Also, what is each kingdom capable of? Is it sort of like 'Skies of Arcadia', where each jewel has a different property that the kingdoms have harnessed? What's the technology like? Is magic popular?

O okay thank you I am going to go back a change that. What each kingdom harnesses for there power, energy is the mineral they are capable of controling. No magic is not popular each, kingdoms people are like mutants I don't know if you heard of x-men but that what they are, in this RPG. Also each kingdoms people are only psychic mutants, that is what it is mainly going to be about.

Yes they all do that is what it is about. And they can create weapons with there powers like guns, swords, whatever you can name as a weapon they can create it.
