Colton moaned, rolling over on the solid-rock ground in a feeble attempt to fall back asleep. Getting out of here - where here was, he still wasn't sure of - wasn't going to be accomplished if he was half-asleep and running on four hours of sleep every night. The time of day it was right now was a mystery as well - he didn't know anything about this place. It was disgusting, it was dark, and there were revolting creatures lurking everywhere.

Giving up with a vengeance to get more sleep later on tonight, he sat up wearily. Above and around him were rusty steel pipes, too stationed to move although they looked as if they would crumble at any given second. The ground beneath him was hard, no doubt. Several weeks back Colton had made a scene of digging himself out of the jail cell-like room, bruising his knuckles and burning himself on the piping on three different places on his left arm. They were now scarred over, three long, silver lines beneath his palm.

He looked to his left toward the door, raising his eyebrows at the lump of stale bread that seemed to be slowly molding on the top. "Yum..." He muttered sarcastically to himself, glancing over in the cells several feet from his own. Colton knew people were in those cells too - he saw and heard them enter weeks ago - although he never had the chance to speak to them. If they could only get together, they could probably ban together and get out of this place! Get back home where, hopefully, everything is in a better condition than things are for them.

With a quick glance around him for any monsters lurking around, he slid a portion of his bread over nearby the other cells in a way to get their attention. With luck, they would look over. "Hey..." He whispered, attempting to be as loud as possible. "Is anyone over there?!" Colton bit his lip, holding his breath in hope.

Why am I being hopeful?!" He yelled at himself internally, setting his face in his palms exasperatedly. He was right to be pessimistic - he has been in an unknown land where unknown creatures were brutal and has been starving for the past fifteen days! Those creatures didn't even look right - they were mangled, something he would see in a bad science fiction or a horror movie. They were everywhere, always in the way and always giving him the dirty eye.

There is no way out of here...

Matt sat with his back against the wall, breathing heavily. Every day since he'd gotten here he'd tried to get out. He'd dug in the dirt beneath the bars, but no matter how much he seemed to dig it never got any deeper. When that failed he tried digging the bars out of the wall, but it flopped, beneath the easily removed dirt was cement. He eventually stopped eating and tried to get thin enough to squeeze between the rusted metal bars, but something shocked him if he stuck his hand out to far and stung him like a bee, and the further he went the more painful it got. So in the end the only thing he succeeded on was receiving injuries. His fingers were mottled with bruises, nails ripped away, his back was gouged with marks from the bars, and he was covered all over in red marks from the stings as he slid through. But he didn't even think once of giving up, he had to get out.

But for now, it wouldn't hurt to get a little shut eye, right?" He let his eyelids drift down over his tired irises. . . "Hey," he heard. He shot straight up, grimacing in pain from his aching body. He sat stock still for a moment, ears strained. Had he only imagined it? "Is anyone over there?" the voice hissed, and he grinned, HELL YES!

Sliding over to the end of the cell where he'd heard the voice he now noticed a lump of disgusting bread, the same kind sitting uneaten in his cell, by the outside divider. Someone else was most definately here and trying to get his attention. "Yeah, me," he replied almost breathlessly, shaking all over. "Matt Prado."

* * *

It hurt. It hurt so fucking bad and Madeline had no idea. She hadn’t known something could hurt so fucking much when she wasn’t even injured. He’d vanished, he’d finally left her all alone in the world, abandoned. Without a trace, Matt was gone.

“Damn it,” she said, fingering the switchblade in the pocket of her hoodie, clenching her forearms so she could feel the knives hidden there. “If he’s gonna up and fucking leave then I don’t need him.” It was a lie and she knew it. She needed him, she needed someone, anyone.

When her parents had died Matt had found her. Matt had stuck with her through the years, leading her along like a devoted puppy on a leash. He’d shown her how to survive in a world that was worse than Hell and now he’d left her to fend for herself.

