Help, can't upload avatar pic [Resolved]

I checked and double checked my intended avatar pic and it is 100 X 95pixels and every time I try to upload it, it says it is successful but when it goes to the character page again the picture is still not there. I don't know if there is a glitch or I am doing something else wrong. Please help.

I believe it may be your cache problem. You will need to empty it. Press f5 to empty it. If you are using Chrome you can access it via the menu, go to Tools, then Clear Browsing Data, and check off only the Clear Cache box. Once you click okay, return to the page and it should be there. A couple more refreshes should help if it's still not there after that process.

It worked! I can see the picture now though I am a little worried I had to resign in to the site. I hope some of my other sites don't make me do that I have at least one where I depend on the comp to remember my pass. I didn't click the box next to "clear password data" so hopefully it won't be a problem. Thanks anyway though. I really appreciate the help!

Unfortunately, whenever you clear your cache, that tends to happen. Though, you mentioned that you didn't click the box with the "clear password data," so that might not be the case. Anytime, you're welcome.
