So since I can draw rather well... well not too well, but good enough I think, I want to create my own visual novel! I've already found out a way to create it, only thing is... I need IDEAS. Basically, I think to have fantasy setting and 3 possible routes: Evil, Good and ... well The Best. So what do you think would be good in a game like that. I want to hear every single idea you have. I believe one word will be enough to trigger me into writing this thing.

Hmm... Well, define 'visual novel' for me, please. Do you mean more of like a manga-style (graphic novel) type thing, or a picture book type thing? Or something like the book 'The Invention of Hugo Cabret' by Brian Selznick?
Also, what specifically do you need ideas on? The plot? The setting? The characters? Or something else entirely?

Visual novel is probably something similar to Fate/Stay Night in this case. (Which is electronic, by the way.)

Have you tried the program Ren'Py? It's multi-platform and pretty user friendly (if I can use it, anyone can). There's even a fair sized community on the LemmaSoft forums that would probably be a better place to find people to help you collaborate.
As far as ideas go, it's your story and it's hard for other people to just tell you how to write your story. If you're stumped and need inspiration maybe try SeventhSactum? They have a bunch of generators for plots, names, descriptions, and such. For me personally, I always get story ideas either from playing video games (not story-driven games, but more so games that are mindless fun and give my brain time to wander) or while taking naps. Another thing you could try is writing prompts. I don't know a site off the top of my head, but a quick google search or browsing through tumblr should yield you some interesting results.
