This is Dark Infection, a scientific survival horror roleplay that puts players in the place of scientists in a lab going two stories underground. The plot for this roleplay is that the scientists are all working on a sort of germ in an ill attempt to cure a wide range of diseases. In the middle of an experiment, the germ is mutated into a virus, and it is released during the mutation, causing it to become deadly and it begins infecting the scientists in the lab. When the players get a good enough sense of what is going on, they can go and try to seal up the virus before it spreads or they can make their way towards the nearest exit.
Now for the twist, in this RP I give creativity to the players. During the virus' experimentation and mutation phases, players can interact with the virus and change its properties. (Lethality, infectivity and incubation. Incubation reduces the amount of time before the virus shows itself in a host, but it can be transferred from person to person just as quickly.) Only one property can be risen above the others, just like the presets. (Cancerous, paralyzer, bloody and re-animator.) The properties and presets can be decided upon the analysis of the virus. Examining the virus will allow you to vote for a property, while using a scanner console near the containment cell will allow you to vote for a preset. Both the properties and presets will change how the game will play out, as well as how potential future roleplays based on this will work. As for how the voting works, players will vote on what they want the virus to be like. You can only use the UV screen mounted on one side of the virus cell, or consoles on the other three sides to vote for virus properties and presets. It is possible to vote multiple times, but only once per day. The in-game can last 2-4 days. Here is an example of a vote, follow it for each vote you make:
