Ideas for a cyber steampunkish rp

Hey all ^^ I've got some great ideas for a sort of potpourri of a roleplay. The basic storyline involves injectable "colours" of ink that cause intense dream-like states in which different scenarios occur depending on the color of the ink. The setting is in an alternate reality in which society as a whole has collapsed and the main city in which the story takes place is a run-down, crime-ridden urban area. There's quite a bit more to the story, but that's the main idea.

I have the majority of the rp worked out, but I'm looking for sounding boards and people to help drive it in the right direction!

I'm hoping this brief introduction will spark some ideas in you guys :3 I'm looking for anyone who may be interested in helping out with the creation and the execution of the roleplay from start to finish. I'm also working on setting up a forum for pick-up roleplays in general so I'm online quite a bit. I have the forum created and 3 or 4 registered users but I would love to see it blossom. I'm hoping this RP idea may just be the thing to bring it to life.