A lot could be learned from listening to words passed from mouth to mouth, Matt had taught her that. She knew that right now a bunch of stuffed shirt college goers who thought that they were sooooo smart were meeting up to make a plan, to find the vanished people. It was rumored they'd gone to Hell, and that these kids knew how to get there, or were figuring it out anyways.

Her stomach clenched and her insides churned like laundry in a washing machine, cold, wet, and all mixed together. But Madeline knew what she had to do, she had to be brave. She had to live for herself and find out what had happened to Matt.

The dark was all-consuming and the pain, unbearable. A battered and bruised Nadia paced her cell as she had come to do on a daily basis, at regular intervals. She had one arm over her stomach and the other with her fist to her mouth, as if speaking into a microphone. Words were whispered under her breath, inaudible to anyone but the person in front of her. Of course she was in Hell as she had been told, and that creature, whatever it was, was not human at all. Nadia didn't know that. She didn't even know that it wasn't really even there.

She heard voices echoing quietly in other cells down the dank corridor and spoke loudly in reply in a warning tone. "You should not speak," Nadia said very matter-of-factly. She smiled, "He will be very mad."

Nadia fell against the back wall of her cell and sunk to the floor, laughing like nutcase. "And you will both be in big trouble. And He will have great fun with you. But it is not His birthday."

She let herself collapse onto the cold hard floor while she continued to laugh like a very joyful, toddler of sorts on a day like Christmas receiving their favourite new toy.

Adrian sat there, over looking the ruins of, what was it a city? Just a small man perched on top of a roof, the roof of what once use to be a hospital no less. The wind was harsh this high up, filled with smoke and light floating debris. Adrian almost felt like he was smoking again. His lips were puckered and he could feel the cigarette between his fingers.

" Well, if this aint' irony. Sittin' er' on a roof top of a ruined hospital. The one damn thing you'd think would have someone in it. "

Prior to the roof

Running, he was running. From what, he wasn't sure. But never the less something was giving chase and instead of sticking around like the stereotype in the movies, Adrian decided to hall ass. His boots echoed loudly through the empty halls of the hospital, making it sound as if there were more people. But this was just his imagination. Adrian knew he was the only one there, the last one here.

He took a right, a left, another left and finally, a dead end. " No, no this can't be right! " Adrian shouted as he took a step back. Quickly he covered his mouth and slid into the open patient room. The room, smelt funny. Like the smell you get when you forget to throw away the Chinese food. Adrian walked in further, his eyes wide open from the massive amount of adrenalin pumping through his veins. A thump rang out, it was his heart, he saw it, the thing he was hoping not to see. It was a dead body.

" Jesus on high!!! " he screamed as he fell back against the wall.

It was horrible. The body was ripped in twain, the entrails and guts strung about the side of the bed. The face was missing, like it was cut off perfectly. There was no way to tell if this was a man or women anymore. Nothing remained of it's humanity.

" What's going on? I can't, I can't fu--" Adrian stopped, listened. He heard footsteps, no it wasn't footsteps was it? Of course not. It was the thing that was chasing him.

He had one idea and one idea only. The ventilation shaft.

" I'll make it to the roof, after that though...shit. "

Back on the roof

" Irony...has to be." he said as he tied strips of cotton he got from a robe in the room he was in before entering the ventilation system. " I cut my hand, I'm at a hospital, I need bandages and the only bloody thing I've been able to find is a robe. Genius. "
And so with winning the fight and everything over, Deadpool began to dance. Image

"Matt Prado?" Colton pondered for a moment, raising his eyebrows at the psychopath's prattling. He chose to ignore her - she'd probably gone insane from the long weeks trapped here. "Nice to meet you...I'm Colton Flutteren." He jumped back against the cement wall as a large, grotesque beast stomped past, its' hooves leaving imprints in the ground. Making sure to not breath until it was far past his cell, he moved forward once more toward the bars.

"How long have you been here?" He inquired curiously, not completely sure how long he'd been there himself. "I'm not sure how long it has been, but I want to know if maybe we were taken at the same time?" Colton talked fast, to make sure he had spoken everything he needed to by the time any monster came stomping in demanding he shut up. "Or something, anything, to help me figure out to get out of here. If there is consistency in how they take people..."

