Nation Rpers Needed, ambitious and imaginative wanted

Have you ever wanted to roleplay more than just one character? How about a whole nation? How about a whole nation among the stars?

The Galatic Picasso is in need of nations to round things out. We started with about ten, but sadly, as happens to most ambitious roleplays, people hopped on, made sheets, but never posted. Now it is about four of us which is not enough. This roleplay is between whole star empires, and space is big. This kind of roleplay thrives on many rpers working as one, making a web of intrigue and connections among each other. What is the use of massive wars when its only two on two? What is the purpose of an evil superweapon if it can only endanger a few systems? None I say!

NOTE: The rp uses a point system when creating nations and their abilities. It is too easy to make your nation the best at everything, so each person gets a number of points to spend on traits that reflect advantages, as well as faults that reflect weaknesses. If you think this is interesting please don't freak if the long list of traits scares you! I check the OOC every single day and WILL answer any and all questions, no matter how 'stupid' you think it sounds. No questions are stupid.
