and the the chick knocked him off the girls shoulder, sending him tumbling towards the ground.

The girl surprisingly caught him, which caused him to pout slowly and for his flames to strike up... he was yet again embarrassed that he had to be caught. "Thanks..." Frinex said softly, getting back to his feet. "I'm not usually nice, but if I were you, I'd honestly leave. Wouldn't want a beautiful face like yours ruined now wouldn't we?" Frinex said sarcastically, winking and climbing back up on her shoulder.

"What is this little birds name? I'm afraid I may look like a bird but I don't really understand them..." Frinex asked politely, looking up to the girl while the bird returned to his side. Abruptly he was interrupted by a loud irritating scream.

"Dammit, what now. Well come on now, no fooling around this time."

As he sprinted up the hall to the elevator, he felt something pass by him, the wind brushing up against his cheek, but he didn't bother to look for this made him run even faster. Behind him, the leopard or demon, whatever you wanted to call it had been hit with some type of metal trays, that causes it to flip due to the momentum of it running. It flipped, and fell as he ran and then made his way to the stairs, and pulled the door open straining his arm muscle as he did so.

"Run! Now!!" he yelled as he pulled the girl by the arm, and continued running up the stairs, as he let go after about 5 feet, and continued to sprint. How he had managed to run so long, and without stopping was beyond him, though that was not what was in his mind at the time, what was in his mind was getting his ass eaten by some large feline that wanted him for a snack. He ran at maximum speed as he climbed the stairs, hoping to dear god that the woman followed or she would be its victim.

The man sat in the room after Kizyora was chased out, and the door slowly shut, as he turned back around in his seat and said.

"Preparations have been made...its time.." he said as he looked at the large strange pillar that sat infront of him with ancient demon engraving in it. He stared at it, and then rubbed it a bit before smiling as it glowed.

At first Freya had been somewhat taken aback by the strange bird. Especially when it'd spoken to her. But if Chi was comfortable around it, then she should be as well. The flames weren't even real... well, they were, but they didn't burn at least.

Freya knelt down and placed the phoenix gently back on the ground. Chi was quick to leap from her shoulder, following the bird before cuddling up to him again. With a sigh she put a hand to her forehead, "That's Chi, and I'm Freya." She took another few moments to look over the phoenix known as Frinex and finally came to a conclusion. "You should change back to your normal form, I'm betting it's a little more intimidating then a roasted bird."

He seemed startled, which confirmed her thoughts. So he did have more then one form. "You don't do a very good job of hiding that fact you know. If you were just a talking phoenix, you'd be more interested in Chi... instead you prefer to converse with one of your own kind."

A loud scream echoed around them, causing her to flinch. She got back to her feet, staring down the corridor that she figured led to whoever had made the noise. Taking a glance back at Frinex, she frowned, "We should probably help them." The baby bird was still hopping around at his feet, "Chi." She blinked up at her pink haired friend, figuring that it was time for her to hide again. With a defiant chirp she moved closer to Frinex, puffing out her chest when next to him.

Freya rolled her eyes, "I'd be careful if I were you Frinex. If you break her heart you'll have me to deal with." She smirked slyly and gave him a wink before turning on her heel, starting off at a modest jog down the corridor.

Sasha ran after the man, having been caught by surprise when he had burst through the doors and grabbed her by the arm. She kept up with him, taking the stairs a few at a time as she too tried to get away from the large cat thing. She knew that she might be more tempting then the man, her head still being split open and all. She felt dizzy again and knew that as soon as she stopped she would have no other choice by to pass out, the adrenaline being the only thing keeping her awake now.

She rounded up the stairs and followed the man through the doors at the tops of the stairs, already panting hard and her body shaking. From fear, excitement, or just plain shaking because she had yet to go into shock and she was now, she had no idea. She hated feeling that way and she shuttered.

Frinex turned to face Chi with a gasp, immediately turning his attention back to "Freya" with a slight blush. "Now hear this, Freya. First and further most, Chi is a chick, as in... oh never mind. I am not just a phoenix, I am... an angel of sorts." He lied, not mentioning the most important of facts: That he was an angel who sold his soul to the devil himself. Although, she being an angel was cause to that, Frinex having no intentions of fighting the young angel, or her... chick. Truthfully Frinex despised fighting, only doing it when absolutely necessary, and right now was not one of those times.

"If you were smart Freya, you'd get out of here and leave me to deal with... a few things. I sense a bit of danger in these halls, and not the kind that you personally can stand up to. Why not just skedaddle and let a real man deal with this?" Frinex said smugly, cocking his head to the side innocently. "Wouldn't want a beautiful face like yours to get all scratched up. And I wonder..." Looking over to Chi, Frinex lifted her back up. "Scrambled?" He said sarcastically, surprised by Chi immediately snapping at him. "Ow... feisty little bi-." Before he could finish, Freya lifted him up.

"What? I wasn't going to actually say it. Now put me down before I peck your eyes out. I'm not just a phoenix you know, I'm a crazy... eye pecking phoenix..." Frinex murmured, looking away a bit shyly. "Besides the point. As seeing you won't leave, I suppose I'll have to force you out." Jumping onto the ground and running in-between her legs, Frinex immediately transformed and lifted Freya off her feet, not letting her see his face. "Come come." Frinex whispered in her ear, hovering off the ground and dragging both Freya and Chi with him.

When he got outside, he dropped them on the ground, letting go. "See, that wasn't hard was it? Just stay here, and don't follow me. I'd love help, but truthfully, things could get a little messy. But, try to get in the way, keep in mind I won't be protecting you again." Frinex barked, spinning on his heal towards the door. "Ciao..." The moment Frinex turned around, he clumsily slipped onto the ground, falling on his back.