He sighed, leaning back against the bars and rubbing his forehead with his palm in frustration. Information was extremely important. If he had enough information, maybe he could get out of here and back into California. And the sooner he was back in California, the sooner he was out of this mess.

A sigh left Sasha's lips as she slowly, and very quietly, made her way up the staircase. What was up the staircase? She had no idea. What was down the staircase? Death, destruction, pain. Whatever else was down there, Sasha did not want to know. She had already made the choice that walking up the many flights of stairs would be better than possibility of coming across one of the monsters that now seemed to inhabit the earth wherever she looked. With a sigh she moved up another few steps. All of this had happened when those people had disappeared.

Maybe if she could find them...? Maybe if she could be more than one person, sure. With a shake of her head she saw the door to the rooftop. With a small smile she moved a little quicker towards her goal. Maybe she could find someone else, that would be good. She was tired of being alone. What if it was someone from college that already knew her? They would know her as a bitch. That wouldn't be good.

With another small noise Sasha broke free into the daylight of the rooftop. She was on a small office building, and looking across she thought she could see the hospital. Was that someone moving on it? Her eyes widened but the figure soon disappeared. Hopefully it hadn't seen her and she could just sit here for awhile. Maybe catch a few minutes of restless sleep.

The world had gone to the toilet and she couldn't find one survivor? Maybe everyone had done the stupid things in horror films. The ones where everyone is always yelling out what the person should do but the idiot does it anyway. Hours of horror films had kept her alive so far, so had running for her life.

Nadia stopped laughing abruptly when she heard one of the boys voices continue speaking, "no!" she cried angrily. Without any response, she continued sweetly once more, her face extremely close to the dangerous bars. Nadia listened as the one boy - Colton as he claimed - continued speaking with the other boy, Matt. Colton began speaking about getting out; forming a plan of sorts. Nadia shook her head vigorously, "no. Stop! No!" She grabbed the bars on her last 'no', receiving a powerful electrical current that coursed through her body. She let go and collapsed to the ground, tears in her eyes; the flesh on her hands where she grabbed the bar was burnt and bloody.

Scared and injured, Nadia stood again and spoke with a shaky voice, "you can't speak. One of them is coming! Not him though - oh no, never him." She backed to the back wall, still speaking, "now shush sweet cherubs. Mommy will keep you safe." Nadia sat against the wall, her knees pulled up to her chest and head hanging down, "please!"

A distant echo of bare footsteps could be heard. They became more thunderous as they got closer to the cells; whatever was coming closer, was something big.

Vetis had been going about his demon duties - he had just convinced a very young girl, a child, to kill her family. No one ever suspects the fragile little girl. It wasn't a hard task. Just a little fun for the day. A vacation. He had returned only to get sent to the cells where a few of Earth's prisoners were kept. He was unsure if he was sent as some sort of punishment or reward. Either he was scarier and more threatening than all the other demons, or he was lesser than all the others. It was a confusing situation for a demon of Hell.

He reached the dungeon area just to hear the girl's soft plea and rolled his large, dark eyes. Vetis walked to her cell, the first of all cells, to see her curled up like the weak, breakable human she was. It had only been a couple of weeks Earth time and she had already gone insane. It must seem longer in Hell for these humans though.

"Girl, what are you prattling on about?!" Vetis' voice boomed.

Nadia shook her head violently, "I'm alone right now. Leave me be! Leave me be."

"You need to shut it human. You'll regret it if you don't."

"No. You can't do anything to me. It's not my time yet," she smiled, very amused.

"Is that right? And what about the other prisoners? Is it their time?"

Nadia shook her head, still smiling. "You know it's not. Are you angry?"

"No," Vetis replied. "Gorigon doesn't get angry."

"That's not your name, you know," Nadia said, trying to get him angry.

"Yes it is. Now shut it!" He exclaimed, "or it will be your time." And he stormed toward the other cells, before he could let himself get angry at the pitiful lunatic.

