So, not too long ago, I came up with an idea for a short-story, but it just didn't pan out.
America is in the midst of a second Depression and has been taken over by a authoritarian regime reminiscent of the Nazis, known as the Nationalists. The country is on a fast-track to a revolution by the people who wish the Nationalists gone.
That's what I was thinking. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Cool...additional to that the Nazis had many occult theories, you can use for your plot.
