Hello I'm new

I'm rather new to RP and am mostly interested in Post Apocalyptic Settings.
The website told me to write an introduction so I'll write this bit without knowing if anyone will actually see this o.o

My name is Aaron and my first introduction to RPGs might have been the MMO Star Wars the Old Republic. I fell in love with the idea of playing as a character I created and getting to choose my fate (even though the options in this game were rather limited during quests)
Some time later I did text RPs with friends on messenger apps with different settings and a very light form of RP with few rules and constantly evolving settings. We went from Sci Fi Horror to Steampunk or even more classic fantasy settings.

A few years have passed and new interest in RP was sparked by the Game Fallout New Vegas. It became one of my favourite games of all time and Im looking for similar experiences ever since. Now I am here looking to see if there is Post Apocalyptic RP that I can take part in as a beginner :)

Welcome to RPG. I can show you around and point you to places if you need. Feel free to private message (pm) me if you're lost. I'm not sure if this is still a rule, but you need a minimum of ten forum posts to unlock your private messaging privileges. It's so we can ward off bots. Although, I'm not sure if this is still a relevant rule.