Nadia laughed, overly blissful, and began humming a random and happy tune.

Matt listened to the other kid breathlessly beginning to ramble off a bunch of things at once, trying to get it all out before a beast came by. So his name was Colton, what a pretty-boy name, but he didn't say anything. This was definately not the place to go around making enemies when 99% of the people, the term 'people is used loosely here, were already so. He was about to reply when the girl in the cell across from his started freaking out. He felt so sorry for her, here she was, three weeks in, and already bonkers.

"Shh," he said soothingly. "Nobodies gonna co--" he was cut off by the sounds of footsteps. Fear flooded through his veins like the adrenaline of injecting heroin and he practically threw himself back to the furthest corner of his cell, shivering. He listened to an almost unintelligable strain of quick and quiet conversation between the beast and the girl, trying his hardest not to puke at the wretched scent of the beast, it was disgusting! When the thing finally left, after an indignant snarl of rage at the girl across from him, he sat up, shaking less, and retched right into the corner. Wiping his mouth with the back of his already filthy hand, he heard the girl begin to laugh and hum. Oh shit, he hoped they weren't going to take her with them when they escaped, she was loony and would only hold them back.

He crawled back to the front of his cell at the wall between his and the other boy's cell. "Hey Colt," he whispered (Colt was at least cooler than Colton). "I know for a fact we all got here at the same time man, I was more awake than any of you all, I'd just done some LSD." He kinda felt embarassed at admitting to some drug use, but whatever, it had made him feel on top of the world. At first he'd thought everything was just a hallucination and had taunted the beasts; the still healing wounds on his chest were a reminder of that time.

"I saw you, and the girl, and some other kids as well. It was about 2 or 3 weeks ago, I can't be certain. I was. . . incapacitated for awhile." He grimaced, that was the nicest way to put his inactivity in the world of the conscious. If he hadn't had the drugs beforehand he would have stayed awake for much longer, they'd acted as an anasthetic. If he hadn't taken them. . . he didn't want to think about that, he didn't want to consider the pain he could have felt.

"Far as I can tell there are about four of us down here, and we all came through a tunnel down that way, the opposite direction from our end of the hall." He gestured even though he knew Colton couldn't see him. "I've been skipping meals. I figure, since I haven't eaten much in the time we've been here and I can fit through the bars, and one of them has a dent in it to the side so I can bend through. If I can grit my teeth through the shocking and not pass out, I can get out and find a way to help you escape too." He paused as a demon slithered through and he had to hold his stomach to keep from releasing the contents again, though he was sure he had nothing else he could give back to the world.

"What do you think Colt, you in?"

Colton nodded slowly to himself as Matt whispered his plan. He stared off into the distance in thought. Shaking his head viciously for a moment, he moved closer to the bars. "I don't think making ourselves ridiculously thin will do us any good - but it's a start...What if we starve to death before we get the chance to get through the bars?" It was his job to question anything and anyone - dig out anything that can be put into writing. And if it meant picking out every detail out there, then that's what would have to be done.

He jumped back to the wall while an obese monster waddled past, its' skin coated in sweat and grime while its' eyes glanced back and forth swiftly. The foul stench being produced from it didn't bother Colton in the slightest - he had gotten used to repulsive stenches. He also had the worst roommate in the northern hemisphere. Nothing could compare to John's four-month old snacks hidden beneath piles of laundry.

Once the abomination had rounded the corner and was out of sight, Colton jumped toward the bars yet again. "Do you think anything could beak these bars?" He inquired Matt hopefully, examining the steel rods with thought. If he could get a monster to bash them from the outside, then they may be damaged enough to allow passage through.

Nadia stopped humming her delightful tune to better hear what one of the boys was saying. Talk of escape was continuing again and she felt uneasy. "The butterflies are frantic. They're trying to jumble my insides." She rubbed her stomach and stood from her seated position.

