I need some help about a roleplay I am doing. My roleplay is based on a fighting tournament, and I plan on having the scenes that aren't the fights in the IC forum, while having the actual fights in the battle arena forum, and have someone judge the battle to determine the winner.
Questions:
1. Am I allowed to do that?
2. If so, can someone be able to judge the battle for me? Trust me, I am not so well at that part.
3. How is the Battle Arena, in general, set up? I'm pretty sure there is a link revolving battles. I might have to look.

Yep, the idea is perfectly doable as I did it myself not too long back, and others have been done before. Your best bet in getting accurate judges is to a) find people in the battle arena not involved in the RP (Thus being impartial) or alternatively finding someone with experience, personally I'd recommend Skallagrim if he is ever available.
The Battle Arena is set up where by people create a thread usually declaring the participants in the title (or alternatively if its an open fight where people can enter as they please under conditions then it would be titled differently.), if you want the fights purely for those in the RP, just make sure that people know via the title or a line in the initial post.
