You mean the ANBU?

Also I think it's worth pointing out that ANBU are apparently very advanced ninja (although they never seem to show it in the anime or manga...) so they'd probably be able to use taijutsu, ninjutsu and genjutsu, at leat on a basic level.

That's not who I mean actually I will explain it in the rp who they are. they are actuallt a new group designed to keep tabs on the village and a second choice for ninja who don't want to become shinobi