Nadia walked close to the bars again and spoke in a soft voice, "I don't think you will be able to do what you plan to. Leaving this place is very similar to drowning you see. I'm sure it is. Or maybe it's closer to running through rose bushes. I had it worked out before..." She trailed off, her lips still moving to the sound of her thoughts.

Moments later, Nadia spoke again, "you're wrong. Very wrong. They aren't as stupid as they seem!" There was silence as if to hear someone else speak, before she continued, "oh no, no, no. You won't. Oh leave me be!" Angrily, she grabbed onto a cell bar, welcoming the electric sting. She lay collapsed on the ground, breathing very heavily and smiling, free from who or whatever she thought she was talking to.

Nadia spoke while still on the ground, "when you get out will you come back for me? It would make me very happy. I'm miserable here you know." And she continued to hum her song from earlier while listening to the continuing conversation.

"Oh, get him mad!" Nadia replied abruptly to Colton's question. "It might work if you make the right 'him' mad. Or you could die... Hm. I know!" She smiled and continued humming, this time a more solemn song.

On the roof

Adrian stood, looking, trying his hardest to see if there was anyone walking around. Anyone except for those, those damn creatures. It was no use of course. All he could see for miles and miles around was smoke and ruin. It was like a war had happened, a war that no one had even known was going on. A war for the ages.

" For the ages. What am I, a comic book hero? No one talks like this. " he said with a chuckle. It had been the first time since any of this happened that he had laughed. " What am I supposed to do? Where am I supposed to go? Why am I on my own again! " Adrian thrusted his fists into the air and screamed at the top of his lungs. " This isn't fair! It's not fair to take everyone away again! Damn you! "

The screams echoed. Bouncing off the ruins and returning back to him through the silence. It was useless, no matter how loudly he screamed the only thing he got in return was silence, his own voice and the yells of monsters and demons. It was decided then. It was time to get off of the roof and go in search for other people. Maybe he really wasn't the only one alive.

Adrian looked around, trying to find a way down from the roof without having to go back through the hospital. It took him a while to notice the wires going from the top of the hospital to an adjacent building.

" My only way.."

He took his belt off, wrapped a corner around his hand and walked to the edge by the wires. He threw the belt over and grabbed it with his other hand. " Here goes nothing! " he screamed as he jumped and started sliding down to the other side. He landed with a thud on the other side and grabbed his side. " Ah! Shit! " Adrian rolled over and looked up at the smoke filled sky. " My ribs.."

Finally Adrian felt a little safer then he did before. He felt like he could rest for a minute he felt, he felt. Shaking? What was shaking, it wasn't him he knew that for sure. Oh no, it was the roof.

" No, no! "

He pulled himself up and tried to run, but as soon as he got up and started his sprint the roof collapsed in and Adrian vanished into the darkness of the building adjacent to the hospital.

Dormroom:

"Nyaaaaah....!"

A smile crossed her lips as she watched him. For three days they were locked in here. Doing what exactly? Well, it surely wasn't hiding. It was such a pitty, really. The poor boy had grown on her with his sandy hair and hazel eyes. She couldn't forget his "oh lala" body. Yet the boy had reached his limit for she could no longer will him to continue.

"Do you seek the end...?" She asked seductively as her right hand traced his body. "Do you wish it to stop...?" Her voiced cooed in his ear as her tongue traced his earlobe. A part of her enjoyed teasing her prey. To make them succumb to her will was the ultimate goal.

As he replied, a tremor swept over his body. "P-please mistress... m-make it stop." A pale hand went threw his hair as she spoke, "Are you sure?" Her green eyes watched his blue ones as he nodded. "G...gurgh..." He fell into her arms as her tail dug deeper into his gut, "T-thank you... mistre... ss..." A small smile crept on his face as he looked at her withlove

Sasha had not been paying attention as the figure seemed to rush across the wire. She was looking out in the other direction for anyone that could be a survivor. Then a noise pierced her ears "My ribs..." She turned around quickly to see someone she recognised start running away from the roof that seemed to be collapsing. By some sheer miracle Sasha was standing on the right part of the roof, she didn't fall through but she did fall to the ground.

With quick movements she hurried towards the now big hole in the roof. Luckily for the guy the floor bellow was quite stable and that's where he landed. With a small sigh sasha moved towards the edge and slowly started to slide herself down a very convenient bit of beam that acted as a staircase. She landed with a soft thud and made her way over to the guy.

Halfway there she paused, what if this had been a trick? What if it was a monster trying to fool her.

"Are you alright?" She called out, not wanting to get closer in case she had to run.

Matt's face fell as he listened to Colt's response. Of course, his plan was shit. He'd been thinking way to fast and not even the right way. That's what got him into trouble so often, he just didn't pay attention. All he did was jump instantly to his decisions without properly thinking them out. That's what Madeline was for, explaining the flaws in his ideas. For a moment his gut stirred worse than it had when the monster had waddled on past; he missed Madeline. But he shook the thought away. Now was not the time to be missing her, now was the time to be focusing on a way to get out so he could stop missing her.

He opened his mouth to respond, but was interrupted by Nadia's ramblings. "The butterflies are frantic," she said, and he grinned. He was starting to like her a bit, she had an interesting way of describing things. He thought he'd let her talk herself out until she was done, no use interrupting her when he doubted she'd stop speaking anyways. "Will you come back for me?" She questioned excitedly, and he suddenly felt bad for thinking of leaving her earlier, of course he wouldn't have, he was just annoyed.

For a moment all that ran through his mind was the suggestion that the other two had both seemed to like. It was definately rash and more thought out than his idea. . . get a monster to accidentally set them free. He liked it, just the same kind of dangerous things like at home, but this time it was more than his life in the balance, but the others as well.

"I agree that starving myself would be a less than satisfactory idea," he agreed. "And I doubt any of you need to get any skinnier anyways. So hows this. If we taunt the beast and get it to smash through our bars or take us out to beat us. . . how will we overpower it? Whose to say we could get away, defeat it, AND rescue the others before we die ourselves?" Matt was proud of himself, he was starting to think like Madeline.

Re: Go To Hell: (IC! Yay!)

The cells that the prisoners were held in were dark and dank. There was very little light except for the torches further down the corridor - there probably wasn't any great electrical source in Hell, however mighty it may be. These factors are what caused Nadia's new found lunacy. And although she rarely spoke clearly, or in anything related to sanity, she was still able to form realistic thoughts in her head ... most of the time. Like a newborn baby though, she was unable to really get what she wanted or needed or knew out to the others properly.

Nadia had a thought as to what she and the others could do - who would most likely fall for the plan of theirs, and spoke slowly. "The ugly one; the strong one. He calls himself different names every time he's here. He came a lot when there was no noise from either of you. You weren't dead though." Nadia stood up quickly, in one fluent motion, causing herself a severe head rush. "Oh," she said laughing. "That's nice."

She walked to a side wall and pressed herself against it, hands and right cheek flat on the cool concrete. Nadia closed her eyes and continued to speak about the demon. "His real name is Vetis. He was here before. Did you see him? It takes a bit, but he does have a temper. Like a gorilla." She made noises similar to that of a monkey and giggled, quite deliriously.

But Nadia stopped abruptly, her mood less bubbly and more serious. "A great deal of stars are going to fall. Can you see them?" She opened her eyes and looked to the ceiling, "can you see the stars? Aren't they beautiful? And good. Poor little stars." Tears ran down her face as she began to cry, her eye lids squished together. She was silent for a good couple of minutes, aside from the whimpering and sniffling, before she composed herself.

Nadia looked out to the bars of her cell and spoke again in her lighter voice, "don't get him angry. He doesn't like it very much."

Colton groaned once Matt pointed out the possible flaws that could get them killed - or tortured, for that matter - if their plan didn't go through. "I guess you have a good point...maybe we could run away? Hopefully monsters in here aren't that fast." He mumbled, sitting as close to the bars as he possibly could, attempting to get the message to Matt without being too loud.

His mind began venturing off to his sisters. The question of where they were, if they were okay, and if they weren't - were they dead? Were they trapped in Hell as well? A few images popped in his head, causing him to squeeze his eyes shut in pain. He shook his head abruptly, wiping his eyes with the back of his hand before standing up in the cell.

At once, Colton began thinking of who the girl mentioned...Vetis, he thinks. If they could get him agitated enough, or possibly get him on their side (which wasn't going to happen, probably not in a million years), they could get out of there. Another rising question was how they would get out of Hell. That was a completely different story compared to just getting out of the cells...

"Do you think there's like a portal or something?" He muttered, sounding too much like a science fiction movie for his taste. "We could hijack that and use it..."

Matt listened to Nadia speak, smiling as what she said registered in his mind. "Yes. . ." he said slowly, then quicker. "Yes I see the stars!" He reached out and grasped the bars of his cage excitedly. "The stars are going to fall, they're going to rain! But. . . we're going to be the ones to catch them!" The striking shocks of electricity bolting through his veins brought him back down to earth and he cried out, releasing the bars and staggering backwards. "We can't live, we can only survive." Matt was thinking so fast that he spoke in scraps of what was running through his mind, he knew he was starting to sound as crazy as Nadia, but he didn't care. He recklessly stood up and called out in a voice loud enough for a demon to hear.

"Colt, what if the stars that Nadia is talking about is the portal you're hoping they have? If the stars are falling we can catch them. If the sky is falling we can escape through the chaos, do you get what I mean?" He paused. Again, he knew he wasn't making much sense. "Basically, if we can get this Vetis fellow to set us free and we make it seem like Hell itself is dying, we can find the portal and get the fuck out of this place."

Darkness surrounded, over shadowing all senses except for hearing. What was it that he was hearing? It sounded like a voice, but with all the small falling debris hitting the ground he couldn't be sure. The only thing he could be sure of was the pain in his side. That's when it clicked in his head, he had fallen. Fallen from where though? And into where? Adrian moaned and rolled over trying to uncover himself of all the crap that had landed on top of him.

" Hey, someone there? " Adrian groaned out while trying to at least sit up.

The pain in his side was killer, but he could tell nothing was broken because he could breath without a stabbing pain. Maybe it was a good thing he had taken a few courses in medical studies, but of course the part about the ribs and sex was all he could ever remember. He pushed himself against what felt like a wall and let out a long, drawn out, sigh of comfort. It had been some time now since he was able to just sit down and take a short break, but he figured that if someone else had called out then this place must be a little safe.

" Alright? Yeah I'm alright, I guess. The damn roof calap--" Adrian cut himself off after thinking about what he just said. Of course who ever was here had noticed that a big chunk of the roof was gone. " But yeah I'm fine. "

A smile spread wide across Nadia's face as Matt spoke of catching her 'stars' - her angels, and listened as he spoke about the prospect of a portal to Earth. Her heart lept at the thought of returning to light - day, and other people. And good food. She feared how the surface now looked though. If all of Hell was loose and demons could go there and leave as they pleased, it couldn't be pretty. "Not pretty at all," she sang in an off-tone, high-pitched sort of squeal.

"When will we leave? Should I call him now?" Nadia asked Matt and Colton, anxious to leave. "I could sing! The demons don't like my singing very much," she said, a smile still present on her face, but it had turned from happy to devious, as if ready for any action that would be taken. "They'll send Vetis because they don't like him," she laughed. "I don't see why, I mean he is a very powerful demon," Nadia continued as if giving a lesson. "He can make people kill each other, you see. Or, one person kill others. It's quite difficult to kill someone who killed you - if you're already dead. Can we leave now?" She began pacing her cell, doing little ballet-esque turns at each end and still humming the same tune.

Nadia truly wondered if making Vetis angry enough would help them escape or if he would do some mind trick to end the whole thing. But that would be against his orders and he was already walking a thin line between expulsion from Hell, and a nice dark home within it. He could control his anger very well though, so it would have to be something clever and strong. Nadia was sure that her new found friends of sorts would figure something out - something good.
